I. B.Nice and clean room (although it's smaller than other hotels). Breakfast and ala carte food were good. Service was generally wonderful.
However, there was a misscommunication with the small girl in the reception regarding the late check-out option that I have opted in (5pm) and she insisted that I should leave at 12pm max. The card also didn't work well when she registered it so I had to go back and forth to the reception as I couldn't get in to my room and use the lift. Luckily, the guy was kind enough to sort out the problems for me. Kudos to him.
During the check-out, I should've gotten a refund of $55 from the deposit, but the blonde girl in the reception charged me instead - so I ended up paying double. I had to go back to the reception after leaving the premise to get my money back. Was quite a hassle and could've been prevented in the first place.
J. W.Just an average hotel... Small rooms, and a 50 50 chance you'll get stuck facing the concrete apartment block next door. I'd spend an extra 20 bucks and go somewhere decent
W. M.Great value hotel, with very clean rooms and comfortable furnishings. The bar and restaurant was good, with lots of seating. The dinner buffet was good value, and delicious food. Whether you’re a fifo or just looking for a night in the city, I’d recommend this hotel.

I. B.A good place to stay if you're having a short stay. Rooms are nice but small. The bar/restaurant is decent.
H. I.Clean, no fuss and well maintained hotel. The rooms are pretty small but comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good in the restaurant and the gym on the rooftop was good. The only thing missing is a Swimming pool. Unfortunately our room view was pretty bad, facing the side apartment and was not on a high floor.
S. Y.Super quiet room, I either had no neighbours or it was very well insulated. The window does not open so no fresh air, also the table was only large enough to fit my laptop on. I was booked in for 7 nights for work, finally had room service on Day 6 when the cleaner just opened the door and walked on in… was given a brochure on checkin about set meals being delivered at certain times, I did not receive any meals at all the entire stay. Very comfortable bed and I loved the large soft pillows.

j. s.Had a wonderful stay, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, the staff were excellent, very helpful and always smiling nothing was to much trouble. We had a full breakfast which was great, one of the best we had experienced in our many travels. It was an easy trip into the city centre with the Red Cat Bus and a 10 minute walk to the WACA ground.
A great place to stay and would highly recommend it.
K. C.24 hour check in suited my travel plans well. The lobby was well presented and had a security guard on duty. The room I stayed in was great, everything was clean and in working order. The sound insulation was also great for a quiet night's sleep.

D. J.Good location. Nice room with large windows to allow plenty of warm sunlight to shine through and comfortable bed . This hotel is in walking distance to a couple of cafes if you meeting up with people or sharing uber to get to other venues around town. Good service friendly & prompt. I didn't have any food here so can't rate that.
C. N.Quiet suprise with the hotel was given a Groupon voucher as a Xmas gift which was a city view room, breakfast, bottle of wine and late check out at 12pm
Hotel is on the outskirts of the city but with a bus stop outside the hyatt hotel is in the free transit zone so getting in the city wasn't a major issues or around 20 min from barrack Street
Upon arriving to check in there was already a line waiting to check in with only 2 people checking people it does take a bit longer but this could be it was a Saturday and the was and West Coast Eagles game on so probably extra people checking in.
The room was on the 14th floor with city views and some river views. The size of room is perfect for a weekend getaway. With a large bed that was comfy the pillows were a bit soft for my liking
Wifi was ok not the best could be improve with better speed
Tv has chrome cast and was easy to connect only issue was connection was stable and kept dropping out
Room came with a bottle of white wine but it wasn't chilled maybe they could issue a voucher so people can exchange it for cold one at the bar. End up getting an ice bucket from the bar
Room a nesspresso machine with 2 pods not sure if more is available during the stay as my partner does drink coffee so two was enough for the one night stay
The roller blind on the window was major plus as it blocked out most the outside light kept the room pretty dark in the morning
Bathroom is a decent size with large shower so you don't feel squeezed in, there a shelf to the front of the shower which is great spot to place your beer if you want a shower beer 🤫😆. There is some small cleaning that need to attention in the bathroom with mildew build up in the shower door seals but not a major issues
The bath robes has to be the plush and softest ones I ve had in hotel in Perth
Breakfast was your basic hotel buffet. With the hot buffet been served to you by a staff member the rest was help your self, commercial nesspresso machine for you coffee
All in a great hotel for little getaway, would stay again

C. M.Neat and clean, however not too keen on the bright dotted leery decor. It feels more like your staying at a children’s hospital or childcare centre, as opposed to a lovely hotel. The fridge in the room is not cold at all. It could be used to store your handbag, but forget putting drinks in there, or for wanting to kept anything remotely cold. The staff were lovely, but it really doesn’t feel like a nice hotel. Too much colour and pattern for me. I felt like I was hallucinating. It gave me anxiety. If you want something clean, new and neat, and without a fridge ( because it’s pretty much useless ) this will do just fine. Great location

J. 0.A lovely and vibrant hotel. It is centrally located and easy to get to the city and CBD areas. They have a good selection for breakfast and dinner. Great views of the Swan river and the city from the higher floors. Friendly and courteous staff. They are happy to give you directions and call a cab as well. Good room service.
C. G. d. M.Ibis Styles provides a convenient place stay to close to government offices, Optus Stadium and the city is a free bus ride away.
The rooms are compact but functional specially for short stays but it would be somewhat uncomfortable if you had children.
The food is great and the staff friendly.
My only gripe was that my room even though clean, I found a large female perfume bottle cap under the hand basin and got charged a credit card fee without being notified until the transaction was completed of the surcharge.
The hotel is about 3 months old so still shiny and welcoming
J. C.Everything you need with a great location. Rang ahead for an early check in request, the staff were very helpful and managed to organise without any issues. Check in process was easy. We stayed on the 10th floor, the room had everything you need for an overnight stay. Bar fridge, tea and coffee, iron, hair dryer. A big thumbs up from me was the free unlimited wifi and Chromecast for the TV. There is no onsite parking but 50m down the road outside the bowls club is a public car park, price for 24 hours Saturday morning to Sunday lunch was $12.20. All up a great place to stay, highly recommended.

K.Very clean and quiet. Great location with free and paid bus routes running straight past. 20 min walk to Hay St for all you need, few minutes to park and river. Loved the ceiling to floor windows for light but room very small. Polite and helpful service from staff. Happy to store luggage for me. Hotel and rooms very modern, colorful and clean. I would stay again if couldn't get into my usual hotel. Personally l feel more comfortable in older style hotels and love teir character.

P. B.Has become my 'second home' this past four months and have had a good stay every time( x four). Ideally located as within walking distance of the city centre, shops, library, good barbers(East End), the Perth mint and other places to visit.
Would recommend as is a modern, clean establishment with really friendly and efficient staff members. Currently I am on the 15th floor with a great view of the Swan river and the city.

We were greeted by beautiful welcoming and helpful staff, the reception, lifts and rooms were all so modern, bright and fun.
We had some yummy cocktails and choc lava cake at night, and the delicious full breakfast in the morning.

A. M.My wife and I got off the plane from Brisbane and at the hotel by 10.30 Perth time. The staff checked us in quickly and entering the room we were pleasantly surprised by the small but we'lll appointed room. It has a great side view of the river and black out blinds. The room doesn't seem pokey and small like some hotels can. All the furnishings are new. Not surprising considering it's a new hotel. The disappointing thing was that ordering room service they only had pizza available for purchase. The upside is that their breakfast down on the 1st floor was great. They had a bit of everything. All told the location is central but a bit of a walk from the city centre. Access is convenient and they always have enough staff on for departure.
M. M.I was due to stay here but with the WA Covid lockdown I had to cancel. As a non-refundable booking I was prepared to cop it on the chin. Accor later reached out to me and considered the circumstances they provided a full refund. Great customer service!
B. S.Feels clean on the first day. But if u r here for longer duration, the room service is inconsistent. The first day they replaced water and toiletries but didn’t make my bed. Second day I requested they make bed and vaccum along with jus replacing toiletries. Third day - no water replaced. 4th day - again no water bottles and unvaccumed floor. We pay full price for each night, so the service needs to be complete as well. Also since the colour them of this hotel us bright, the carpets are also bright and you can see stains and dirt on it.
A bit small, but overall for a quick visit this is perfect. Long term, I would say no. Airbnb is a much better choice for the same price. You might go bonkers in a small room

C. L.I stayed at the hotel for 1 night at the end of November, the hotel is brand new, very clean and the rooms very comfortable.
The location is amazing, far enough away from the city centre but close enough that you are still with-in walking distance, plus you have amazing parks and river-front walks nearby. You really do get the best of both worlds!
All staff where very helpful and was a nice welcoming feeling from when we first arrived to we left.
The onsite restaurant has a great buzz and with an amazing menu and some good drink deals.
All in all had an amazing stay and will recommend the hotel to anyone planning to stay in Perth for a few days (or more). You will not be disappointed!
I will differently come back next time I visit Perth.

The rooms were bright, cheery and oh so comfortable! The food was incredible (the choc lava cake was the best I have EVER had!) the mojitos were the bomb, brekky was delicious and most of all, the service was a delight!

H.I work close by and I thought the seating for the bar area looked inviting from the outside as it has a nice elevated view of the corner section of Plain St and Adelaide Tce with lovely afternoon sun. The wine list is sparse, and we struggled to enjoy the only sauv blanc on the menu. The one rosè on offer was nice, and I recommend. The tall tables and stools are poistioned well for larger parties, but the ground chairs are uncomfortable and make it impossible to sit back and relax. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
