J. A.Really great service, excellent room, and friendly staff. We booked a room at very short notice after our flight was canceled. Reception staff were expecting us and made us feel welcome. Our room was large and well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the airport and they're is a shuttle from the hotel to the airport that costs $10.
J. H.Close to airport in an industrial / freight area. Well appointed spacious apartment. Great shower pressure but took a bit of time to heat up. Had an excellent sleep. Lots of healthy options to purchase from reception for breakfast or a meal snack incl complimentary nespresso. Excellent and welcoming customer service. Parking available right at the building with a secure gate. Highly recommended.
P. C.Excellent hotel, best, most responsive front desk staff I've ever encountered. They were helpful and available to support me through a serious personal issue I had while in the hotel. The complementary Nespresso machine is also great and arranging uber to the airport and adding the minimal cost to my bill was really convenient. All this during the covid crisis.
m. g.6 of us had a great experience here. Very friendly staff and when a late check out was asked for we got it, but then also a second one when we ran into problems with flights. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.
T. R.Outstanding, fresh and newly opened hotel near the airport. Nice and quiet, even with people coming and going, great kitchenette, amenities and sleeping and living area for short and longer stays. Parking and airport transfer available too. Highly recommended for both airport and local accommodation. Park, stay and fly also a great option for those that don’t want to do the early commute, etc. Brand new access road to the airport from the hotel is super easy and convenient too, making this an ideal choice for business and leisure travel.
T. M.The rooms are small self-contained apartments. Let down by the fact cleaner didn't clean the bathroom and left towels on the floor. The staff there were very helpful, friendly and always had a smile on their face. The room was great, cosy but very functional. I recommend this hotel.
C. D.Friendly greeting on arrival plenty of carparks. Room was interesting with Blue toilet. It was warm and not noisy. Ideally it would be better if they had some sort of on-site cafe or something for food. They have a vending machine and Breakfast packs for sale. Do offer complimentary travel to shopping centre and airport.
T. M.Very good and convenient for family stay. Km from the hotel, and the staff are only to happy to swing past to pick you up or drop you off free of charge. Their suttle service was on time and hassle free. The kitchen facilities were superb in that I could cook whatever I liked.

J. M.Walls are a bit thin and there was a screaming baby next door. The hotel staff were able to quickly re-accommodate me though, and i had no sound issues after this even though the hotel was at near capacity. Would stay here again.
L. T.I've stayed here a few times for work and will do again. The apartments are spacious and tasteful, and have everything you could need. The staff are friendly and the coffee machine in the lobby is always welcome in the morning. Looking forward to my next stay.

A. N.Came here in 2014 the week the hotel opened, and was more than likely the first to use the room. Almost two years later at the exact same room, the room has been well maintained with no signs of wear. Friendly staff, decent location.
k. s.What a welcoming experience due to our flight being canceled. The one staff member that we had the privilege of taking care of us was amazing, thank you Matthew. A yummy coffee machine while we did the paper work.Took care of our food and drinks cause we were starving and exhausted.The rooms were clean and well presented. The BEDS were the BEST. We had two rooms and my kids want one of those beds. Bathrooms and kitchen so well equip with everything we needed... over all thank you for the overwhelming experience . We will diffidently be back hopefully not for the same reason. We didn't mind the inconvenience of our canceled flight after that.
C. H.Very expensive. But the only, and cheapest, place that I was able to book at 1:30am, for a total 8 hours by the time I got there, on January 1st after flying into Melbourne Australia from Manila Philippines. $105. Accommodations were incredibly nice and upscale though.

M. J.Nice enough rooms but terrible location, about a 10min drive from the airport in an industrial estate. Although there is a free shuttle from the airport there is no room service or shops or restaurants nearby, only a cafe which is closed on weekends. The closest thing was a Caltex servo over a kilometre away.
K. M. (.We (2 adults + 1 toddler) stayed overnight in 2 bedroom apartment 311 which felt brand new. Deliberately chose 2 rooms so toddler could sleep in separate room but paid a premium for it over similar properties close by. Property is aimed at self contained (the apartment had all utensils, cookware, crockery, etc) longer term travellers rather than overnight stays. While the property may feel isolated, located on the edge of the airport precinct, Quest has made considerable effort to improve convenience by stocking 'breakfast packs' and scheduled shuttles to near by cafes/restaurants. If you need something specific/urgent and don't have a vehicle you will need a taxi to Westfield Airport West (7mins). Apartment had excellent sound insulation from both internal and external noises. While the king bed was two singles pushed together it was very comfortable (Am I the only one who feels ripped-off by this?) and both firm and softer pillows were available. This is an excellent property.

C. M.Great hotel! 5 minute drive to airport. Hotel charges you $10 to take shuttle to airport every 30 minutes (have to book with reception) or take an Uber for $10. Not really restaurants walking distance but they do have a complimentary shuttle that'll take you to restaurants close by. Uber eats isn't in the area yet but have menu log and eat now (about 10 restaurants that deliver).

N. P.Just a regular airport hotel. They don’t have any food except some vending machines but they have brochures of restaurants you can order delivery from. They also have shuttle service to the airport.
