K. L.Every time I go to Perth I stay here. Whilst its not a 5 star fancy hotel it is very practical. The 2 bedroom apartment is great for me and my kids, has everything we need. Its so close to the shopping CBD making it a great base for the day trips and getting dinner at night! In April I wasn't able to come due to being hit by cyclone at my home town and the hotel gave me a credit even though there is a no cancellation policy. They were so understanding and sympathetic (Thank you Eddie). Wont book anywhere else!!

The Accomidation was so clean and the layout off our appartment was great we had washing machine dryer and the heater /aircon was great for the weather conditions the kitchen had everything including and knife fork and spoon just for my granddaughter she was so happy

Your hotel is so close to shopping it’s walking distance and the amazing free cat bus services are nearly at the front door off the hotel the bus drivers are friendly and took us to some fantastic places

The room is clean and, for me, it's really good to have a washing machine in the room. It had a lot of amenities such as a microwave, stove, TV and many channels. The overall environment was not too loud and the atmosphere was very cozy.The hotel/apartments are walking distance to everything.

I noticed some low rating comments prior booking but decided to book anyway. And It was a great decision.
Eddie and his team was so kind, attending to my request even prior arriving. They've placed our rooms near to each other. They even allowed us to have an early check-in (9AM) (with no extra charge) since our flight was rescheduled to a very much earlier time than planned.
The room itself is sufficient with all amenities for cooking and washing clothes are provided. Water pressure was great with hot water available at all times. Bed was comfortable. They don't have a daily housekeeping but you can request extra towels/toiletries from the front desk. Parking is 10AUD/night.
Location wise is great for me. Near to the lovely King's Park. Watertown is just across the road. Hay Street also at a walking distance. There's a Kebab shop (Ispa Kebab) and Turkish Shop; I think (Nenem's) inside Watertown for those who are looking for Halal's meal.

T. M.A thank you to the lovely staff. Rooms are clean and tidy if a bit basic and hotel is easy walk from the City or Northbridge. We chose to eat in a couple of nights and used the kitchen in the apartment which was handy. I would recommend this place as backpacker type accommodation if the rates were lower.

T. M.The husband and wife team at the gateway motel were not only honorable but they were professional, friendly and appreciative of the fact that they had to guest staying at the motel. A 10 minute walk to the town shops. Clean tidy room with daily cleaning. The staff were very welcoming & helpful.
A.Pretty good apartment. Did its job. Well air conditioned and on a relatively quiet road off the city centre; so there's no noise to keep you awake at all. Good facilities (fridge, washing machine, dryer, cutlery, plates, pots etc). View out the window on to the road was actually rather nice. Only a small walk around the corner to the CBD, and both the Perth and City West train stations are close by. I would definitely stay again.
T. M.We had a very good experience with City Stay from the beginning. Location is great for events at the arena. Directly opposite DFO, with a nice swimming pool and bus stop out the front. Everything looked clean. We loved the place and will be ready to choose it again if we return to Perth.

I was made welcome the moment I was on hear I went to the front desk and this girl was grumpy but then the general manager welcomed me and told me that was the other business. That staff member on the really big desk needs to smile and be more welcoming.
The room was comfortable and I really enjoyed how convenient everything is.
When you run out of something Eddie the general manager gives you his mobile number so when you run out of anything he gets his staff to bring it right up just like having a butler at the Shangra la great place

C. G.Great location can be nosy depending on what floor ur on and where the room is located, rooms are OK nothing to write home about brilliant location for shopping and a short walk to RAC stadium. Lacking as far as you have to go to reception to collect tea and coffee housekeeping don't bring it to you our room had not been cleaned very well only had half a Loo Roll. Worth a overnight stay would not stay any longer than that at this the place staff are lovely.

K. H.Comfortable, clean room and really helpful staffs. Washing machine, dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave and cooking utensils are provided. It is also very convenient to get around as there are two CAT bus stops nearby and it is also very close to the Mitchell Freeway
K. Y.I reach here evening at around 530pm and greet by the reception. After all necessary action taken for check-in procedure then we went to our apartment. The apartment quite clean and rooms seems reasonable but they need to provide thicker blanket since the temperature sometime reach below 10 degree here. The electric appliances ie microwave and rice cooker need to clean again coz not completely clean. The fridge was quite clean. Since we are Muslims so we need a hose beside the wc in the toilet for clean up purpose. Overall we quite satisfied.

D. M.I like this hotel. I have been staying there for over a month now and I like it. Staff are awesome. Even the most trivial problem is dealt with quickly and efficiently. It is across the road from a shopping mall, bus stops are right outside. The west end of the CBD is about a ten minute walk. There is a swimming pool. Also there are two nearby Pokémon Go stops and, with a bit of GPS drift, I get reach both from my room.

Needs a refurbishment. Air-con in room. 10 mins walk to city. 1 lift, which is a bit slow but new. Parking included. Close to a nice park and not too far from Kings Park.

Location is great, within 1km walking to Kings Park and 500m to Scitech. Also to city centre.
A piece of letter given upon check in mentioned things not mentioned in website. Eg. Apartment won't be serviced daily and towels exchanged only twice daily. But laundry machine was helpful. Free fast internet is only 1GB daily.
Lift was jerky! Aircon is available only at living hall and our room fan didn't work when we arrived, so we were given a standby fan. Staff friendly including night officer Ridwan.
