P. T.Huge room, very modern and stylish. Great location in West Perth, public free bus service (Cat system) right outside the front door and within walking distance of Kings Park and quite a few eateries. Staff were lovely and happy hour was pretty good with discounted beer and wine and free nibbles. This is our second visit, stayed three nights and will go back again.

Breakfast available in foyer, but no onsite restaurant.
Old building that has been kept tidy, lifts work but slow.
Staff was attentive and courteous.

B. M.Located on the he city bus service route 👌We stayed in a suite. No washer and dryer 😳. WiFi was not available in our room.$ had free beverages around 5-6 pm. The staff was as helpful as can be. There's a laundry mat located about 1-1/2 blocks away. Busses are Free in the city 👍

R. K.The Ramada Is a nice little accommodation hotel close to some good restaurants and unique wine bar. The room is practical with a huge spa and has the basics you need to use as a base to explore Perth. Clean and tidy and the beds are good.
M. W.Staff are exceptional, accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable. The red cat free bus stops right outside, so easy to get into city. Be aware, there isn't much parking available.
M. F.Slightly dated and older hotel near kings park, but clean and cosy, it’s on the convenient bus routes in the city for free travel across perth CBD. The good thing is it is a bit quieter than the rest of the CBD, and it’s short stroll to kings park. The staff were nice to get along with as well.
K. F.The Ramada is a small boutique style hotel, with only 4 or 5 floors in total and about 36 rooms. It is more suited to the business traveller or those requiring accommodation in West Perth. The building is fairly modern and very easily accessible via the free CAT bus to the city centre (the bus stop is right outside). The staff were friendly, I didn't need much help as I have been to Perth many times but they were willing to offer all assistance and information. The hotel facilities while not as wide as the Duxton or Treasury they were sufficient for my needs. The hotel room itself was excellent and spacious, it was clean abd generally quite soundproof. A good cheaper alternative to the hotels directly in the city centre if you dont plan on spending much time inside.
P. C.I love this place with very good and friendly service. It is so close to the CBD with government buses at the front and it's all free from six am to seven pm and it runs in circuit, so u won't get lost. I will be staying there again when I revisit Perth in future.
