A. A.very impressed with the rooms and amenities within them. beds were very comfortable and the service was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying there. I will book there again when we have to go back.
There are plenty of restaurants & take away places within a 5 minute walk in each direction or you can cook inside your room.

S. F.I stayed here for one night. The bed was so comfortable and I slept well, it was one of my best night’s sleeps in a long time. The executive suite was nice with the separate bedroom, lounge and bathroom. The balcony was a good size and it had decent size sliding glass doors.
I loved the layout of the bathroom, it’s much better then the new houses that are being built now. I also loved the wardrobe with the draws and sliding doors in the bedroom, as above, it’s better then what you get in the new houses.
If you are going to have room service for meals, please provide a menu with prices. Also a information guide on the Quest and what’s around, things to do, places to go and where people can shop for food etc., because this helps with selling the rooms and encourages people to want to come back. With no information on the area; prices of food, even what food you have at the Quest, it does not make one want to come back in a hurry or spend extra there.
Having the shopping centre right next door is a huge selling point, so use it to your advantage and help customers and potential customers plus visitors to know where it is, how to get there, what’s there and so on.
I found the lack of information and services let the Quest down and that shouldn’t happen. It’s also preventable by management and the marketing team. If accommodation establishments don’t give this information that’s really basic and expected, then you can expect that you will have to keep reducing your prices.
The furniture is however, nice and comfortable. I loved the blue arm chair.
When you go and stay, take some DVD’s and CD’s because you can watch and play them. There’s also free Wifi and toiletries.

A. N.Decent hotel, a lot of noise at night, some couple was arguing all three nights I stayed and when I called front desk/reception nobody answered the phone. Only two elevators and one was almost always not working when we went to go use them. Housekeeping is amazing and super helpful. If you have no other option sure it’s decent but if you are going to enjoy some time away from home or a staycation would not recommend.
C. F.There for a training course. Not much parking and room was cold.
B. L.Best option for a hotel to stay in the area. But hard to sleep to when the hallway lights are always lit and the curtains don’t completely blockout the light. I wish they would do something about this. Otherwise everything else is good.
L. H.We stayed at Quest for two weeks when we relocated from interstate. The staff from reception to housekeeping are lovely and very helpful.
We had a 1 bed apartment which was very comfortable. Its in a great location, close to plenty of shops and eateries. Good for a stroll around the lake. Would stay again. The only reason I have given 4 stars, is the light that comes into the bedroom at night. If they could fix that, it would have been a 5. Maybe some Velcro put on the wall and the curtains so you can attach the curtains to the walls to block out the light.
G. c.Absolutely loved our stay, beautiful rooms with amazingly massive bathroom with spa, only let down was the hot water didn’t seem to last long enough to actually fill the spa. Comfortable bed and well set out apartment with all you need for a weekend away. Will be back
P. S.Ive stayed there several times the quest is clean tidy and have friends staff who are always willing to help.
The parking is good to go make things easier if you need food the shopping centre is next door with loads of restaurants cafes and take away shops.
Parking is undercover but not ful secure is the only downside but they do have camera's in the car park so at least that's something
L. P.Front desk clerk was lovely, she explained the process of the deposit they require for the room and even outlined when I might receive it back into my account, which was much appreciated.
The room was relatively clean, save the curtains which could do with a wash. That being said, the rest of the room was pretty much immaculate; everything meticulously clean and well prepared.
Overall for a solo traveller, heading to a job interview, it was everything I needed from a hotel room.
The only complaint I have is the lack of parking out the front where you need to check in, it makes it difficult to check in if you have to park streets away
J.It's simple, it's clean, it's modern and is in a great location. You aren't too far from a train station and you have heaps of food options right at you door. If you are looking for a decent hotel and don't mind catching a train into the CBD this is the hotel for you

B. R.Nice hotel. Rooms were a good size. I didn't sleep well as the bed was hard. People entering and leaving the neighbouring room was a disruption, as each set is in its own little corridor and doors were noisy.
N. A.Reasonably priced service apartments situated in the heart of Caroline Springs. The single bedroom apartment (which I booked) has a spacious layout. It's got one double bed (I think). The room's also got a kitchenette with microwave, two burner induction cooktop, electric kettle, toaster and a bar fridge. It also has some basic kitchen utensils like pots/pans, cutlery set and China/porcelain ware. The room doesn't have any offensive odours brought about by cooking as well. Toilet and shower is also spacious, well lit and the tiles in the shower area is not slippery even when wet. There's also a hand rail installed in the shower for added safety.
T. M.Every single part of the room we loved including the amount of space and privacy you have. On the whole - the place was very clean. The employees can not be beat any where else. I wouldn't rate this hotel with any stars as a caravan park has more class.
T. M.I stayed here with my partner in may we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The office staff were nice but could only report issued. My partner wants to come back at least twice a year and next time take our baby girl with us as there was enough room for a porter cot and all.
E. A.Staff are friendly but cleaners could definitely do a better job! I had to purchase cleaning products to clean the surfaces and bleach for the shower due to black and pink mould. Hand prints above the toilet where men have been leaning on the wall to pee.
Definitely will be saying something before leaving.
Other than that the place is close to shops, transport, etc. Lovely lake close by that is lovely to walk around.

K. a. M.We hold a lot of business conferences here for G8 Education. Services and facilities great. But we held a conference here and the cleaner came through and vacuumed really loudly we had to ask him to leave with which he replied I have to finish because I have to go clean the other side! He went off into the hallway and continued which meant we had to wait for him to move away before we could continue. Parking is also confusing as its narrow and seems to be directed in the wrong way.

T. M.Water went cold after 15 minutes in the shower. Shower door had a gap and water would flow into rest of the bathroom and (probably) due to this bathroom corners were all moldy. This was a great location for our short stay. In the morning you have ***y options for transportation.

B. M.I accidentally made a booking for the wrong dates at the Quest in Caroline Springs.
I was told my booking was cancelled.
A few weeks later I got a phone call asking when I was going to check in... I advised it had been cancelled but they assured me it had already been paid for. So I decided I would stay there anyway as it had been paid.
A couple of days after checking out I looked at my Bank statement and saw that Quest had charged me after I had checked out.
Things wrong with this situation:
1. They told be it was cancelled and it wasn't
2. I was informed it was paid for. (Which is untrue because it was charged to my credit card after I checked out.)
3. They blatantly lied to me to get my business.
The room was small and unclean.
