One bed room apartment was amazing and really big. TV in the living room and TV in the lounge.
Bathroom was huge as well with essentials available to use.
Had all the amenities of an apartment and we felt at home.
Close to finders Street and close to all the nice restaurants.
The only downside is that their is a club close by and which can get a little rowdy. But it's not a huge deal.
E. A.We enjoyed every bit of our stay in this accommodation. It is centrally located with proximity to everything- great restaurants, shops and entertainment. The rooms are stunning and have all the essentials for a short stay. I would've liked to have a vacuum cleaner in the room though, holidaying with kids can be a pretty untidy affair and since the rooms are not serviced everyday it was hard keeping the floors litter free after the second night. Nevertheless that did not get in the way of enjoying our stay. We also enjoyed the valet parking which was very convenient. We'd happily stay here again and happily recommend this hotel to our friends.

A. G.Beautiful hotel, great location and wonderful service. It'd be perfect if the stay includes complimentary parking. Room is very clean & comfortable. Stayed on Lv 4 and there's no city noise at all. 1 bedroom has a big king size double & quite comfortable sofa bed with kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The room was fantastic, very comfortable bed, spacious living area, kitchen with everything we needed to have a home cooked meal and so very quiet. Love the decor.

M. K.The accommodation was excellent and the stay was really enjoyable. The support at reception was also excellent and the valet parking was extremely efficient. Coffee being available by the fire in the foyer was a lovely addition to the service available. The quietness in the room was excellent with double glazing on the windows to keep out the street noise. The closeness to shops, cafes and all transport was a huge bonus for staying at this premises.
B. R.The hotel was nice, spacious and well furnished. However there were a few missing touches. I opened my door to pitch black and hand to use my phone to find the light switch (being a double door, it was a distance away). Modern LED lights hardly consume any energy, I would have expected one light to be on for my arrival.
I couldn't find any instructions about the wifi and had to ask reception who were able to help me connect.
It's located close to Flinders St station, which is convenient, but is in a laneway with educational facilities and currently roadworks. I'd like to visit again when the roadworks are completed. Despite this, it was quieter than I expected.
Being serviced apartments, there's no daily room service, no on-site restaurant or pool. However this did not bother me, there are lots of good dining options in the area.
The heating takes a while to adjust, it was set to 16 degrees C when I arrived, but it stays on all the time so once its warmed up it stays warm.
I only paid $50 for two nights as I was attending a Holiday Club preview.
Q. M.We have stayed with you a few times and will come back for more. The room size is exceptional and stylishly furnished, so instantly, you feel at ease. The Front Desk staff is very friendly, intelligent and obliging, so we always feel welcome. Other than the loss of the bar, which we used to enjoy at sunset, it is perfect for what we need.
S. C.Our stay was excellent. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, close to the heart of Melbourne, Federation Square and Southbank theatres and galleries. The suite itself is very well appointed and provides a very large space to relax, or work! We ordered breakfast from the cafe next door, and it arrived right on time and was delicious. A great experience overall.
M. J.What a lovely hotel. This is our third stay here. Gorgeous and clean rooms. Great new addition in the bathroom of a magnified mirror with a light, making it easier for putting on makeup.
Staff were lovely and very helpful.
And a coffee machine in the lobby area next to the warm fireplace.
A. B.Great location. Nice room. But no natural light. No room make up!!! (we were very surprised by this!). The car park was more expensive than other hotels in CBD ($35/night)
In addition, we were invited to Accor Club presentation. The sales people (!) were pushy! When we said it is not our priority at the moment, we felt they got annoyed by us!!
N. H.We stayed here over the weekend for the Accor club offer where you need to attend a 90 mins sales pitch. Considering we paid 200 for 2 nights and gave 90 minutes of our time, this place was reasonable but I wouldn't pay more than that. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and shower is good but our suite was lacking amy character. A mixed bag of old and modern design. Unnecessary ugly mirrors and decorations, no room service offered, amd you can hear children screaming and running in other rooms.

Staff were very friendly and efficient, our room was very clean and comfortable especially the bed. Only issue we had during our stay was the internet at times was unavailable or very slow, however most of the time the service was good.
W.The Sebel one bedroom apartment s are large and well appointed. The bathroom has a deep standalone bath and large shower.
The kitchen has a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and enough plates, cups, glasses and cutlery for six people.
In the lounge area there is a television and seating for 8-10 people. There is an additional television in the bedroom. The dining table can cater for six people.
The Sebel is located in the Melbourne City centre and walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transport if required.
T. T.Beautiful place, very central and excellent furnishings with great kitchenette and plenty of space.
However, not a 24 hour reception and when I asked reception to book my cab the night before, they either didn’t or the cab didn’t arrive for some other reason.
There was no one on reception to ask at 4am and 15 minutes later, I had to book my own cab to get to the airport on time.
The only complaint, but a crucial moment during my stay.
J. B.Great sized rooms well situated in the CBD, and surprisingly easy to get to. Secure access to gain entry / use lifts / enter room, so five stars for safety!
My only gripe is the sofa beds. Noisy and uncomfortable, so best you bag your self one of their comfy beds and prepare to hear about it from any mates who scored one.

The only problem was the wifi, someone told me it was for three devices, another person that they didn't know but the error I was getting about being able to connect only one device at a time was perhaps correct. It took a long time, and eventually needed help from support, to switch devices.
Otherwise a great stay. I got a discounted rate, which made it fantastic value for money
S. a. B. W. T.As an Accor Vacation Club member I've only managed to book in to this very popular location once before, so was very glad when availability coincided with a short (and short notice) Melbourne break.
I love the dramatic new décor in the 1 bedroom apartment we had, but would have appreciated some salt and pepper as a standard for the kitchenette.
The staff were charming, the coffee machine in the sitting area was welcome, as was the choice of comfortable seating and the two desks.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
In short, we had a great stay.
When is it likely that WiFi will become available in the rooms? Australia falls behind other countries in this regard.
(Please note that the built-in upholstered seating in the dining area could do with a sponge down in a few areas.)

This time we arrived on our wedding anniversary and to our surprise we were allocated the best one bedroom apartment for the 3 days we were there. I'm sure we will be returning here again next year.

The hotel rooms are comfortable and reasonably equipped. We stayed for eleven days. I had a few concerns regarding maintenance, and I discussed them with both the Manager and the on-site AVC representative. I love this hotel and stay here annually. However this time maintenance was a problem. I wonder if it is time for a refresh?
T. N.We have stayed several times and have always had a great experience. The staff are always friendly, efficient and courteous; and the hotel offers an intimate, home-like decor which makes guests feel like its their 'home away from home' - this is very beneficial to the business or frequent traveller.

K. Y.1 bed room rooms are nice with a small kitchenette that you can do you own cooking. Furnishings are all a bit older, but all in good condition. Nescafe coffee in the loggy is a nice touch.

As with all of my previous stays, I enjoyed the benefit of temporary membership of the gymnasium in the basement, an absolute bonus! Again we fully utilised our Advantage plus card with outstanding meals ta the Novotel and Pullman Hotels. I also had a minor issue with respect to the member web site, which I related to the Sebel manager, whom later contacted me and let me know that she had followed up on the issue. M. W.One Bedroom apartment was spacious with a sofa that pulls out to a bed. Clean and tidy. Though stayed at the 4th floor the apartment was well insulated from the streets outside. Location was great as it was a short walk to many of the eateries and Bourne Street mall. Service was friendly and accommodating to request and prompt.

I. M.We have stayed many times before and for us it is the ultimate 'home away from home'. The location is brilliant and makes it so easy to get around by tram or train. It's just a short walk to Melbourne's famous laneways and Burke Street Mall. Then at the end of the day, you come home to luxurious comfort.
