Perth. Is lovely to just sit there and enjoy the sunshine and atmosphere of city people moving around.Summer evenings with the city lights is an awesome sight... Serene place by the Swan River...Great place for a walk and enjoy the afternoon sunshine! Plenty of wide open paths with clear ramp access for those on wheels. Lots of construction going on in the surrounding buildings which is great to watch. Some great architecture around here and some really nice little cafes and restaurants scattered throughout.

Will never stay at any other hotel in Perth and will recommend the Adina to friends and family and especially my north west Karratha and Newman friends and their families.

The shower fell apart half way through having a shower!!
Couldn't find a remote for the master bedroom TV.
Overall we were pretty disappointed.

This place struggles as in the pool, the pool and spa is a bit dirty and the spa doesn't function correctly having water being too chilly. But they have other amenities such as sauna which is refreshing, a small gym Incase you would like to work out. 4/5 from me

A. E.We booked Adina Apartment Hotel Perth for our bridal party and wedding guests as it was a perfect location and close to our wedding venue. They provided us with a promo code discount for ourselves and our wedding guests. We booked x2 2 bed apartments for the bridal party, one for the grooms party and the other for the brides party, and we were given the two best rooms with wonderful views on the top floor. The staff were very friendly and accomodating to all our needs. On the wedding day morning, they surprised us with a bottle of champagne, a few nibbles and a lovely handwritten card to congratulate us on our marriage. We cannot wait to stay at this hotel again in future. The rooms were very modern, clean and well equiped. Thank you Adina.

M. W.My wife and I attended the Adina and booked a 2 bedroom Deluxe Suite in order to set up the living room like a footwear showroom in order to show our customers our new Summer Ranges. The Manager Saqib and his friendly staff were brilliant in setting up our room and liaising with our customers when they arrived in the foyer. The Metro Bar downstairs next to the Hotel was so convenient and had great food which you could also order as room service. I thoroughly recommend the Adina, it was a delight to stay there and I am coming back on all of my upcoming trips to Perth.
A. R.I have stayed here many times and been in many different rooms. Similar issues in every one. I think it’s about time to paint the walls, change the sofas and get an industrial floor scrubber onto the bathroom floors.
Nothing a little spruce up can’t fix to make it a much more pleasant stay.

Right next door to city bus interchange and also river cruises and Rothness island terminal.The Perth convention centre is at the back of the Hotel.All of Central Perth is within walking distance of 10 minutes. We stayed in the one bedroom king size bed and kitchen and lounge. Plenty of room to move.

Highly recommend having a workout in the gym, good sweat in the sauna and then cool off in the pool.
The rooms are well equipped with everything that you need.

K. H.Nice accommodation for a quick city stay. Perfectly located if you're attending an event at the convention centre or want to be close to Elizabeth quay. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment. Reasonable size. Bed was very comfy and shower warm and strong.
Our room faced the main road over the bus station. Not a great view. I would recommend asking for a room facing the convention centre. It is a 10min walk to any eateries or minmarts. The restaurant downstairs is nice but not cheap.

J. F.Highly recommend. Literally a 2 min walk to the convention centre so you can go back for a break during expos. The room was amazing for two people who weren't a couple. The room service was the best meal we had while in Perth! If you are going for an expo or event at the convention centre, this is the place to stay!

M.Nice appearance to the room and great cleaners. I'm surmising that due to close proximity to conference centre the staff are not too concerned with customer satisfaction. I asked for a quiet room; as haughtily assured all rooms are quiet. Similar process when I asked directions to a local hairdresser - any hairdresser in fact. Overlooking that aspect, the stay was, in fact, pleasant and comfortable. The location is convenient to the city, train line, and conference venue. I would stay there again.
A. S. (. f.Lift button noise was worth staying there just to hear it squeal. Rooms were tidy and pretty run-of-the-mill for a hotel. Quiet location away from too many busy roads. Walking distance to all the cool stuff. Also has the best lift call button I’ve ever experienced. The staff were a bit too excited to see me, especially on the last visit there recently.

Have to say that once I tried waiting for a cab at the lobby in the evening and seemed it's not what people do. I felt hustled bty the staff to leave the lobby, so I just went outside to wait there. J.Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Perfect distance to everything.the rooms are clean, they and comfortable. The bath tub is very roomy. The rooms are sound proof as long as Windows are closed. The service and been second to none!! 5 star service all round!!

T. M.Stayed at the Adina as i had a conference at the PCEC the next morning and it was amazing. The rooms are a good size. I went back to the hotel and was helped so much by a kind and compassionate staff member named Jezebel. Location was great and easy to explore the city centre.

Our apartment was roomy & clean with an extra tv in the bedroom, a large walk in wardrobe, lounge room & decent kitchen with a full size fridge. The bathroom has a bath/shower but the shower pressure was weak & the lighting a touch too dim. The pool & heated spa are nice & there’s also a small gym & sauna. There’s a bar & restaurant downstairs next door & the staff are helpful & friendly.

T. M.The Studio apartment is quite spacious. Perfect for attending a meeting at the Perth Conference and Exhibition Centre as it takes less than a minute to walk from your front door to the Centre. Very good location. Special mention to Enya and Jezabel who were particularly helpful, would definitely stay again and recommend.

T. M.My friend and I stayed at the adina apartments and the lady at the front desk was so lovely. Great location within walking distance of the city center. The fifth floor room with the big wrap around balcony on the north west corner is very cool and gives great evening views.

Positives reception area is nice and nice facilities rooms are ok and have everything u need from fridge washer dryer eqipped kitchen etc. But definitely could of found something nicer for the 250 we paid! Which turned into 310 with parking and 1 hr late check out. The negatives u have to pay $30 parking a night and we must of circled the block almost 10 times to park some where on the st just so I could check in and pay $30 to access the hotel parking trying to find ur allocated park spot is also a joke. The curtains in our room where quite moldy, the double bed was not big enough for 2 so me and my partner tooK the singles and let the kids share the double, double bed comfortable the single beds and roll away beds mattresses feel like bricks super uncomfortable and dont even get me started on the super thin blankets with next to no stuffing left inside them that are not even placed inside a dooner cover there folded into a uncomfortable sheet instead :/. Had a very uncomfortable sleep due to uncomfortable beds and horrible blankets. Swipe cards for the elevators drove everyone nuts. Doubtfull we will return will stay at mantra on hay in future alot nicer get more for your money at the same price.

A tip for the hotel would be to upgrade their webpage with clear instructions so their customers arrive a little less stressed.
T. M.I didn't like the extra cost for parking and the access to the actual hotel is a pain. Mini-bar prices really high. We kept our suitcases open in the living room as there was no room in the bedrooms which is something to keep in mind if you are traveling with a large number of bags.

We had a lovely lady entertain us with housekeeping - something that is usually bored was fun with her mimicking the fire drill sounds.
Then we were most impressed with the food. Suffering from food allergies and intolerances, we were pleasantly surprised to find delicious meals especially prepared for each of the 6 participants who required special meals.

The only thing is price on agoda is cheaper than buying it on site...nonrefundable can not be updated and the room type in agoda is confusing, picture were misleading. We thought er got an apartment according to picture but we only have one room and to update it is equal to reorder a room. So be careful ipon ordering. Double confirm the room type.

A. D.I would have given Adina Perth another star however it was a major inconvenience to be told that there was no parking available. The best that could be offered was a suggestion to park down the road at an independent parking facility overnight for $39. In addition if you have a 4x4, maximum vehicle height if you managed to snag a park is a low 2.1m. Other than that, facilities were adequate.

Towels, shampoo, etc. are available, but I think shampoo & rinse is good in Japan. Although it is a stay for 3 people, the middle is a living room, both sides are bedrooms, each has a powder room, so even if you stay with friends, the conducting wires do not overlap. The kitchen is large, the refrigerator is large, and you can afford to buy beer and wine at the market. It is also a convenient place to go outside for meals and is close to the Cat bus stop which is a free bus.

3日以上宿泊するなら 断然Adinaです とても快適な部屋でハウスキーピングは毎日してくれます。タオル類、シャンプーなどは揃っていますが、シャンプー&リンスは日本の物が良いかと思います。3人での宿泊ですが、真ん中がリビング、両側がベッドルームで、各々パウダールームが付いているので、友人同士で宿泊しても導線が重なりません。キッチンは大きく、冷蔵庫も大きく、マーケットでビールやワインを購入しても余裕です。外に食事に行くのにも便利な場所にあり、無料バスのキャットバスの停留所にも近いです。
