D. E.Booked as part of a work trip. Got free upgrade for booking for 4 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Free wifi. Great location in East Perth near a lot of action. The hotel itself doesn't have a lot of amenities but given the fantastic price, I'm not complaining.

C.Fantastic location to Australia Sky Show river foreshore, easy transport to city via CAT bus or a very easy walk, super helpful & friendly staff, particularly the lovely young blonde girl who looked after my concerns for parking as hubby suffers Parkinson's. Very reasonable pricing, comfortable, clean room. Just a note that the bathroom (although clean) was a bit tired & mould where shower screen meets floor tiles (probably hard to get to), therefore a small upgrade would be great. Had Breakfast at Blue Rock Restaurant which is attached to hotel and fantastic service from the waitress (Wendy). Perhaps I need to give the chef a few of my pointers in cooking. Unfortunately I could not eat, normally a basic breakfast, as it was served up on a bed of tomato paste over the whole plate - yuk!

Our rooms are the lowest category, hence there's shower curtain screens instead of glass doors.The location is very convenient with the free CAT bus just a few steps away.There's not ***y facilities in the hotel that you can enjoy. Not even the tv programmes, so do bring your own entertainment.

We had booked another hotel in the area for that night and the hotel cancelled on us that day, luckily we found the Comfort Hotel who were very helpful in accommodating us at such short notice. T. T. C.Location wise is very strategically located nearby city attractions, also there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Good thing is that they provide free car parking although it's non reserved parking slot. The only thing that I felt uncomfortable is the deposit money that we need to put while I had fully paid my room. It is not practically when we are now living in the era of AirBnb where travel accommodation is no longer using the trend of "deposit money" to a fully paid booking. I have stayed in Marriot, Novotel, and other hotel chains before, and they're no longer imposed "deposit money" for my fully prepaid hotel room, let's hope Comfort hotel chain will upgrade their rule on this.

Internet is provided in 500mb chunks and had to keep getting more vouchers to watch Netflix on my tiny laptop screen (couldn't connect to TV!). Internet is free but get with the times! Who does allocated data blocks anymore?
S. (.There was no hot water in bathroom. I called the receptionist, he gave me a new room immediately. But I have to say the room's insulation is no good. There were some people yelling at midnight so I couldn't sleep well.
