When we awoke the next day we realised that the room was rather dark, and as we were staying for nine nights we asked at reception if we could change rooms. The receptionist, Cris could not have been more helpful; she found us a lovely bright and spacious room, and even escorted us to take a look to see if it met our satisfaction. We moved and were very happy in our new suite. It was really well equipped with a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, bedroom with super sized and very comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and tub, laundry room. The hotel is in a superb location, handy for everything in the city. Highly recommended.

D.Room was okay, good size and had everything you really need but hotel needs to crack down on the types of people they let rent out rooms - way too many parties with bottles being thrown off balconies, loud music , aggressive guests in lifts etc. It isn't a hotel you'd visit for a relaxing time away that's for sure.
Swipe cards rarely work meaning parking and lifts are a pain throughout your stay. Its okay.

Where do I begin... Parking was disorganised and overpriced, my room which was over $400 for two nights was not worth the price; The couch was damp!? Dishes were still packed in the dishwasher, the room was provided with no washing powder for the laundry or additional blankets and the “free wifi” was so bad my iphone and laptop kept disconnecting and switching back to mobile data. The room had a mouldy/ damp smell to it which three days of airing and lavender spray did not fix and now I’ve just been informed people who are in quarantine are staying here!? Why wasn’t I notified of this upon reservation!? This is a serious breach of my own safety and the community’s health!! How dare you take my money and not inform me you have possible corona patients staying with you!?
I will never go back here ever again.
H. P.Great size rooms, some staff more helpful than others. One of the cleaners was quick to find a plug for our bath that fits. Only thing is parking you have to pay a extra $30 and it's not even under cover.
A. C.We had an extended stay at the Adina Apartment. We found the room to be quiet and comfortable. The bed, shower, facilities and space were all good. The staff were both friendly and professional. When issues arose, as they do with an extended stay, they were resolved promptly and efficiently. The hotel became our home away from home. Even though the street outside was not up to standard, the hotel was close to everything which made the exploration of Perth easy. So all in all this hotel had a lot going for it if you are looking for a good stay in Perth.
G. B.Hotel itself is nice enough, with friendly and helpful staff and well equipped and spacious apartments. The location is perfect for the CBD, Elizabeth Quay, the railway station and the main shopping streets. The immediate vicinity around the hotel is less however less than salubrious and stepping outside involves running a gauntlet of homeless people, some aggressive and obviously disturbed, sex shops, strip clubs etc. This is obviously not the hotel's fault and in some respects reflects larger problems in society, but as a family we found this a little uncomfortable and disturbing, especially our daughter.
G. Z.We stayed in one bedroom apartment as a family. Was spacious for my baby to crawl! A playpen is provided but no mattress. Ended up baby co-sleep with us on the huge bed. Bed was comfy! Location was great. Kitchen fully equipped. Except the expensive parking AUD30/night with designated lot plus the opening of the gate is extremely slow. Other than that, is recommended based on location. Convenient, walking distance to supermarket and shopping area
B. S.I arrived very late near midnight but check-in very smooth not more than 10 minutes. Good & well maintained one bedroom apartment with balcony. Quite spacious with well equipped kitchen. Everything works well with daily room cleaning and towel change. Fantastic location near to many restaurants, supermarkets, Perth train & bus station. Good value.
C. D.Have stayed here a number of times. Rooms are a good size but starting to feel run down. The climate control in the apartments is a real issue, the a/c unit makes the main apartment comfortable however the bedrooms are stuffy and hot. There is an a/c switch on the wall but it does nothing. The ceiling fans just circulate hot air, I found it really uncomfortable and difficult to sleep well here, and the beds aren’t overly comfortable. Good little gym and pool to use and the property is well located in the city. Can get a little rough after dark on the streets too.
R. M.This place has kind staff and nicely sized rooms but the pool is tiny! Also the sauna is only big enough to fit 3 or 4 people in it. Overall a good experiance.

If there is no parking available or you don't want to pay $30 for it. The CPP parking on Pier St is $16 over night and only a short walk.
M. E.Well situated for the events I attended in Perth. Good customer service from all. Rooms good value for money. Carpets need cleaning/replacement. Fittings in bathroom could be updated but work effectively. Good size rooms although the second bedroom was a little stuffy when the door was closed. No window in this room.

Room l got was on the 5th floor very clean good pressure in the shower, bed was a twin singles zipped together so a little disappointing but comfortable. Couch is not very comfortable, more cosmetic instead of comfort. There is a construction site close by that is doing night shift at the moment a little concerned about the noise but cannot say l have been woken up. WiFi is free but slow.

We were upgraded to an apartment upon check-in and the services have been good. $30 for a parking bay is a deal compared to what you have to pay for lots in CBD area (NOTE: DO EMAIL ADINA DIRECTLY TO BOOK A BAY SO TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT WHEN YOU ARRIVE). Shoutout to the reception, housekeeping and maintenance who have been very accommodating during our stay here from 3rd to 8th Sep.

A super centrally located apartment from which you can quickly get to the supermarkets such as Woolworth and Coles.
The apartment is spacious with a kitchenette and a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and dryer.
Two TVs one in the living area and one in the bedroom, air conditioning and a balcony.
The nicest apartments are between the 5th and 9th floors, the view of the city is much nicer there, but unfortunately you can't choose when it is fully booked.
It also has a fitness area, sauna and pool, all of which can be reached via one of the two elevators on the 2nd floor and is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The staff is super friendly and the cleaning lady comes once a day.

Ein super zentral gelegenes Apartment von dem man schnell zu den Supermärkten wie Woolworth und Coles kommt.
Das Apartment ist geräumig mit einer Küchenzeile und einem großen Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet.
Zwei TV einer im Wohnbereich und einer im Schlafzimmer, Klimaanlage, und Balkon.
Die schönsten Apartments liegenden zwischen dem 5 und 9 Stockwerk, dort ist die Aussicht auf die Stadt viel schöner, kann man sich aber leider nicht aussuchen wenn es voll ausgebucht ist.
Weiter verfügt es über einen Fitnessbereich, Sauna und einen Pool, die ist alles über einen der beiden Fahrstühle im 2ten Stock erreichbar und ist von 7 bis 22 Uhr geöffnet.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und die Putzfau kommt auch einmal täglich.
Daumen hoch und eine Empfehlung.
