R. J.awesome staff. I did my 14 day quarantine here and they were very respectful of my privacy. Also, they catered to all my needs regarding food and beverage without an itch. will recommend this place for sure if you're in Perth and need a place close to the airport.
R. G.This review is based on experiences from 2 people. 1 disabled person, me, and my able bodied husband.
I asked for a disabled room which we got and when we were told where the room was my first thought was oh no highway noise but was very grateful that there was no noise except for emergency vehicles which was wonderful.
Ok now back to disabled me. We go to open the door and I couldn't do it on my own. I can walk with using a crutch. The door was one of those heavy ones like see in hospitals to go down the stairs. So you had to put the key in and turn it and push the door open. I couldn't do it hubby had to help. If you were in a wheelchair it would have been a no go. So after going through that door it was into a small foyer and we had to repeat the door senerio to get into our room ☹️
Our room was fantastic. Plenty of room and assuming that was due to being a disabled room. Air con worked extremely well seeing it was 42c outside and as previously said it was lovely and quiet. The room had everything you needed table, chairs, only 1 tv chair, bench space but no hanging space 🙂
One issue we did have was with the bed. It was 27 inches from ground to the top of the bed. I had a tape measure in my sewing kit. My hubby who is nearly 6 foot tall couldn't sit on the bed and touch the floor with his feet. Also the bed was on castors so the bed was moving as I was trying to get into it and hubby couldn't find a lock on the castors so he was bracing the bed while I was trying to climb into it with the aid of a chair.
My mother who is disabled wouldn't have been able to get into the bed and if you were in a wheelchair it would have been a no go ☹️
But the bed was so comfortable, the sheets were lovely. There were extra pillows and they were really nice as well. Aside from the height issue I would have been happy to take the bed home with me 🙂
The bathroom was great and I was very impressed that they supplied shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap and at the basin there was soap and shaving Jel. Towels were great large and they dried you and nice toilet paper 🙂
There was a free continental breakfast so off we went enjoy some crossiants and coffee to find that it was in a room 2 sets of steps to get to it 🤦 So after battling the stairs they had cereal, toast, crossiants, pikelets, choice of teas, coffee and orange juice on offer.
We stayed an extra night and when we booked out it was the manager who was on duty and he asked about our stay and I mentioned about the beds and he said but they are brand new to which I replied that wasn't the issue. It didn't matter how old they are if you can't get into them. I also said about the stairs for breakfast and he said next time we came back to let them know and they would arrange for someone to bring breakfast to us.
So as an able bodied person the room was great couldn't fault anything but as a disabled person there were issues, the main ones being the doors and the bed height.
I would definitely recommend the hotel. It was close to the airport, city centre, shops, casino, Optus stadium and of course Ascot Racecourse.
B. A.For us location was great, beds were reasonably comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. There was only a sheet on the Queen bed, no blanket available to use.

B. P.Great location.. close to the airport, friendly staff and a decent pool! I spent 2-3 weeks here with one of the best people I have ever come across and have beautiful memories of this place. The townhouse like setting, pool and a backyard was a blessing. McDonald's is a short walking distance and a decent Indian restaurant across the street. Not many options otherwise for a place which largely caters to FIFO workers..

K. K.When I walked into my room I panicked a bit. I quickly dragged out my phone to check my confirmation email. Surely a stunning room such as this couldn’t possibly be so inexpensive! But it is. The kitchen is fully equipped, with even a dishwasher. There’s a dining area with dining setting, and the spacious lounge has a full-size lounge suite. The bedroom is separate, which is almost unheard of, and the bathroom has both a washer and dryer. How often do you get to fly home with all your clothes clean?!?
It’s been a positive experience from start to finish. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. All the usual toiletries are provided as well as some welcome extras: shaving foam, hand and body cream, etc. And if you’ve forgotten to pack something in that department you only have to walk into reception and they’ll help you out!
The hotel has a lovely large pool, and our room’s two balconies overlook it. (One large balcony off the lounge, and a smaller one off the bedroom.)
Location-wise it’s a real winner, being only 5 mins from the airport. Ample parking, too.
I’m completely sold, and will definitely head straight here when in Perth again.

D. S.We had the cheapest studio apartment, which was fine, although the bed was hard . The entrance through 3 keyed doors and up stairs wasn't welcoming. Bathroom and amenities were good,but the table was worn. We arrived from a late flight, and left in the morning , so was handy being close to airport.
E. T.Fabulous value for money. We stayed 2 nights to attend a training course in Perth. Very clean and tidy, friendly staff, close to restaurants. Pleasantly surprised that road noise wasn't noticeable for the most part, even though our room faced the highway. Had a good night's sleep both nights. Would definitely stay again.

T. B.Stayed at front hotel room, very noisy on main road. Wifi didn’t work well. Close to airport though, however without car, you’re fair walking distance to city, I wouldn’t recommend it. Bus stop not far. Not much food around hotel, however can order through reception for delivery. I asked for privacy, no maid but they came in anyway, not happy.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well setup the apartment was. I had a nice view of the garden and there was even a grater in the kitchen. Will definitely stay here on future trips.

K. W.I have been staying here about 4 times a year for 3 years, and always found the staff helpful and friendly. Until my stay in November 2013. The new woman manager is unfriendly, rude and didn't want to help with my requirements, and then sent an email to my employer telling them I had been rude to them on check in.
I was checked in for 8 nights at a cost of $1760.
I checked out the next nite and found a much nicer hotel.
