We had a great 2 night stay. We had a deal which included breakfast & bottle of wine & valet parking. We made the most of our stay by checking in at 10.30. Room & bathroom was very comfortable & nicely renovated, nice toiletries provided. Centrally located to lots of things to do in the city. Breakfast was very good & plenty to choose from. Pool area was great with a good amount of seating for size of pool which we made good use of on both days. Reception staff were all very helpful & friendly, we got the offer of an extended 3pm checkout by text which was really good & finished off our stay nicely. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Parmelia. It has been refurbished and it is very nice. Nice gym and pool. Amy (the receptionist) is a real asset to the hotel, very caring and make you feel welcome. Lucas at the bar was very cheerful as well and make me a very nice mocktail. Buffet breakfast was good and lot of varieties. Overall we had a very good stay and will be back.

Stayed for one night, the 31st Dec 2021. Room was lovely and clean. Staff were very helpful, the breakfast was one of the best we have had in Perth We also have an evening meal in the restaurant it was amazing, the food was cooked to perfection. We will be staying there again for sure.

Could not fault this hotel, from the moment we got there we had an excellent stay. The service was exceptional, Carol on the front desk was friendly and ensured we were all set and was available should we need anything. They accommodated us for an early check in too. The room was spacious, clean, the bathroom was quite large too. The tv had chrome cast which was amazing to be able to stream your own Netflix or music accounts and not have to pay overpriced movie charges at other hotels! Wifi was good. The pool area was great, big comfy lounge chairs and decent size pool. The breakfast the next day was amazing, they had everything you could want for breakfast and our waiter Malcolm was so accomodating and friendly. We even met the chef who ensured we were taken care of and answered all our questions. Every staff member we met were so lovely and genuine. I really could not fault this hotel or the staff and restaurant. I would definitely stay here again, was a great location and a lot of things we did were within walking distance of this hotel.

They put on Christmas buffet luncheon every year. Food range caters for all tastes, including vegan, gluten free options. Deserts were outstanding. Presents for children are unisex. Going again next year

Staying for our 44th anniversary, last stayed on our wedding night all those years ago. Can't fault the service or amenities. Up graded us to a suit and bought a bottle of sparkling with a nice cup cake to our room complimentary.

This hotel is in a good location with easy access to the city shops and the foreshore. It's not a hotel you book for views out of your windows. We had a suite which was worth the extra $ for the club room extras.

My partner and I recently stayed at the Parmelia Hilton for Valentine’s Day. From the moment I submitted my booking, the staff were incredibly attentive. They gifted us sparkling wine for a one night stay, messaged me to check in on our quality of stay and also organised to have a shirt that I left behind ready for collection the next day. Most people would expect this type of service regardless, but I truly appreciated how functional and efficient their customer service team was.

Bought a 2 day luxury escape voucher. Room was lovely. We ate at their restaurant and the food was beautiful. Short walk to Elizabeth Quay and the city centre.

Excellent hotel, restaurant and bar, staff are outstanding from the time you book in at reception with Carol, to the time you have a swim in the fantastic outdoor pool and Gazebos, very relaxing, dinner was excellent and the bar manager Jeremy and his team are outstanding. Highly recommended this hotel and it's wonderful rooms and facilities to everyone visiting Perth CBD. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful staycation at the Parmelia Hilton, it was like a home away from home, our room was amazing, we stayed in a King Deluxe room, which contained a lounge area and a large bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially James Rushton-Woods, the Front Office Manager, whose can do attitude was incredible. Special mentions also to Amy and Carol at reception, who were a pleasure to deal with as well as Victoria in the Executive Lounge, who's welcoming smile and conversation always made us feel at home. We had such a relaxing and fabulous time, that we booked in for 4 nights and ended up staying 10, and we would do it again in a heartbeat.

After a recent stay here for several days, I found while most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, what I can only think is company policy may well be out dated and not in the best interest of the guests. Weekend breakfast for club lounge guests was a long way short of what we had become use to after week day service. I think the way things are with Covid and the fact that so many local people ( from around the state) are choosing to stay in hotels for at least a short get away, please remember that there are a lot of good hotels around Perth with as good or better facilities.

We have just had a fantastic getaway at Parmelia Hilton. The amenities were luxurious and the staff went above and beyond, always friendly and asking if we needed assistance. A special mention to the night manager Stephen who was amazing. If Head Office is reading this Stephen deserves a huge raise.🤣😂 Looking forward to our next visit.

A wonderful two night stay with the Executive Club Upgrade for our wedding anniversary. Room was amazing and big, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was huge. We also had dinner in Samuel on Mill which was 5 star. Would definitely recommend and we'll be booking another stay soon.

Will definitely stay here again. The support and professional approach from the staff plus the facilities were really great. I would like to thank the gentleman at the front desk for assisting us with our typo when booking the room. Booked the wrong dates 🤦 but he jumped in and got us our rooms and changed everything with a no Hassel at all approach. Really appreciated this. And the staff in the restaurant they were so good with the kids and us that we would like to pay thanks to them as well. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Had a relaxing stay, staff were pleasant as well as helpful. Room was quite good, well equipped, with nice amenities. Everyone should have a Paloma... in the dining room to greet them for breakfast, who, is as lovely...as she was, efficent.

Had a really grea stay at the newly revamped Parmelia Hilton in Perth. Checkin was great and the overall staff were so helpful. The staff in the bar and restaurant were exellent and so helpful. The Executive Lounge was closed whilst we were there (Tuesday to Friday) ut not problems at all with having the same benefits in the bar. The Executive Lounge food whichwas served to us was delicious as was the wines and other drinks. Our highlight was the evening meal at Samuels Resturant. Food was exellent as was the service. I had the pork belly whch was superb - even better with the delicious wine. Thank you Parmelia Hilton - would definetely recommend. John

Staff are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond for you. Extending our check out free of charge as a lovely offer and early check in. Rooms are fantastic, modern and the bed is wonderfully comfortable. Excellent location, bar was great, definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.

Friendly staff, prompt check-in, decent breakfast options American-style. Samuels Bar excellent range of wines and food. Reasonable but smallish rooms with comfortable beds and good pillow options. Full marks for a 1pm checkout. Central location convenient to most major spots in central Perth. The hotel is more reflective of a different era. However, certainly not up to standards of a contemporary 5 star hotel. Discovered empty Coke bottle under bed and bathroom towels had a few holes in them. Good sized TV but in-house TV channels restricted to free to air and Chinese channels. No CNN or BBC which every other hotel has as standard let alone Foxtel. Used hotel valet parking only to wait over half an hour for car after valet forgot about us and had to remind them. Overall excellent value for money but we has a promotional offer.

The room was nice. A lot of extra little costs that don't seem as worth it after a while. No balcony access as they are not up to regulation. But friendly staff. Not for a family, more for couples, perhaps older couples.

The newly refurbished room was very comfortable, they had thought about what people need e.g plug points and mirrors. The staff were amazing. Only one complaint was the noise level in the dining area for dinner while they have functions right there in the next room. Very unpleasant dinning experience. They need to rethink this part of the hotel.

Overnight staycay for my birthday. Couldn't fault the place, right down to the birthday cupcake delivered to my room. Staff are obliging and professional. Rooms are generous and clean. KS bed and pillows were ridiculously comfy. Loved the valet parking. Pre-dinner canapés and drinks were a tiny bit disappointing as there was not much left by the time we arrived at 5.45pm but other than that, our stay was awesome.
