M. M.This place was exactly what I was looking for. Close to everything in the city, secluded, luxurious & has that tropical resort vibe. The host is so kind, Ken went out of his way to make sure I was always comfortable! Thank you so much will be back :)
d. r.Ken was very easy to deal with, Parkside Suite had everything needed, well appointed and absolutely spotless. Location very easy walk to Highgate and Northbridge eating spots and entertainment venues. Reasonably priced too. I stay in way too many hotels as I travel way too much for work, but feel fortunate to have found a new home away from home while in Perth. Will absolutely be back.
R. R.We recently enjoyed four nights at Haven on the Park. Located just north of the city with secure off street parking, spotlessly clean, quality linen and towels and well equiped including a washer and dryer. Walking distance to many spots for breakfast / lunch / dinner as well as public transport to the city. There are numerous examples of Ken's artwork externally and internally and plenty of terrific parks nearby. Highly recommended.

AC well adjustable, bed with a large selection of pillows, good mattress. Washing machine and tumble dryer, large flat screen TV, microwave, toaster etc. Carport in front of the room, spacious shower, bath with whirlpool, large fridge. 5 minutes walk from Beaufort Street (food bars etc).
Unfortunately, but extremely noisy, you understand every morning at 6 clock definitely every single word!

Tolles B&B. Intelligente und zweckmässige Ausstattung! Sehr netter Host (mit Familie).
AC gut einstellbar, Bett mit grosser Auswahl an Kopfkissen, gute Matratze. Waschmaschine und Tumbler, grosser FlachTV, Mikrowelle, Toaster etc. Carport direkt vor dem Zimmer, grosszügiger Dusche, Badewanne mit Whirlpool, Grosser Kühlschrank. 5 Gehminuten von Beaufort Street (Essen Bars etc.).
Leider jedoch extrem hellhörig, man versteht morgens um 6 Uhr definitiv jedes einzelne Wort!
