Staff are very helpful and accommodating as we asked if they had a simple layout type of room as open spaces are preferred. They gave us a wheelchair friendly room which they allowed us to check-in three hours earlier. Very comfortable room. The room has a very good feeling of open space and airy. Also it feels very private as I haven't heard anyone else in the hotel and the view is very delicious, sunset giving off some stunning one of a kind colours in the afternoon/evening time.

We stayed at Fraser suites from 30 Dec to 1 Jan 22. It was our first stay at this hotel. I must say the service we received from Fraser suites staff was first class.
Check-in was speedy and the guy at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly.
The service from staff at the cafe and restaurant was exellent. The food was
delicious and flavourful. The Epicurian at Crown Towers should learn from these guys on how to treat guests.
Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Had the pleasure of staying at Fraser Suite's to get ready for my wedding and the night of. I booked a two bedroom studio apartment and the size was absolutely perfect! Plenty of room for hair and make-up to do their thing, two bedrooms one with separate shower and one with ensuite. We were lucky enough to be on the very top floor and the view from the Balcony was breathtaking. The staff were absolutely lovely. Letting everyone up, making sure the place was clean when my new husband and I returned from our wedding and ensuring room service was delivered quickly! The room came with a TV, free WiFi, two fridges (one almost full size!) Basically an entire kitchen and even a small laundrette. Highly recommend for extended stays or even splashing out out a long weekend. Such a wonderful experience!

Armada Accountants & Advisors hosted our 2021 Christmas Party at Frasier suites and the entire process was excellent. Kylie Wong was so helpful and easy to work with while organising our event.
Staff on the night were very accommodating – very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The tables and the ballroom were beautifully decorated and the space looked very festive for our Christmas Party. The event ran seamlessly and the food was delicious.

We stay at Fraser's few times a year. Especially in the winter time, we get to enjoy the gym, sauna, spa and the indoor heated pool. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean. We never had an issue during our stays.
We tried other luxurious hotels in the city and I must say we feel most comfortable at Fraser's. The Rates are great & Family friendly.

Amazing staff and service, roof to floor windows , great Swan River view, fantastic location. Highly recommended place to live in Perth for either short-term or long-term. Will be staying here again for my next Perth visit.

Everything was amazing from start to finish!
Special thanks to Min who works on the front desk, she was amazing, so so lovely and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy :)
Will definitely be back!

From the moment you walk inside.. it is magical.. every single staff member was kind, friendly and obliging.. We stayed in the most delightful suite on the 17th floor.. windows from floor to ceiling and views over the water and the city from both the living room and the bedroom.. absolutely stunning in every single area.. the crisp white linen and the bathroom was so beautiful.. The restaurant food was magnificent as was breakfast.. we stayed last weekend for 2 nights and are booked in for another 2 nights this coming weekend… Thank You so much 🌷

The view was the best thing going for the room.
Even before the world of Covid I would have expected at minimum a clean room,
Instead we were greeted with someone’s previous shavings left behind in the bathroom, stained couches, dirty walls and windows.
The staff were lovey and room service food was spot on and good value.
But No water or minibar unless you order it.
Buffet breakfast was disappointing. Heirloom used to be the gf girls Mecca, now it’s not worth a continental cent.
B. F.
Great breakfast. Excellent service. Awesome pool. Beds were comfy. Wide selection of tv. Clean rooms everyday. Microwave was really good. Toilets on level 1 were really nice.
A. V.
Great hotel! Restaurant, breakfast, bar were magnificent. Close to the airport and only 20 minutes slow walk to the city centre. Highly recommend it.

Staff are kind of rude and don't know what they are doing. Rooms are pretty small. We got messed around at check in, had to move rooms when the first rooms wasn't set up for us. Then the new keys didn't unlock the new room. Minimal parking so we had to park elsewhere, which gets very expensive very quickly. Only good thing is the location.
S. S.
Absolutely loved it. Great staff. Quick service. Great food. Only thing, if being really picky, was the carpets were a little old and a few stains in areas. Will be back again definitely.
J. B.
Really enjoyed staying in the family apartment. Children could walk between rooms via an internal hall. Very safe.
K. c.
Love coming here every time. The staff are so friendly the smell of the hotel is divine. Thanks for having us 🥰

I was disappointed that the little fridge in the room was empty. Otherwise, the king size bed was very comfortable and the room adequate.

We stayed here for our anniversary. The rooms are fantastic and the service is great. Only let down was the pool needed a good clean, they water was a bit oily.
The breakfast in the morning is really good, and the Heirloom bar cocktails were 10/10.

A very comfortable hotel on the quiet eastern edge of the Perth CBD. Relaxing but not exclusive. The Fraser Suites offer spacious rooms and a high level of amenity. The hotel is relatively new and I appreciated the fully functional gym and lap pool. Buffet breakfasts have the usual trimmings and the dinner at heirloom isn't bad, the chorizo roast potatoes are outstanding. Internet seemed speedy. The only downside is the location which is a bit further away from shopping and entertainment areas. I found it to be relatively convenient for ride share and buses to the airport though. Plenty of green space nearby.
B. B.
Nice clean rooms, and delicious buffet breakfast
K. C.
Well this is a must stay, we spent 3days here, the suite was so spacious, all staff were very attentive including in-house services, everybody was happy to assist us with any questions or concerns, buffet breakfast was plentiful and very enjoyable. Highly recommend, free public transport right out side the door, no need to hire a car within the city limits.
H. L.
Spacious room and super cleaned. Friendly and helpful staffs. I’m so happy with my stay-cation. $30 for parking fee overnight but it’s quite reasonable. Additionally, love their indoor pool but the water need to be replaced.
N. B.
We had the Frasier Suites booked for a week. We we placed in a room that over looks the stadium, the rooms are north facing on this side so there is beautiful sun that streams through the windows all day.
The rooms are serviced every week and you are able to order fresh towels, tea and coffee etc when required.
Quick commute into the city via taxi, Uber or bus.
R. H.
Excellent rooms and wonderful breakfast buffet. Staff were accommodating and complimentary internet and tv worked fine. Easy access to esplanade for walking / running and gym seemed quite equipped.
Beds great. Shower and toilet clean and well stocked.
J.
Lovely hotel on Adelaide terrace. Very conveniently located with spacious and modern rooms. Parking available for $20/day.
We stayed here instead of at Crown Perth for half the cost and probably double the room size.
Had a lovely breakfast across at the Kinky Lizard Cafe.
We have a booking to stay here again in May! Can’t recommend highly enough!
J. R.
The staff were very helpful. Alex was exceptionally helpful as was Lisa. We were not aware that the carpark had 2 levels and when we could not get a park when we returned, Alex came down to help us and point us to the correct bay. We were not aware that it was under a different name in the lowest level of the car park. It was under Lindsey Cunningham. It would have been helpful had we been informed as we are not from Perth but from Canberra. However, it was all sorted and we had a fantastic time at Fraser Suites. Thank you.
C. S.
Absolutely beautiful rooms are very clean, comfortable and modern staff are so helpful and lovely I couldn't recommend Fraser Suites Perth more highly.
C. T.
Great location - not far to walk into Perth City and likewise to the entertainment area. Awesome river view - the room was beautifully decorate - Huge with floor to ceiling windows. Bed was soooo comfy. AWESOME to have the washing machine and dryer after 10 days. The carpets however could do with an upgrade.
S.
Amazing service from Kara! She checked us in and out and was so warm, friendly and smiley. She made us feel so welcome from the second we walked in and gave us very useful hotel and tourist information. Made our experience memorable!
B. G.
It was ok, very tiered could do with a refurbishment. FYI Booked a room with bath but apparently you need to request it prior. As I didn't book directly with hotel wasn't aware and didn't get one. Was offered after we were in room. Was clean and convenient probably won't stay again though needs updating so much.
S.
Beautiful room and very comfy. All your comforts for a stay
T. C.
Can't complain about the room. But there are issues about the lift and the parking. Many have mentioned about the lift. For the parking, they said that the parking was limited, and once they sold you the parking, the parking space would be guaranteed. However, the parking spaces were actually oversold, and we had to park on B2 instead on several occasions. Tbh B2 is not that inconvenient, but we should have been notified about this at the check-in.
S. M.
I would actually give it 4.5 stars, the service was impeccable. Every staff member we came across was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed, we felt very cared for. The room was lovely and clean, such great value for how luxurious it felt. Nice and quiet too. The only small let downs were that the windows were incredibly dirty so the view wasn't as good as it could have been. Plus our dryer didn't work, so we had to put wet clothes we wore to the spa in our suitcase. Other than that, we can't fault anything else and we will definitely be back ASAP.
S. P.
Amazing stay, we stayed here for a special occasion, on arrival you will notice the warm feeling and pleasant customer service.
Prior to arrival I needed to check on a couple of things, I spoke with the delightful Flo whom ensured everything was arranged, organized such s beautiful room with magnificent views of the Swsn River.
A beautiful gift awaited us in our room for my special occasion with a card..
Room service for breakfast was a must with the views, very enjoyable food and stay.
My wife made use of the Gym and commented on the treadmill app which you connect your Bluetooth headphones to for your very own personal trainer providing instructions. Also has pool and jacuzzi.
Well worth a stay and hope to come back again. Feeling much more rested and relaxed.
Thank you

I stayed here a few nights over the christmas period of 2018 and its past time i shared my experience. I'm not much exposed to fancy hotels but i think to the average Dude this place is certainly that - pretty schmick. Rooms were tidy and everything was well presented. To be totally honest we didn't spend a great deal of time here, but the short time we did we enjoyed. I liked how the rooms are separate but also kinda joined. Not sure if this is a common thing in hotels (probably is) but perfect for travelling in pairs. I'm definitely about it.
Interactions with staff were minimal but pleasant. Good for introverts.
I loved the novelty of the grand piano in the foyer - very classy. Not sure if it was just for decoration though. Didn't hear it played at all and to be honest, I would've felt pretty conspicuous if I'd played, so can't blame them.
Good experience. Would stay again.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of the city and nearby crown, with equally as nice rooms and views without having to pay the premium you get for staying over the road at the casino! Staff were most accommodating, nothing was too difficult. Will definitely be back!
A.
Really like this hotel, it was furnished beautifully and super clean. I also love how considerate they were when designing the rooms. It had a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher which was great. Only thing was that there weren't any toothbrushes or toothpaste in the bathroom which i thought was odd considering hotels usually all supply that. However, it wasnt an issue, I loved the place and definitely recommend.
Y. R.
Well located, excellent view of the cricket field, the breakfast buffet is worth it.To improve: the change of the bed sheets must be make it when the client requires it. Thank you for the bubbles that you gave us as a gift :)
J. F.
Over priced for what we got. No parking at the hotel, had to pay for street parking.
P. C.
Fantastic!!! Lovely Rooms 🤩 super friendly staff 😃 and they served me a Glass of Bubbles with my Breakfast for Mothers Day 🥂 Thank you so very much for a fabulous Weekend 😙😙😙❤
S. B.
I isolated here, I am so happy I did..it had opening windows, nice view, very comfortable. The service and staff were amazing, they rang me every day to see how i am and would have a chat for a while. Anything I needed they would get it straight away..the service impeccable. I would definitely come back to them.
S. A.
Fantastic staff always happy to help. I choose to stay for my 14 days self isolation. On a high floor with views over the river. Exceeded my expectations. I will be back 👍

Lovely place lovely staff, very nice rooms

We needed a one night escape and just wanted to find a hotel that was local (Perth CBD) and after the lousy experience we had at Crown Metropol last time, we thought we’d avoid trying one of their other hotels like Towers. We found Frasers Suites in East Perth through QANTAS frequent flyer deals website. It appealed to us as we wanted a family escape with apartment style set up. We booked the two bedroom apartment Premier which has an interconnecting studio deluxe room providing a corridor between the rooms. Perfect for mum and dad having their own massive room with bathroom and the kids with equally massive room and own bathroom. In the middle a whole family dining and lounge room with kitchen. We got lucky and scored the corner of building, so our rooms had panoramic views from South Perth and the Swan River right around to the WACA, Optus Stadium and those poor suckers over at the Crown. The pool, spa and sauna for guests was just right for a family and for gym goers, their gym looked amazing. All round a fantastic hotel in a peaceful end of Perth. It was sad to have to checkout after only one night. Extended late checkout on Saturday have us several hours to enjoy the breakfast, pool and a relaxing departure.

Stayed the night at the biggest room Fraser had to offer, customer service and the staff were super friendly and helpful in every way, the view from my room was just to die for especially with the sunset and waking up in the morning to a amazing view!! Only few small things did annoy me abit which were my hotel room didn’t have any complementary water or snacks and especially paying top amount in cash money I was expecting those small things that mean the most to me. As well a few of the walls and doors haven’t been cleaned properly by the cleaners which did make me wonder why especially as it’s a top room. But other from that the price for the room was definitely worth it and super affordable, will still be coming here often but next time I hope those small things will be up to my standards.

Treated ourselves to 1 night here at the end of our trip as we got a good deal. It was a tuesday night so got upgraded to a suite also which was lovely surprise. Nice staff. Didn't use spa or pool facilities. Breakfast buffet in the morning was lovely with lots of variety of fresh tasty food. Location of hotel is good with bus stop outside and 30 min walk or $7 uber to elisabeth quay. Would stay again.
M. M.
I only go to get my coffee each morning but staff are always so polite and friendly. And the coffee is great too

We are extremely disappointed we were not informed Covid-19 isolated guests would be staying here, let alone next door to our designated room! No security or cleaning personnel in sight either.
My partner booked a studio room for my birthday and requested flowers to be sent (they said they can’t arrange despite him offering to pay a fee) as well as my sister in law requesting a special upgrade and advised it was a special birthday booking. No special touches made at all as we have previously experienced in hotels. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel getaway - don’t book a night here. It was more a convenient apartment stay If you’re staying in Perth and require a kitchen, washing machine etc. Windows were dirty and stains on the furniture which is disappointing given the current pandemic health guidelines and restrictions.
If you’re booking, budget an extra $30 on top of your stay price for parking (they don’t advise at time of booking) if you’re lucky you might get a space or you’ll have to find a park and pay per hour.
We’ve stayed in many Fraser Suites and the like hotels around the world on our travels and have never experienced this. Unfortunately we won’t be back and don’t recommend.

We stayed at the one bedroom executive apartment for 2 weeks. The room itself was very nice and clean but the apartment wasn't very practical for long stays. The kitchen is quite tiny (not much counter space), the sink is too small (the with of a dinner plate), the dishwasher was very small and the parts that hold the dishes slide all over and could barely hold the dishes in place. The fridge was small and I find they sacrificed utility over looks. Every time you want to open the fridge, you have to open the counter door too.
There's a washer/dryer in the unit, which was very useful.
The table it the dinning room was also a bit small. It's ok for two people but can't use it for anything else. It has a glass top and there were no placemats available. I didn't want to put hot dishes on it so we had to use the kitchen towel as a placemat.
The couch was quite hard and not comfortable. Again, not very functional.
The bathroom was nice at first but it had an odd set up. Water comes out to the floor when you shower, the glass divider is not long enough. Water temperature was a bit messed up, it was either too cold/hot. The water pressure was great though. The bathtub is large and everything was squeaky clean.
We had issues with housekeeping in 2 ocasions. I called them to come in and change sheets/vacuum and both times they didn't show up. I called housekeeping at around 12 and told the lady I missed them that day (they left a card under the door) and she said she was sending someone up right away. I left and came back at around 5ish and nobody had shown. In two occasions!! Not very good service.
We had room service once and it was great. The food came up pretty quick and the man that brought it up was very friendly. The desserts very good too.
There's a bus stop right by the front door, and the hotel location is pretty nice.
Overall I wouldn't recommend it for long stays, everything looks nice but it's not practical, for a weekend or so it would be ok.
A. C.
Nice hotel with good large rooms. My shower had no hot water. I informed the staff on day one but nothing was done to resolve it during my stay. They seemed uninterested with the issue at check out. When we asked if breakfast or parking was included the response was always 'It is free, we just charge your company'
P. W.
Very nice experience. Beautiful rooms.
J. L.
The best hotel in Perth. Staffs are friendly and professional. Room is very clean and beautifully made. Stunning Swan river view. Highly recommended.
Food from room service was just spot on. 5 star +++.
C. N.
I haven’t stayed at this hotel but I come here to recharge my battery, caffein at night.
The cafe on the ground floor serves one of the best coffees in the city at daytime and definitely they serve the best coffee available in the city at night time until midnight.
And the service is always nice and cosy.
The cafe is open to public and there are two bathrooms for wheel chairs and pram access on the same ground floor.
The view is also relaxing and the location is at the end of the Adelaide Terrace. Therefore, it is conveniently located to the people whose homes are in SOR as on the way home from city.
They serve alcohol as well.
If you would like to have non-caffeine and non-alcohol drink to recharge energy after a big day, probably it’s worth to try their mocktail (non-alcohol cocktail).
Nice drink in evening cheers me up as a good refreshment.

It was perfect for what we needed. The rooms are nice and have everything you need microwave, dishwasher and stove top. Beds are super comfy and the room is spacious with plenty of storage. The Bathroom are on the smaller side and the shower head can be adjusted from low to high pressure. The restuarant there does a great breakfast. It is also close to the casino so was not to expensive to catch a cab there.
K. B.
Stayed on the 19th floor for 3 nights, what a view over Perth. Really lovely accommodation, ultra friendly staff and fairly close to all the city centre attractions you'd want to see. Bus stop outside so no need for taxis as the buses are regular and free into the city. Used the pool and hot tub which are indoors and towels provided at the pool. Looked into the gym too which was very well equipped.
G.
The service from the get go was amazing. Caring staff looking after your every need. Asked what was good to do around the area and was given some great ideas and locations to look at. The hotel is very nice on the eyes and when entering my room on the 12th level facing the river it was an amazing view. The buffet breakfast was a dream come true, all food was prepared fresh and tasted delicous! All facilities and amenities were 5 star and will be coming back in the future soon.

I was fortunate enough to have stayed at Fraser Suites between April 2019 to March 2020 almost on a full-time basis for business reasons. Although I'm from QLD and was away from my friends and family, the AMAZING team at Fraser Suites always made me feel super welcome and became like a second family to me. This level of service, where you are seen as much more than just another guest, is becoming rarer and rarer so I take my hat off to the team here for creating such a welcoming and inclusive culture. I say with absolute conviction that this team has set the standard for which I'll benchmark future hotel stays whilst also being my preferred place to stay whenever I visit Perth.
Thank you so much for the memories, amazing hospitality and looking after my bikes when I was away :).

Booked a night away originally but had to cancel 2 hours into our stay for a family emergency. Manager Jose went out of his way to give us another night’s accommodation. We really enjoyed ourselves and loved the facilities, pool, spa and sauna. Would definitely recommend...
C. W.
Nice rooms, good location over looking the Swan River
A. K.
Very pleased with the room cleanliness and service
Staff more than helpful

This easily could have been a 5 star review if the customer service was better. We stayed over the new year period and had a lovely, large, comfortable suite with two bedrooms and wonderful amenities. I had absolutely no issues with the room whatsoever, but I have deducted a star simply because we found the staff at the front desk condescending, unhelpful and dismissive. I understand that the festive season can induce stress with increased numbers of guests in the hotel, but there is absolutely no need to speak to people in the tone that we were spoken to in. Could have been a perfect stay if it wasn’t for this.
L. S.
Amazing friendly service from the staff. Room delivery is now non-contact which is good. The food is fresh and tastes absolutely delicious.
J. R.
Rooms are nice very modern. Booked for 1 big bed walked into the room and it had 2 single beds. Called and got it arranged for house keeping to change the bed.(took over an hour for thrm to come uo and change the bed).Exhaust wasn't working in the bathroom. Food and room service was great for a late night snack after a night out.
H. T.
been here once for a weekend away and loved the experience so much we changed our honeymoon plans and stayed here instead.
the facilities are amazing (i loved the pool), the rooms are so large and the staff couldn't possibly help any more than they did.
thankyou so much for making our special time together as newlyweds so perfect.
we will be back again as soon as we financially recover from the wedding haha

Great accommodation that is let down by poor service. The rooms are a great size and if you get a river view, that’s a bonus. The poor service started at check in with my room not available at 4pm on a Thursday !!! The attempt to retrieve the situation was poor especially knowing the booking was part of our teams conference booking for 2 days. The majority of the breakfast and bar staff could learn how to smile, it’s called hospitality, if you don’t enjoy your job, find a new career. The bar food snack service is slow and it certainly was not a one off scenario. Credit must be given to Charlotte who was the best who looked after our conference room on day one. If you want modern accommodation and good size rooms, great just don’t expect service to match.

I have stayed at Fraser Suites many times for both business and personal trips and have never had a bad thing to say. I even request staying there when my company books Perth stays, and recommend the hotel to others. Last weekend (4/5/19) it was a personal trip with my partner. When we arrived we were told the onsite parking was full and would need to park at the adjacent Wilsons parking. This was also full because there was a wedding and a birthday at the hotel. When we phoned, we were told we would need to park off site at one of the public parking facilities. Had we known about parking issue at the time of booking, we would have made other transport arrangements.
The room we got was not the room we booked. I always book 19th floor but got 8th this time. We were only charged for the 8th floor but somewhere between confirming the booking and arriving, the room got changed. The room was still nice and presented well, just not what we were expecting.
I can only assume the parking and room issue was due to having two functions in the hotel and sincerely hope my next stay is back to what I have experienced in the past.

My friend was visiting from over East and didn't land until after 11pm. We went able to check in until almost midnight and the lady at the front desk was an absolute delight given the time of night!
It was easy to locate with accessible street parking. Our room had AMAZING views!
Fantastic bed and large shower. Neat and tidy.
S. R.
First time staying at Fraser Suites with my partner - did not disappoint!
Amazing customer service and the room was spectacular. I had requested a river view and was amazed at how beautiful and spacious the room was.
It was mine and my partners 6 year anniversary - we were given a complimentary bottle of Chardonnay upon arrival with a card from the manager! Was unexpected and so lovely.
Will definitely be back! Great price and an even greater location.
Side note - the chips with aioli and tomato sauce that we ordered for room service were amazing ☺️
F. T.
Best place to stay, for us, near everywhere we need to be. Very spacious, very very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are brilliant so professional..... oh and those views
N. M.
The hotel is great but the location is not so good. East Perth is dead, no bars, no life especially after 5pm. Bank on taking a cab into the city or up to Vic park for dining or into the city for entertainment
Tyical Uber fare 12 bucks to each location.
Having said that, the free bus is good and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is a little pricey even for Perth but is adequate. The coffee shop is great and good for a grab and run.
J. J.
Beautiful hotel but did not get help with bags which suprised me as staying for work and using conference facilities.
Room very modern and sleek with amazing seperate bath that had rainfall tap and great tea and coffee facilities. Enjoyed pool and sauna facilities in the morning.
Conference staff exceptional help in providing stunning roses and with accommodating dietary requirements of the group.
Menu by Pete Evans is innovative and creative with great food offering matched with wines, keeping food always interesting. Would definitely stay here again and hope they can fix the little personal touches.
T. P.
Absolutely incredible experience! Booked direct and got the gourmet package which included one night, two course dinner and breakfast. Extremely affordable and the food was delicious. I booked for my partner’s birthday and they gave us a complimentary upgrade which was so unexpected and very much appreciated. The river view was absolutely stunning and just added to the wonder of the night. Such a professional and caring team. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. We will definitely be returning again

My parents stayed in March 2019. Unfortunately while the room was nicely appointed the disabled bathroom was not fit for purpose with extremely slippery tiles and shower curtains that did not contain the water. The access was good for a wheelchair although the door to the apartment was not able to be latched back while entering or exiting. the bed was comfortable.
S. F.
Very comfortable well kept hotel for business travel. Breakfast buffet is top quality. Gym is large and modern with great equipment. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, I normally hate soft beds because they hurt my back but it's like sleeping on a cloud. Not many eateries or shops in short walking distance but room service is delicious and almost entire menu gluten and dairy free! Yay!

Had a wonderful stay at the Frasers Suites Perth last weekend with 4 of my girlfriends. We were able to get a two bedroom apartment with 4 single beds and a rollaway. We had a fabulous time catching up whilst taking in the wonderful view of the city. Great value for money as it included a welcome drink, grazing plate and full buffet breakfast the following morning. A special thanks goes to Justin at Reception ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. He was very professional and efficient. Looking forward to our next stay later in the year. 😀

I’ve stayed at a fair few hotels in Perth and this one is my favourite based on room size, views and service. Our room was facing the swan river, we watched the sunset as we drunk champagne. The service was extremely friendly and hospitable when calling reception and asking for bits and bobs sent up to the room. We had a delicious 2 course dinner at Heirloom restaurant down stairs and enjoyed a couple of cocktails- they were perfection. Buffet breakfast in the morning had us going back for seconds. Thank you for a fantastic stay- we’l be back x
T. M.
Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments. The rooms are very tasteful with an eye for design. The complimentary toiletries were very good indeed. The walk to the hotel is about a block around the corner from the bus stop. The bathroom was always spotlessly clean. The best part is the convenience.
J. A.
Was a nice room, the view was amazing, the pool amenities were good and meet the expectations we had. Room service was prompt and delicious. Parking was the only issue with it being unknown if you can park in the basement parking until you down there. We managed to get a spot and were afraid of leaving because we might not get another spot when we came back. Overall would stay here again.
K. S.
Location of Frasier suites is fairly close to the city, not too far to walk in and only a 5 min drive. We could park our car nearby for free and we're lucky to keep finding spaces to do so. Rooms were very spacious, and it was great having the second bedroom and bathroom for the kids as well as a lounge for them to play in. Everyone was lovely on check in. I really recommend staying here.
T. M.
I've stayed at the Suites on quite a few occasions, to meet the needs of work in WA. Initially, I enjoyed a 10-night stay in late 2013 but, since, it's been one night here, one night there sort of stuff. In every case, the accommodation has been very, very good. Also, now (2018) the value the Suites offers is brilliant. I've booked a night in them for next month for what I feel is a cracking price - I'll get decent change from $150.00 which, for the quality the Suites provides, I feel is excellent.
I've ponied up with four-stars in this review as I feel this is as high as we can provide (though I'd have plumped for a 4.5 star if that was available), given that the Suites is not a true 5-Star establishment, but does very, very well within the 4-star range. (And, as I said, would easily attract, IMHO, 4.5 if that option was available).
They have a decent restaurant on their ground floor, but I've not reviewed that in this summary. Leaving that for another time...
Cheers
Tony

Great hotel!! Will stay again if we are there.
The one bedroom was well equipped (with dish washer, washing machine, and dryer, even a bath tub and balcony) with lots of space. My 2yo toddler loved the space.
They also had a well equipped gym and a lap pool.
The not so goods: there was no coffee machine in the room, the air conditioning was not working very well and they had issues resolving it.
Parking is not the most convenient. there is limited paid parking, but also available limited public parking on the adjacent roads ( free after 6pm, and on weekends).

I wanted to have a relaxing weekend in Perth so I looked for a place not too expensive with jacuzzi, sauna, gym and indoor pool. Fraser Suite came on top of my list regarding value. I was very pleased with the quality of the service, the spacious room. I booked a one bedroom executive appartement which has living room, dinning table, two TVs and microwave.
There is also a good reastaurant, bar and room service. Bali SPA is just next door but I didn't try it. There is a convenience store just a few meters away if you want to buy groceries and the suites are within walking distance to the river and next to the WACA stadium.
I would give five stars for the quality/value but the room was a bit noisy due to proximity to the highway. I was on the second floor so it may be better to choose a room in the upper floors. It was also a bit disappointing that the restaurant is closed for lunch but the bar offer pasta and other lite bites. There also other restaurants within walking distance open for lunch.
K. R.
Its a nice hotel with indoor heated pool, spa and sauna. The only reason i gave 4 and not 5 stars is that windows were real dirty and it ruined the view, we are staying at this hotel this weekend and i hope windows are cleaner this time:)
M. W.
The rooms are very modern and comfortable. Very nice place to stay. The bed was very comfortable, had a good night's sleep!
The best part of the experience are the staff, very friendly and accommodating to your requests. I would definitely come back here
J. S.
Just stayed over on Friday - fantastic hotel, would highly recommend to anyone.
Room was clean, the welcome DIY drink was nice, breakfast was simple but well done.
The only thing would be parking, seems a little high - but i guess welcome to perth.
M. H.
Fraser suites Perth is my choice of accomodation when i am here for business. The service is always friendly and professional. The location is close enough to the CBD without being in the hustle. Lobby and bar provides a great place to breakout and enjoy an occaional beverage. The rooms are excellent especially the ones facing the WACA. They have above average gym and pool facilities as well. I have never tried the breakfast there though so that shall be on my to-do-list
M. A.
Nice looking hotel, location is away from town but still not too far out, rooms very large but not without their issues.
Some rooms are a good suite layout with a small kitchenette, lounge area and separate bedroom. Deals can be found for the location, staff are friendly and helpful, good service at the bar.
Rooms are tidy but feel like you float around in them a little, could use an interior decorators hand a little more. Bathrooms are clean but biggest issue here is if you wake up a bit later than others on your floor they run out of hot water and staff give rote response of "we're aware of the issue". Beds a little hard for my taste.
Location is right up the other end of Perth Central so you have to travel a bit to get to other services. Near a convenience store which is nice. Great local parks etc nearby so nice views of the river and defiantly nice and quiet this end of town at night.
Wouldn't recommend until they fix the hot-water issue.
S. L.
Super nice room for a super nice price! Seriously worth it. The view from my room was amazing! Definitely see myself going again.
L. K.
Stayed here over the weekend. What a quality hotel. The consierge was helpful and informative. There was a swimming pool, hot tub and a dry sauna available for guests to use. Also a good gym. Everything was very clean and housekeeping was on point.
The only inconvenient thing was that we did a booking online and when we got into the room there wasn't a bathtub(that's why we chose this hotel.. I really craved a bath and the booking said there would be one) My partner went and asked if we could change rooms and they said we were in luck and got our room changed. So keep in mind to ask for a room with a bath if you so desire.
B. B.
My husband took me for my birthday. Rooms were lovely. The bathroom was quite odd though. It was massive and didn't keep in theme with the beautiful apartment. Breakfast was out of this world. Pool and spa were great. Enjoyed a drink I the lobby bar. Was lovely.
D. R.
Fraser suites was by far the best place I've stayed in recently, and I Tour australia at least once a month. On arrival my room was upgraded free of charge, upon heading up to my room I happily discovered a beautiful spacious room with seperate dining/living area, and spectacular view of the WACA and nearby parks. I could not fault it. Also having a lobby bar downstairs was great! The Heirloom restaurant was great as was the room service, dishes were unique and full of flavour and character, house keeping also well on top of their game, I only needed to push one button before someone was at my door within 10 minutes ready to clean and service my room. Front doors weren't locked after a certain time which I liked, it allowed me to have guests a lot easier, there was staff on site 24 hours a day ready to help. Cannot fault Fraser suites! I'll be back in May 100%!!
J. H.
Absolutely tip top inside & well worth a stay, although the parking is less than adequate really no free parking at all.
I guess that local visitors aren't their key market but still seems a tad odd.
T. M.
Thank you for you comments and rating. The hotel is very well located indeed. Easy access with a little bit walk to the bus station. The room itself was hotel standard clean. The rates were very reasonable for exchange. All the facilities in-room worked well. The front desk reception makes you feel comfortable immediately.
J. H.
I got a king-sized bed apartment which was upgraded from a single room originally. Largest bed I've ever slept in and the room was emaculate. For the price I paid it was well above what I expected. View was over the WACA side which wasn't much to look at during the night but during the day it's quite nice. Staff are really friendly and cater 24hours a day they also gave me tips where to park the car as the carpark provided for the hotel was full.
The hotel is a bit of a walk from the city, maybe 25 mins at the most, but it's a quiet street most of the way so it didn't bother us. Would definitely stay here again.
L.
Very nice hotel apartment, but no bell boy, the receptionist is everything including the bell boy.
They clean daily and have good response for anything we need.
They have gym and indoor pool with jacuzzi, good for winter!
Location was good too.
N. S.
This hotel is clean and the room ok. My checking was bad, called 3 days before arrival to ask for early checkin. Got there at noon told to wait, room ready at 245, which I was told was 15mins early. The worst part of the hotel service is the breakfast and more directly the breakfast host. He is just like the famous soup Nazi from Seinfield. Manning his desk, black suit letting you know this is his domain. Tough when the place is empty most of the time. He just seems so unhelpful. Breakfast food was acceptable but not $34 + tax worth.
Z. S.
At Fraser there is a large variety of facilities for residents including a swimming pool, lounge and miniature theatre all of which are taken care of and regularly cleaned. Apartments are high in quality with good layouts and a balconies. Parking is okay, with bays being a good size. However, storage units are prone to being stolen from or used by other people, so remember to use a lock.
C. C.
Attended a conference with no overnight bday, facilities were excellent band catering was varied, well presented, and praiseworthy.
T. M.
Well appointed hotel with all the amenities. The location of the hotel is second to none. Surroundings of the hotel are very interesting. The hotel provides all the toiletries you could possibly need. Several bus stops near the hotel. The rooms are value for money. I am looking forward to staying here again.
S. M.
Very well priced (compared to the other places in Perth and WA) for very nice and recently decorated accommodation. Staff were also very helpful when we wanted to change rooms. Rooms features and layouts do vary. High rooms have wonderful a views all around of either the river on 2 sides, queen's gardens or the CBD.
P. D.
Clean apartments. Walking distance to main city hub. Excellent value for money. Views of the Swan River from our room is the best
P. P.
Excellent hotel right in the CBD. Good pool and spa. Love the breakfast. It has a couple of different dishes to try. Only drawback is that during events, the posting of full and you may end up parking on the roadside. For night staying business trips it's fine.
C. G.
This hotel is close to downtown within the free bus zone. The staff are very nice, the rooms are big and very clean.
The rooms are good for woring in and the suites are huge with everything you could want including a washer and dryer.
Rates are reasonable, public transport on the street, quick ride to the warf area which is a must see.
A. D.
The staff were very professional and helped wherever they could. It is walking distance to the city centre shopping precinct as well. Very well kept rooms and the hotel in general is very good, clean and has all the usual conveniences available. Great place to stay whether overnight or longer.
G. O.
Food was excellent and Service friendly... And ample parking around the corner of the building.. Nice venue for corporate investor presentation
R. J.
go to the bar, ask for Max. he will take care of you. amazing guy.
C. T. A.
Me and my wife are from Singapore on 5 day holiday 21-26 June 15 (Winter period) and
we enjoyed 5 wonderful days at the property. We had the most spectacular 120 degrees (& more) view from our 18th floor hotel room of the magnificent Swan River. Just from our hotel ceiling to floor window, like an eagle we are perched above all buildings having an unblocked view of the river and its surroundings. I was able to admire and appreciate the entire wonderful view of sunset without leaving the warmth of my hotel room.
A word of reminder though I did notice the property did deduct the deposit as soon as I booked through their website. There is also $100 credit card bond for every day you stay once you checked in (I am sure they deducted on the spot) and I am not sure when I will get back my money back. The counter clerk did tell us they will talk / fax a request to my bank to refund soon. So currently I am down AUD$500 for period unknown. These are unusual from other Australian hotel, they charge your credit card for the stay only on check-in / checkout and the so called credit card bond is void on checkout.
An area of improvement for the hotel I guess
One of the disadvantage it is far from Hays Street (Cafes or Chinese food establishment) or NorthBridge (Chinatown). There is the free Red Cat Bus though which we took from WACA stadium (Nelson Crescent Rd) or you could 9 minute walk to Hays Street for your cuppa. We walk quite a lot until our legs hurt : ). The Red Cat bus took us direct to city centre Forrest Place (main shopping district), where you can also board other free CAT buses to other attractions in town or to train stations to other parts of Perth such as Fremantle.
v. l.
Such a beautiful hotel room, the customer service was amazing when we checked in (Jose was lovely and was very helpful). We stayed in the one bedroom premier with a balcony, it was clean and comfortable and luxurious. Best hotel stay by far.
J. H.
Really great hotel - outstanding room and such friendly staff who made the stay enjoyable.
T. M.
I guess you get what you pay for. The location is without a doubt the best location. Visiting the city is very easy from here. The rooms have always been spotlessly clean. Arriving at the hotel, the front desk was extremely nice. The amenities of the hotel were lovely.
S. T.
Friendly and helpful staff! The food is good but takes a while to get to you. I also was served a warm beer which wasn't great. Gym and pool is pretty good but the pool could do with a decent clean. Great view of the WACA from my room.
D. H.
Rooms are nicely set up. Some having views of the Swan River. They don't have a lot of parking, which was our biggest issue. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean.
T. R.
Stayed for a night in a double suite with big couches eg. Great beds and comfort awesome view and location. Breakfast crowded at 9am on sundag but yum. Didn't try the spa but friends said its great. Why 4 stars...no glasses had to ask 3 times to get 6 glasses and ice. Will be back anyhow
A. R.
My wife and I went back to Fraser Suites after getting married a few weeks back, and we were delighted to find that not only were we granted our request to have a room facing the river, but we were upgraded to a larger room. The view was stunning, and the apartment was exquisite. We had the pleasure of ordering room service from the restaurant downstairs, and it was unbelievably quick considering it's top notch quality.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Fraser Suites Perth for making our wedding night and the days after a perfect and luxurious way to start our married life together.
R. W.
Always a great experience staying at Frasers. Had a clesn room, comfy bed, wifi never dropped out, delicious food for breakfast. We were given a voucher for grazing plate and a free drink each at the bar. Definitely be back next time we stay in the City.
J. H.
I enjoyed the stay, nice and central although the parking is disappointing due to the cost of using the Wilson car parking. Room was very good and WiFi was strong & fast
R. A.
We stayed at Fraser Suites Perth on our wedding night last year. We stayed here again a year to the date last night. We got the easter special deal. We could not be happier with the friendly service of all the staff. The room beautiful as all ways. The view from the balcony over looking the park, W.A.C.A, and casino.... Breathtaking. We also had in our package breakfast for two. When we walked into the restraunt it was like walking into a Modern medieval buffet. There was so much to choose from, and it was amazing. Thank you so much Fraser suites..... See you next year :)
T. C.
Fantastic hotel with lovely welcoming and helpful staff throughout.
The gym is the best equipped I have ever seen in a hotel and the sauna and pool were lovely too. Stayed for two weeks with the wife and really cannot fault this place at all.
b.
Very spacious rooms with all the required amenities of a self service apartment. Quite a luxurious feel. Great location. Parking was a bit of an issue, as you must pay for the entire day of whichever night you stay.
T. D. A. 1.
Good location for on overnight or weekend in the city.
Recomennded.
M. F.
Love this hotel! It's close to the river and a fantastic walking / cycling track. The gym is great with an indoor lap pool. The rooms are very clean and modern and the staff friendly and helpful. It's the only hotel I stay in when I travel to Perth.
i.
Truly a 5 star hotel. Great staff, amazing room with unbelievably comfortable beds. The pool is nice too and breakfast was large and very tasty. Complementary welcome-drink at check-in. Surely am going to stay with Fraser again!
T. M.
We stayed for 6 nights at the end of the month. The facilities at the hotel are great. I did not hear guest talking in the rooms next door. The hotel is smack in the city with easy access to everywhere. I was pleased to see you enjoyed your stay.
A. M.
Clean, modern rooms. Very limited over night room service, and shower pressure a little low, but those are my only gripes. Service was nice, room was not huge, but certainly not small, and quite nice, and the complementary bottled water was a lovely touch. I'd stay there again.
P. M.
Rooms are more than spacious, clean and well appointed, everything you need is in them. Staff are friendly (in my experience). There is ample park land around, if that's your thing.
Negatives (if only slight): Fraser Suites are not conveniently located to shops and cafes/restaurants. It's at least a 15-20+ min walk for that. Also, they take AUD$100.00 per day from your credit card as a hold.
T. C.
Great value for money, with quiet and comfy rooms. I’ve stayed at Frasers multiple times and love it here. Staff are always helpful and warm, with a great buffet in the mornings. Would definitely recommend.
D. L.
High end clean, modern rooms with fantastic view overlooking swan river and Optus stadium. However disappointed with housekeeping with no refills for tea bags and drinking water. However it has fast internet speed and wellness facilities. If you are driving the hotel provides car park services for a fee.
S. B.
Ok, value for money
Decent room and bed but sometimes you get a food smell from hallway
Nice bathroom but a very slow shower due to water pressure
Gym is good
Now book in and wait for it, they want $100/night on your card!!!
Ludicrous.....
Not bad but sort out your policies fast
H. B.
Amazing place. Amazing location. Staff are fantastic. Special mention for Javier who goes the extra mile to ensure his quests are happy and Asmita who has done an amazing job with servicing my room. Suggest that quests that have a long stay like 2 weeks should be allowed free parking
B. G.
Attended training at one of the Fraser Suites conference rooms and as usual it was wonderful. The rooms are very clean and modern, have good facilities and friendly staff, and has a good overall atmosphere. The reception and restaurant staff are also great :)
T. J.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Room is good. Well priced. They have a pillow menu which is kinda cool. Would definitely stay again.
B. K.
Overall stay at frasers suits was good, we were greeted with the most wonderful receptionists Robyn and Erin which helped us check in and out with a breeze! The overall hotel is good but the receptionist made the experience one to remember!
Y. Y. H.
A fantastic hotel with a lot of modern conveniences. They even accommodated for my special request of a photo of a cat on the bed upon checkin! Only reason for the 4 stars was that the location is a little further away from the CBD - wish I could rate it 4.8!
E. T.
My only concern was, u wake up from a bliss sleep, put the kettle on for a mug of coffee and OMG, you open the cardboard to find two tiny cups. Please Frazer suites, supply mugs for a decent cup of coffee. I was in room 1309. Other than that, a perfect, clean amazing place to stay.
N. W.
On first impressions Fraser suites is very modern and impressive aesthetically. The staff are very kind and helpful. We were treated to 2 free drinks at the bar below and mingled with some if the other patrons who were also very pleasant. All in all the experience has been a great get away.
Z. T.
Very very nice hotel in Perth. Loved everything about the room and the facilities. Great location, bus stop right next to it and within the free bus zone. Would recommend to anyone.
J. R.
Amazing accommodation, beautiful rooms, well presented, neat and love the view
P. E.
Rooms are excellent and so is the customer care. I complained about noisy air con in my room and it was fixed that day. Only very small niggle is that breakfast starts at 6am and I needed to leave for work at 6am so would be good if it could start at 5:30am. But this is a minor niggle - the place is great.
K. R.
Rooms are incredible. But service is average. Parking is a massive issue, it’s annoying that we’re suppose to be on a holiday and we have to wake up early to walk down the street and pay for car parking when the meter comes active again, because there’s no parking available in the hotel.
B. B.
Great service, honest and good price. Spacious rooms.
B. W.
This is a clean quiet location to stay, only 30 minute bus outside to Airport, 5 minute free ride to city CBD or trains. Close walk to water and parks, good pool, gym and spa. The staff are very friendly and give you the time of day.
G.
The suite room design is good, bit narrow. But it wasn't really a good memory being there as the receptionists were not friendly, even not smiling. That happened about 3 years ago, but hospitality is everything for me, especially we have paid for the booking, makes me reluctant to come back.
P. A.
While the rooms are not at the budget end of the price range, they are not silly prices either. The rooms are spacious...well huge, the kitchen would be impressive in your new upmarket home, and the staff are professional. They make good coffee to. They are far enough away from the city centre to avoid late night noises, but close enough for quick public transport or a less then $20 taxi fair. On my list when I return to Perth again.
M. S.
Cosy bar down stairs where we had pre drinks before family wedding.
A la carte menu in reception was outstanding, would happily go back for the steak cheek that fell apart on the plate yum.
Staff very professional but friendly we had a lot of fun.
S. G.
Large rooms that are very well appointed. Excellent views over the Swan River if you get the right side of the building. One of the more modern places in Perth to stay. Recommended for extended visits where you want something larger than a shoebox.
S. J.
Loved it, excellent appointed room perfect for our family of 4. Brillant GYM and pool. Loved the stay...was a little dissapointed with the front reception attitude it was a little cold and completely unengaged.
A. “. H.
My friend and I had drinks at the bar. The bar tenders were very nice with great service. We had the "chips" which turned out to be far more like wedges than chips, but tasted good regardless. They do need to replace the rug/carpet as it is looking old and stained. Also the chairs were particularly uncomfortable and unfuctional despite looking nice.
J. W.
Nice rooms and great food, staff were friendly. Depending one which side of the building you get your room will determine what view you get, one side faces a building whilst the other you get a view of the river. Recommended
D. L.
Loved it. I had a 1.5hr treatment. Full body massage and a facial. Amazing. Treated like a princess. Worth every cent and I recieved 33 points back towards my next holiday because of my amazing travel club. Will definitely go back.
K. S.
A hidden gem in Perth! Great value with excellent service, starting and ending with Robyn at the front desk. Understated luxury, treated like VIPs by all the staff we interacted with, and very tasty meals at great prices. Definitely be back, great value for your money in Perth.
B. B.
Beautiful views, clean room and great coffee in the Cafe downstairs.
M. J.
I have not had the pleasure of staying here yet, but I was attending an event nearby this weekend and happened to forget my printed out tickets. The lovely lady Alix at the front desk was so kind to print me out another copy without hesitating. Great customer service!
M. H.
Great service from Fraser Suites once again. Great clean 1 bedroom suite excellent gym, lap pool and high quality in room dining (highly recommend chicken and avo tacos).
Will be my priority venue for all Perth visits here onward!
L. L.
Lamps didn't work in the room.. not much information upon arrival. No details on how to connect to Wi-Fi or call reception. No general information on facilities on hand.
C. I.
Nice apartments and rooms were always prepared well after service. We were impressed by the food in their in house restaurant. Good location to access Perth Cbd too.
A. W.
Great place to stay. Very nice rooms and great service. Has a good gym and pool too. The restaurant is good, best value is the special between 5pm and 6pm. $30 for a main and a drink!
M. S.
When new, this room would have been dreamy, however, had scuff marks on the walls in some of the strangest places, chips in kitchen cupboards panels, grout in the shower was stained. Drinking glasses in bathroom were not clean. Worst of all, the view was inhibited by dirty windows. Cobwebs on the windows showed that thesethese hadn't been cleaned in some time!!
H. G.
Great service very quiet and great food very relaxed
J. B.
Reasonably priced, breakfast was good and walking distance from city 💯💯💯💯 enjoyed our stay
P. S.
Decent accomodation. Mostly clean. Some dated bits/wear and tear that could use some touch ups. Great Service.
N.
The room's carpets were quite dirty and stained, but the bed was comfortable and there was little to no noise overnight. A balcony would have made the room much better.
Z. Y.
Excellent location, very appreciative of the lovely room with the brilliant view. A few concerns with guest management, definite improvement in respect to displaying professional etiquette is required.
G. L.
The room itself was really nice. However there were a few maintenance issue as our toilet was blocked and the TV remote didn't work. The staffs were really nice and helpful though.
A. E.
Quality of the suite was high class and luxurious! They were also accommodating with specific dietary requirements when ordering room service meals. Will definitely recommend to others and visit again!
K. P.
Often used to visit the bar in the lobby here. Pint glasses are nologer available ..schooners are now the same price. Staff are usually friendly. If you visit during slower hours staff are often running between the bar and restaurant area on double duty it seems. Otherwise the environment is comfortable with tasteful typical hotel lobby decor
r. r.
Great location and staff . Hotel is modern and comfortable . Everything is included, you have all you need while away from home . My only downside was the bed and pillow but that's just me. Will come again.
T. P.
Everything was really nice.
Except being woken up by the cleaners at 7.30am slamming doors on our level for a good hour.
E. D.
Lovely end of year windup with the staff last Christmas. Beautiful funstiin room and nice food.
C. T.
Love it! Beautiful room, everything thought of (except no bubble bath for the bath). Lovely staff, easy to find. We got the romance package and were upgraded to a premium suite, which was a lovely surprise.
t. w.
Fish and chips very nice. A tad pricey at $28.00 Service by the lobby bar staff very friendly. Good clean location.
S. e.
Tidy and effective location for small conventions or large meetings
P. S. T.
This is our favorite family retreat whenever we visit Perth. Modern amenities and very comfortable relaxing ambience to support our holiday, but also very strategically located for business guests. We love the gym and the poll, too.
O. G. L.
Fraser's suite really turned around our holiday. Initially we had stayed at another serviced apartment but the heating was terrible and we were cold. At Fraser's the rooms were huge the decor was immaculate and clean. it came with tvs dishwasher induction stove washer and dryer. the living room was huge and clean and we had a blast staying here
L. E.
Always love staying here. Good location. Spacious rooms with great bed!
Restaurant in there, Heirloom is good.
Great cafe in there as well.
Staff lovely 😊
T. B.
Good hotel, bit overpriced for Australian standards. small kitchen with microwave, fidge and water cooker. No cooking possibility. expesive laundry service, funny housekeeping and a lot of construction work going on in the nearby area (oct 2013), close to the swan river, 2,4 km from cbd (city center) and north bridge(restaurants and bar area)
T. W.
Was in quarantine here the staff made my stay as enjoyable as possible, Service very good and the room was nice, Would stay here again
E. S.
Great service, clean rooms, and a delicious breakfast menu! Gym was also clean with a decent number of machines and free weights to use while on a short visit.
A. P.
The team at Fraser Suites are incredibly friendly, and always have a warm smile regardless of the time of day. The suite we were in was great. Very clean and well presented.
W. S.
Very comfortable central place. Children loved the swimming pool and I enjoyed the very convenient gym. Underground parking quite expensive or not always available - but free street parking available nearby.
M. A.
We stayed at this hotel twice in a week and it ticked all our boxes, great location, treated very professionally by Reception, very clean, very comfortable and we were very happy and satisfied. Thank you Fraser Suites Perth we had a great time at your hotel.
B. C.
We had our company Christmas party at Fraser Suites and it was great! The venue looked new and clean and there was ample parking around the area. Would recommend this place for a function!
L. W.
Make sure you double check you have everything upon leaving you donot get it back including medication, Unless you chase it up 2 weeks later medication has been found but unfortunately other items not.
Y. K.
The most beautiful- est views, the bed was to die for, the gym is amazing as well as the spa and sauna plus pool all I have to say is wow!
N. v. d. M.
Good hotel, but does not live up to 5 stars. No luggage delivery and limited breakfast buffet. Great rooms though, very spacious.
J. O.
Comfortable rooms, very spacious. Didn’t try food & Bev on-site. No parking at hotel, but street parking available .
B. C.
My husband and I walked in dressed to the nines on a Friday night and I boldly asked for an upgrade - the staff were very kind and friendly and we were given a suite for a great price. Good location if you’re going to watch a game at the OPTUS Stadium
B. F.
Was meeting people here today - lobby is a great spot to meet and quaff a vino or two.
Have stayed here in the past and the rooms, service and the whole experience was excellent.
B. B.
Stayed here plenty and regularly use the conference facilities. Nice rooms. Beautiful views and staff are very helpful.
M.
Wonderfully presented room, super friendly and helpful staff members, great selection of food at the buffet breakfast. Overall a great place to stay.
J. M.
Excellent front desk service with a very positive attitude. Room was very clean with a nice getaway feeling. Will definitely stay again.
B. W.
Great place. Here for our wedding. We got upgraded to 19th floor and a bottle of wine. STAFF are super friendly and helpful. definitely recommend this place.
M. S.
Fantastic: location, service, rooms and if you ask in advance you can get a room with a view of Margaret river. I would recommend this to anyone and would stay here again anytime if I visit Perth in the future.
S. G.
I will be staying here again on my upcoming business trip to Perth. Very clean and updated rooms. Staff are great and the food is nice. Beautiful views of Perth as well.
J. S.
I would have given more stars but when you are forced to pay an extra $30 for street parking on top of the room price its a bit poor. The suite was very nice everything you could need or want was provided.
B. H.
Fantastic value for money. great night stay room was clean, only thing they could do with more parking!!
J. T. M.
Great place to meet for business and the breakfast we good too
A.
Lovely place to stay in, incredible view. We enjoyed our stay 😊
J. D.
Clean hotel and friendly staff.
Our room had a broken window (wouldn't open) and the phone plug kept falling out.
Though I assume that was just for our room.
Everything else was great
H. B.
Had a coffee on the go, it was really good. The barista Raghav was professional and friendly. Well done
E. J.
I loved every minute of my 5 night stay at the modern and stylish Fraser Suites Perth. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the service desk staff were friendly and courteous.
T. D.
Stayed here for my wedding, it was beautiful and well priced to fit all my bridesmaids :) we then switched rooms on the wedding night to a room just for us.
C. P.
Friendly staff
Rooms are very spacious and modern
Great views and good location
Reasonably priced compared to the other places I have stayed
S. A.
Great accommodation experience with good breakfast in the morning. Located in a close proximity to CBD with free public transport at a door step.
S. J.
A nice venue for conferences but parking is hard to find it expensive in the streets around. The food provided was nice enough but I'm not sure how much it would have cost!
A. W.
Loved it! Amazing food, staff and well presented all round 👌👍😊 I will definitely be coming back here soon and will be trying out the pool ! 😁 and maybe gym too😉
m. m.
Rooms are clean and well maintained one of my favourite places to stay customer service is on point great attention to details
A. '. A. C.
Great Boutique Apartment Hotel in the CBD but at the quieter end of town and with good on and offsite parking. Great Thought Leaders event today with Peter Cook.
M. P.
Very nice hotel. Great rooms and comfortable beds. I would have given 5/5 if they did not charge for parking.
T. K.
Excellent food and good portions. Ambient sitting and liked the piano for guests

Pretty sweet suites 😁. Modern setup with great room service options. Breakfast buffee and secure undercroft parking that can fit a cruiser.
P. H.
Very pleasent & accomodating staff, modern immaculate lobby, beautifully appointed rooms and the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely returning to Fraser Suites in the near future!
J. W.
the rooms are clean, the decor is modern, the amenities and appliances are great. the staff are all helpful and friendly, especially the housekeeping staff.
M. G.
Great choice for accommodation in Perth if you are looking for more of a serviced type apartment. Downside is that it's at the opposite end of the CBD for business travellers.
R. H.
Top hotel in Perth. Some will think it is a bit out of town, but it is worth the extra bit of distance, just a km or so. Great views from rooms.
R. C.
Very nice, modern hotel. Good rooms and good dining. Within walking distance (though a decent walk) of the city centre.
A. H.
Good rooms, decent breakfast, not many cafes or dinner options nearby though
L. W. C.
Very clean, neat rooms, dirty windows from the outside, kitchen is right outside the toilet. Over priced menu with no variety.
A. R.
Great hotel. Rooms were nice, clown and comfy bed.
Weights room was also decent, compared to other hotels
m. m.
Rooms are clean and well maintained one of my favourite places to stay customer service is on point great attention to details
A. H.
Good rooms, decent breakfast, not many cafes or dinner options nearby though
F. A.
Very good location, good room quality. Not very far from Hays street. Parking is a little bit of a challenge. . .
R. H.
Top hotel in Perth. Some will think it is a bit out of town, but it is worth the extra bit of distance, just a km or so. Great views from rooms.
S. G.
I will be staying here again on my upcoming business trip to Perth. Very clean and updated rooms. Staff are great and the food is nice. Beautiful views of Perth as well.
S. J.
Loved it, excellent appointed room perfect for our family of 4. Brillant GYM and pool. Loved the stay...was a little dissapointed with the front reception attitude it was a little cold and completely unengaged.
L. F.
THIS IS MY SECOND VISIT TO FRASER SUITES. HAD A LOVELY COCKTAIL AT THE BAR AND THEN A FABULOUS MEAL AT HEIRLOOM. COULDNT FAULT ANYTHING ON BOTH VISITS THERE.
M. S.
Fantastic: location, service, rooms and if you ask in advance you can get a room with a view of Margaret river. I would recommend this to anyone and would stay here again anytime if I visit Perth in the future.

Good hotel, but does not live up to 5 stars. No luggage delivery and limited breakfast buffet. Great rooms though, very spacious.
A. '. A. C.
Great Boutique Apartment Hotel in the CBD but at the quieter end of town and with good on and offsite parking. Great Thought Leaders event today with Peter Cook.
Q. J.
Been here couple of times. Great service, affordable rooms after a one night bender and don't wanna go home!!
D. M.
Great service very friendly and helpful great amenities over all great place to stay will be back
C. B.
It’s really expensive to park around the city so would recommend to stay in nearby suburbs instead of the city. The room is okay, but nothing surprisingly great.
D. J. H.
Stayed here after an event in the city, beautiful hotel. Beds were very comfortable.
J. K.
Staff were quite friendly, overall good experience. The view of the Swan River from our room was beautiful.
A. G.
Rooms were amazing, very spacious with separate living and bedroom. Very close to casino and service was 5 star
A. H.
This is the third time i stayed in this apt. It has spacious space, friendly service and 5minutes bis ride to the city
B. M.
We ran a small public breakfast event there. It was well organised and the catering was pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful
R. H.
Lovely and clean, smells Devine, new design, huge lobby and restaurant, fresh linen great staff, pool, spa, sauna, great gym
Love staying here, Thank you!!
A. P.
Nailed the experience! Great customer service, top notch room setting & room service that made you want to go back for more. We will be back!
J. W.
My room didn't have a view of the bay however 8tb floor was quite nice. Restaurant food downstairs was brilliant.
M. a. S. D.
I've enjoyed my status here in the past (I've stayed here about 10 times), this time was not so good. No hot water, despite running the hot water taps for about 10 minutes, disappointing.
S. F.
Room lighting wasn't great, when parking I was walking to a parking meter and the inspector had come out and written a ticket in the time it took me to walk from my car to the ticket machine. I spoke to him and showed him that I had paid and he wiped the parking ticket, parking was also very expensive
R. L.
Good sized suite with everything you need. Found breakfast a little cold and coffee lukewarm. Staff were courteous.
P. B.
Very beautiful! We had our room in floor 8 with a great view and it was very comfortable there und luxurios.
S. G.
We've had fabulous rooms while staying here plus breakfast is one of my favourites. Particularly the chia pudding 😊
P. H.
Great rooms and staff.
Experience slightly marred by the outdoor cinema blasting out late at night.
M. W.
Great rooms. Downstairs there is a bar. Has wedding function availability. Staff are attentive and helpful.
R. J.
I love this place I've stayed here twice and its not a budget hotel but its not stupidly expensive either, apartments are gorgeous and if you can get one with a view it's totally worth the money
C. K.
Excellent hotel, mostly reasonable prices and the new and clean facilities make every stay there very enjoyable!
W. A.
One of the best places to stay.
R. W.
Nabe = Japanese Hotpot (seafood in this instance). A great feed on a cold winter's evening. Highly recommended with hot spices, if you can take the " heat".
M. R.
Great hotel with brilliant service. Rooms are spacious and well kept! Would definitely stay again
R. A.
Nice rooms and good breakfast. If coming late just park in public parking next door which is free till 8am.
C. J.
Great location and service is of a high standard - downstairs coffee is great also; open early for those working in Perth.
G. S.
Beautiful property, stunning rooms and views, great cafe, bar etc. Stayed several times...
J. S.
Good coffee and nice layout. Haven't tried the food yet. But it's a great location.
K.
Really enjoy the $1 breakfast buffet while staying there, everything is worth it. But I wish the pool was jested.
K. G.
Good business hotel. Internet is great. Not in the best CBD location. Nothing great, nothing bad. Does the job.
C. L.
I always stay here for work and cant recommend any other hotel higher than this. Always have a very good duty manager
A. M.
Absolutely amazing and a great value for money! Definitely will go back :)
C. M.
Over priced for what it is however the clean and crisp modern rooms can sometimes offer a nice view of the park and cricket ground.
c. j.
Fabulous place to stay
A. P.
Comfortable facilities and great prices. It is located is a great place, a lot of restaurants and main square is 10 minutes away by walking.
K. Y.
Attended for a professional event. Venue was fine, same as any other of a similar Calibre. Catered food was good. Facilities were up to standard.
S. W.
Fantastic facilities for work events. Great food. Nice conference rooms. Lovely rooms.
A. T.
Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Only downside was that the hot water in the shower fluctuated a lot.
J. D.
We stayed in the executive 1 bedroom suite for 1 night the room was very spacious with everything you need the only thing I have to complain about was when we booked it said there were secure parking available on site which when we got there there was no parking available due to a wedding being on I would have thought as a paying guest we would have first priority parking we ended up having to pay $55 to park our Porsche on the side of the road which I'm not to happy about.
J. V.
They stuffed up our reservations and the male staff at the counter were giggling like school girls whenever we approached for help. Female staff were way better to deal with.
M. T.
One place in Perth that always pleasure to stay, rooms are large, comfortable and clean!Including a great view of the swan river forshore.
D. E.
Comfortable Hotel, not far from CBD. Nice rooms. Restaurant and Bar. 30 minutes to the airport by taxi.
O. C.
Rooms were just. So. Good. Really great view and the bathrooms are real fancy. In a good way. So deal with that.
K. K.

Clean and well furnished apartment in Perth. Parking can be a tad troublesome because they don't have an on premise parking site.
P. B.
Nice hotel for the price! The pool/sauna/spa with a little gym next to it are well maintain.
S. P.
The standard of service has dropped since our first visits. The food is still great but I think Peter Evans needs to pull it back in to line.
J. H.
Great place and atmosphere. With parking in the queens garden car park at under $10 per day it's worth the short walk.
J. D.
Lovely, modern apartment in a great location!
T. A.
