S. B.Great hotel close to the airport. Worth its 4 star rating, still has that new and clean feel. Friendly and polite staff, prompt room service and good food. Pool is a real bonus.

The aircon can't be turned off so there is a constant hum at all hours. Drove over a bolt in the car park which although not the hotel's fault, caused irritation. There is a secure car park for guests with plenty of spaces and overall a decent hotel.

The girls on the reception desk were all lovely - very helpful and polite, and found solutions to some small problems before I even asked - for them I would have given a 5 star rating. What ruined this stay was the next morning before I had to head back to the airport to head to Broome. The man running the restaurant breakfast service was rude and obnoxious and loud. He told one group of people to MOVE BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE WILL WANT THIS TABLE (put a reserved sign on it then), another waitress came along and pulled him away telling him to leave it, it would be ok, and he really started to mouth off then saying that he was "sick and tired of working with people" (yes we all heard you). So what could have been a relaxing overnight stay was totally ruined by something that should never have been allowed to happen and I just checked out for the airport and won't be using that location as a staging post again I don't think.

The hotel is so fresh and new looking, the corridors are huge, room was bigger than other hotels ive booked at. Rooms were spotless. The bed was super comfy and the room temp perfect! My room included a full buffet breakfast down in the Eyre Resturant which is connected to the hotel. Amazing range of food. I also ordered room service for dinner and that was delicious too. Very generous serving size! The pool and spa look very inviting too - I will try them out next time! Which will be soon as I am keen to go back with the kids.

Air conditioning in the room would require a setting change to keep the room cool. This would happen around midnight which resulted in broken sleep every night. This must be some cost/energy saving measure. It is really annoying as the room becomes stuffy.

Has become my FIFO over night spot, very handy having a free airport transfer shuttle, there’s also a bus stop out the front and takeaway restaurants nearby.

When I checked out the gentleman behind the counter seemed like he did not want to be there was totally disinterested suggest some staff training is required in customer service.
Iam not a fifo worker but have stayed there regularly over the last 8 months on business. Would like to see the menu change, as it hasn't yet.
Still new and tidy 24 h check in and check out, secure car parking.

Drop of your bags in the hotel lockerroom and go pick up the camper and pick up your bags. Bus stop next to hotel and for 12.80 dollar a familie day pass to city centre Perth. Helpful staff spottless clean room. Great showers and very good bed. Great breakfast and good reasanable prices. Great is also the free pick up or drop of to the airport. You dont hear the sound of the freeway or the airport.
