T. S.I just stayed here for 2 weeks what a great place to rest up and relax, rooms are clean an cosy, owners are lovely people who make you feel welcome.
This is a beautiful federation house set on lovely garden perfect to sit back an chill, its also a 5 min walk to various restaurants and hotels.
You must try this place if your thinking of a weekend getaway or s longer stay like myself, thanks guys for great stay.

S. H.The beds are comfy, the room is tidy, and the water pressure in the shower is excellent. The building itself is super charming, and being springtime the gardens are beautiful. We only stayed overnight so didn't get much of a chance to sit and enjoy the pool and gardens, but we'd gladly stay again. It's a great time of year to visit, though; the wisteria and cherry blossoms are in bloom and the whole street is so pretty and fragrant.

R. M.So the actually building was beautiful, the room was spacious and had a nespresso machine that was a nice surprise. The wifi was awful, could only connect when sitting outside, and had verynoisy people in the room below. Very clean, well apointed rooms, heaps of space and the owners were lovely

Walking distance to a couple of good pubs for food, as well as a few other restaurants.
Whenever I visit Perth, and if I'm not working in the CBD, then this is my first choice for accommodation.
J. F.Small room, did not seem like we were given the correct room we booked comparing to the photo on the booking site. Information provided on check in was disappointing in regards to local area or facilities in the house. Room was clean and located close walking distance to restaurants and pubs.
