The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished and well equipped )very nice to have a washing machine) However it was very tiny and the 2 small windows were both facing a wall ! I book this hotel driving the fantastic reviews and Beautiful pictures the hotel put online. I guess I had high expectations so I was very disappointed with the size and “the view”. The lack of natural light does not make you want to hang around in the apartment. The girls are reception were lovely and very helpful. The hotel should be more transparent with the rooms you are booking.

A great place to stay, short or long-term. Comfortable beds and rooms and you can self cater. Or eat out, as restrictions eased. And there's a great cafe next door serving hearty Greek food. An easy walk to the centre of Perth or a free Cat Bus one block away makes it hard to beat for the price.
The staff are terrific and very helpful to one unfamiliar with Perth. Great people. I do not hesitate to recommend Attila Hotel.
B. G.We booked in after hours and the team made it an absolute breeze. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment style room and it was so clean and comfortable. The rooms seemed brand new and modern. The staff were always so helpful and lovely. The location is just around the corner from the free bus service which takes you all through town (also an easy walk). I could not rate our experience at the Attika highly enough, I honestly could not fault one thing about our stay.

J. F.What an amazing find! And we live in Perth! We needed to stay in the city for a work Christmas function and this was the closest hotel to Northbridge. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The deluxe room was lovely. On the small size, but everything you need is packed in there! Very tastefully decorated with modern technology and a pod coffee machine! Everything is like new and the quality is fantastic. The only thing which could have made it better would be a king size bed. We would absolutely stay there again if we ever need to. J. T.Nice little apartment, has all things needed for a short stay. Clean and modern and friendly staff. Comfy bed and pretty close to city and plenty of eating opitions close by. Has a restaurant/cafe down stair but it's not currently open for dinner. Still they make a good coffee.
N. G.Arrived outside of hours and easily found both keys and instructions waiting in a locked box. We parked our rental car in reserved underground car space. Rooms were more than comfortable with clean bed sheets and towels. The room was also stocked with almost all basic necessities including cutlery, crockery, microwave, stove and pots/pans. The rooms are very similar to a stay in apartment. The next morning the staff check us in and freely offered to help with directions. The staff also had no trouble making up the second bed short notice. Location is very central and easily 10 minutes drive to local cafe strip. Although I didn't experience it but was told that the area is also common place for people to go drinking. Overall a lovely stay with no complaints. Would definetly recommend.
M. R.This hotel was brilliant for our 1 week stay in Perth. The pictures don't do it justice! It had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The maid came in every day and did a fantastic job. The concierge/receptionist was always happy, smiling and very welcoming. It's in a very convenient location in terms of a short walk to Perth underground and round the corner from cafes/bars/convenience stores. Couldn't fault it at all!
T. T.Trendy, boutique hotel within walking distance of many restaurants. It's easy to get to & it a quiet area. Rooms are nicely decorated. We would stay here again.

v. A.Good and clean hotel. Friendly hotel staff. Close to perth city centre. Choice of eateries is available. There are better hotels nearby. E.g Double Tree Hilton. Shortcomings the hotel doesn't provide slippers and only provide mineral water on the date of arrival which sounds absurd!

S. M.Welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious with good amenities. Clean and tidy, rooms consist of kitchenette, lounge, bedroom and utility / shower room. Out of hours access for random arrival times. Well located with local cafes, restaurants and shops close by.
k. k.My family and I highly recommend Akkita. We spoke to the owner, Arthur on many occasions during our stay and his enthusiasm for his hotel is absolutely infectious. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are well appointed, clean and roomy. My godness make sure you stay for breakfast, the gorgeous little restaurant down stairs catered for my celiac (gluten intolerant) husband and vegetarian daughter perfectly. We'll be back.

Only drawback was that the queen bed was made up of two single beds joined together; uncomfortable in the middle.

And as its in a heavy traffic area for nightclubs and pubs didn't feel happy about my car being out in the street all night and having to find coins to put in meter to keep putting a ticket In the car .. Being such a great hotel the parking situation is definately a let down

The next time you looked directly at the wall of a house, but it was quiet ...
Some things in the room were broken ... Faucet almost came off, towel holder loose, coffee machine broken, bracket for air conditioning remote control dropped, toilet seat cover not screwed on etc ...
The bed was too soft for our taste.
The windows cannot be opened, which means that the room quickly becomes stuffy, even with air conditioning.
Overall not a great experience.
I also think that the restaurant is advertised too much.
The staff were all friendly.

Wir waren 2 Nächte hier. Wir hatten ein Zimmer an der Hauptstraße, haben dann aber aufgrund des Lärms direkt das Zimmer gewechselt.
Man hat im nächsten dann direkt auf eine Hauswand geschaut, dafür war es leise...
Im Zimmer waren einige Dinge defekt... Wasserhahn kam fast ab, Handtuchhalter lose, Kaffeemaschine kaputt, Halterung der Klimafernbedienung abgefallen, klodeckel nicht fest angeschraubt etc...
Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack zu weich.
Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen was dazu führt, dass es im Zimmer schnell stickig wird, auch mit Klima.
Alles in allem keine tolle Erfahrung.
Ich finde auch dass das Restaurant zu sehr angepriesen wird.
Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich.

It is convenient to walk to Elizabeth Bay or shopping mall and the blue cat free shuttle was convenient to go near. ^^ There are many restaurants and bars nearby (like Itaewon in Korea) Young people are good ~ Staff are kind and quiet. I think it would be nice if a young couple would come for an economical trip.

넓고 깨끗한 주방과 세탁기가 있어(good kitchen and washing machine) 5일간의 여행 동안 예산에 맞추어 경제적인 여행을 할 수 있었어요. 엘리자베스만이나 쇼핑몰까지 걸어다닐 수 있고 blue cat무료 셔틀이 근처에 다녀서 편리했어요.^^ 인근에 레스토랑이나 바가 많아(우리나라 이태원 즈음) 젊은 분들 좋으실듯~ 직원도 친절하고 조용해요. 경제적인 여행을 하고픈 젊은 커플이 오면 좋을것 같아요.
