J. B.I paid $80 per night for a standard twin room and I think it was priced as it should be. The room is dated and the bed was comfy, but nothing special. The TV, lights, and aircon were functional and the bathroom was clean and had hot/cold water (I've paid 150+ per night for hotels that didn't get this right) so I'm satisfied.
Would recommend if you just want to stay 1-2 nights and will need to crash for the nights, or if you want a sleazy weekend on the cheap (as judging by the sounds outside my room, many people were doing). But i like my comforts and there are better options in the $100-150 per night range which I'd be willing to pay more for.
Also the $250 bond is a bit excessive

No parking available, Wilson car parking close by tho... Pay part payment over phone on arrival rest of payment done and a deposit of $250 is also taken returned after 5 days

B. B.It is a Heritage building, so old, and maybe needs more work. However renovation plans are underway. Most rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Staff here are very helpful and accommodating, particularly for longer term guests. They prefer on line booking, and electronic payments, with a credit card bond.

S. T.It’s cheap, I’ll give it that. Otherwise the place is pretty run down. I guess the towels on the windows were a fix for a draft. Aircon looked super unclean. Staff were friendly but suspicious, they seemed surprised that we were staying there. Location was very convenient. The water pressure in the showers was top notch 👌

R. M.Where to start. Firstly the service from one individual in particular. Eddie. Due to a medical issue was unable to get around and he helped enormously by getting my scripts and even shopping for me during his breaks and own time. Thanks Eddie.
Location and friendly staff also a bonus and only issue was wifi not to good in the room I had. Great for price if you need lower scale accommodation. 1 star off for wifi

S. S.Very old hotel with outdated decor that keeps falling apart. Hotel staff is also not considerate nto allow for even 30 mins of extra checkout time. I also had to change rooms in between due to a pipe burst in the bathroom. It is in a nice location but Not recommended though.

Staff. Big rooms hot showers and big beds. Wifi is almost non existent for me though and amenities are working but dated. Great location though since it's right smack in hay street and has convenience shop around. I don't mind staying again.

T. M.My husband and I stayed two nights here. Staff is there to help you to enjoy as much as possible during your stay. The hotel has all the good ameneties. I got a pretty cheap price for booking the room the night before. Perfect for what we were looking for.

S.For the price & location (paid $140 fri-sun) cant complain. Has what you need. Sure needs some work. Lobby ceiling paint flaking, shower in room dripped, carpet replaced.
But again for that price, i got a comfy bed, friendly service, close to lots of cafes, dada records, IGA, trains, etc.
b. m.What a lovely meal.Both us enjoyed it. Lemon schnapper,and seafood plate. Sad we were the only ones there. Charming waiter, good check. Large dining room, more oldstyle. Looks into the street. Was bad weather.

K. A.We stayed for 5 days. Mid range hotel. Very old. No security at entrance. Room is ok size. No complimentary mineral water. You need to hang the room service tag else they don't clean the room. Overall is ok if looking for cheap stay just for bathing and sleeping.

hotel is half a block away from city centre and local pub is downstairs, worth a laugh or quick shot before heading into town on the weekend.
free wireless in 3 hour slots, when you've used it up ask for another... I have saved a mountain from this service! :D will recommend without hesitation to friends and family visiting Perth.

R. T.A bit old, tired and shabby but clean enough and room is large and functional..if you need to be busy in Perth CBD ..the location is fantastic..a massive range of good places to eat within a few hundred metres walk.. good for those keeping their transport plans simple.

オーストラリアのこのような1階にパブがあるホテルに憧れがあり、
初めて泊まったのですが、
やはり古さが目立ちます。
バスルームは特に汚れが目立ち、バスタブはなし。
ただ、中心部に有り、交通の便は良い。
レストランも付近に多くあるので非常に便利。
中心部に安く止まりたいなら選択肢に入れていいと思う。

Hôtel très bien situé au centre de perth proche des commerces, pub, restaurants, gare, jetty. Équipé d'une bouilloire et d'un réfrigérateur, toujours utile quand on veut faire quelques courses. Chambre assez grande, lit OK. Nécessiterait un rafraîchissement, mais le prix ne serait certainement plus même. Excellent rapport qualité prix. A conseiller pour y passer quelques nuits entre deux excursions.
