K. N.Very happy with my stay here, very friendly staff, straightforward checkin, room/apartment was great - good size, clean, well equipped and perfect location. Me for convenience to the ferry terminal, but for others close to attractions, the city, various modes of public transport etc

We recently stayed at The quest for the Formula 1. We had accomodation booked for the F1 elsewhere, obviously covid killed them and the reviews on my first hotel dropped dramatically from the time I originally booked, this meant I had to find last minute accomodation the week of the F1, which I knew would be impossible.
I managed to come across an executive apartment at the Quest but it only slept 2 we needed it to be 3.
I rang anyway hoping we could make something work. They couldn’t have been more accomodating.
They organised for a roll bed to be moved to the room for my son.
When we worked out my car wouldn’t fit in their parking lot due to height, the manager reserved a staff parking spot for us where we would fit.
On arrival they allowed us to park our car super early the morning of F1 (a staff member even moved their car so we could park in the staffing area.)
The allowed us to park on the last day of the F1.
Our room was beautiful and clean with all the facilities we needed for a weekend.
Bed and Pillows were unbelievably comfortable (this includes the roll out bed)
We came home to our room being made back up beautifully while we were out.
Not once did we come across a staff member that wasn’t polite or extremely helpful.
And the location is spot on.
We cannot thank the Quest for making what I thought was going to be an extremely stressful time sourcing accomodation easy and stress free.
We will definitely be back.

P. C.The staff were so friendly and helpful here, it's the most consistently good customer service I've ever had. The apartments themselves are older, but very functional and spacious, which makes it very comfortable for a longer stay. I have stayed at other newer apartments nearby, and although the styling might have been more on trend there, the Quest is so much more practical and has far superior customer service. As well as the standard features, there were useful amenities like a clothes airer as well as a separate washing machine and dryer, a very well-equipped kitchen, plus the best iron and ironing board I've ever found at a hotel. They are right next to the tram stop but also have plenty of secure parking.
R. C.Service desk was friendly and professional. Our suite was clean and tidy. It was a decent size with great views of the war memorial. Water was hot and plentiful. The only criticism was that there were no extra blankets and we relied on the heater to make sure that we we warm. That's ok. Great access and trams available at the nearby corner. Really enjoyed the stay. Did not realise the room was cleaned daily and were embarrassed that the bed was made when we returned at the end of the day.
N. M.Great location close to CBD, comfy beds and clean. Lots of cafes nearby. Parking availability was great on the long weekend and we saved on the parking.
M. P.Great location. The hotel room was extremely nice, felt like home. Especially enjoyed the lounge/dining area. Lady on reception (I think her name was Melanie) was brilliant! During check-in she gave great advice on a place to eat, then later on went out of her way to find me a HDMI cable for my laptop which I had forgotten to pack! Amazing! Highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.
P. C.We have stayed here 5 times for the Melbourne grand Prix and staying again this year. Great price great location, just jump on a tram for 10 mins to GP. Rooms are very nice with very helpful and welcoming staff. Also off street car parking which is great because we travel from out of town. We love relaxing on the balcony after a long day at GP.
J. C.Great place. Stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Had a kitchen we could use even food storage containers great for keeping costs food down. Very comfortable stay here and would stay again in a heart beat. Cheap car parking too @ $15/night.

S. B.Really centrally located hotel in Melbourne with great location just opposite the Botanical gardens. I stay here a lot for work trips and find it an easy walk to South Melbourne- where there are logos of restaurants and groceries. It’s nice to have a full kitchen if you decide to cool your own meals as well. The staff here are always really nice and friendly too!

E. S.Great Location, public transport so close but we walked everywhere, including MCG and Flinders Station, Museums etc. Room wss spacious, clean and well lit. Lost a star for a strong cigarette smoke smell through the corridors presumably from permanent residents put didnt effect the room.
