B. D.A very comfortable and convenient property, located close to the Mends Street precinct. Room are spacious and there are good appointments to the units (full kitchen and laundry, etc.) Staff were very helpful at all times. The garden provided ample area for the kids to run around in and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
E. D.Dated but clean, tidy and comfortable for a short stay. Has kitchen facilities, microwave , oven, stove top decent size fridge. Our apartment also had washing machine and dryer. Table and chairs. The reception staff was very friendly and polite. Front apartments are across road from freeway so a lot of traffic noise.
We only stayed 1 night this time.
M. N.First 2 nights in our 2nd story apartment was great,clean and tidy,beautiful view from the balcony.
2nd time we went back(2days later)we were Put on the bottom floor opposite side,wasn’t as nice as the first stay,everything in the apartment was run down,rusted,parking was a bit cramped but overall stay I wouldn’t not book again..receptionist was lovely and very welcoming.
Being next to the freeway as busy as it was it wasn’t as bad,close to park,gardens,grass and water features were also a great combination of riverside and amentities iga etc,very expensive though,they had well presented meals,fruit etc,wasn’t very nice to eat though😳
M. Z.Nice hotel apartment building in a lovely section of Perth. Great views from the balconies on the top floor apartments. They only have stairs but it's only three stories high so not too far to climb. Very functional rooms which would be ideal for longer stays. Parking is available on site with a locked gate at night. Free WiFi but no Foxtel for the TV. Currently very well priced rooms. Close to the Perth Zoo and many great eateries. Also to the ferry.
B. H.One of the best whilst looking for decent price accommodation in Perth. Clean comfortable apartments with easy access to freeways and a variety of shops nearby. Perfect for a family stay as rooms are self contained with a complete kitchen and laundry facilities.
A. Y.Clean and comfortable but very basic. Fittings are looking dated. There is no lift to the higher floors (we were on the 3rd), so not good for those with a lot of luggage. On the plus side, it is very close to many good eateries.
L. M.Stayed in 1 bedroom room apartment and we had a lovely stay. The place has everything we needed such as washer and dryer, full kitchen appliances, iron, hairdyer. Not noisy at all even though its pretty near the highway
Family and budget friendly apartment. The receptionist is very helpful too. We will definately stay here again when we come back to Perth!
M. W.Very comfortable for 2weeks isolation. Good view from balcony. Staff very helpful. Only negative was cigarette smoke wafting into our apartment from other balconies.

L. K.A very nice hotel. The room is big and clean, friendly staff. Theres cooking facilities in the room, thus you can make your own meal. A few minutes wall to the esplanade where you can enjoy the sunset with the view of the Perth skyline. You can also take a ferry from there to the city

M. A.Good location, near the Zoo and not far from the Ferry to Perth, but very dated establishment. If your a light sleeper choose another hotel as you are next to the Freeway, very noisy.
x. l.reasonable clean apartment. arrive late and made prior arrangement to collect my keys for check-in. location is good as its near the zoo, if you so prefer, and not that near the city whereby the traffic is alot heavier.
R.Rooms were good, quality of the appliances and facilities were good. Towels were changed as should but trash wasnt cleared, and we had to ask them to clear it for us. Had a pleasant time there nontheless.

d.Internet useless, quite literally could not use it, and extremely intermittent. Don't come here for business if you need wi-fi. Interior / decor generally clean, although only the obvious place e.g. dust caked on the window blinds. Crappy synthetic couch was peeling and left bits of black crap all over the palce. Ironing board is crap (not great for ironing those business shirts). Air conditioning reeked when first started it up, like that damp cloth smell. Their 4 star rank is a massive stretch, the only thing that saves it is location, can get straight onto the freeway into the city is 5 mins, or straight onto freeway south, and close to supermarket, restaurants, the water and some parks for running / cycling etc.
