I was quarantined here for 14 days after coming back to Australia. The experience was amazing. The quality of food-service was five stars of course. The hotel management took an extra effort to arrange musical evening outside so that everyone could enjoy from their windows to give some relief in quarantine.
Thank you very much for everything.Great service. I was invited to attend a business meeting at this venue. The staff was friendly and the facilities and amenities were fantastic. I will be definitely be using Sofitel again in the future. Thank you.

Loved our stay here! We upgraded to a room on the 7th floor with a view overlooking Elizabeth Quay. This made our experience so enjoyable as we also had a huge bath! Perfect location when wanting to have dinner and drinks at Elizabeth Quay. Were very happy to stumble back to the hotel and jump in our robes. Loved the window seat and we also got complimentary wine due to celebrating a birthday. Breakfast was good but would be even better if it was buffet-style. We'll be back! :)

A great boutique hotel in a fabulous location. Views out across Elizabeth Quay as you sip your morning coffee.
Level 10 is the bar and restaurant area. We only called for drinks and snacks but the vibe was great and the bar snacks were delicious. The ribs were a standout. The tempura prawns hit the spot. I wish I’d ordered more.
Highly recommended.

One night stay in the CBD - standard room, no mini bar (not even water), small.
However, bed was really comfy and bathroom was beautifully done, albeit small.
Standard experience - if a quick overnight stay is what you are looking for this will do nicely. If you look for something a bit more spacious, this is not the place.

Lovely view from the rooftop bar. Lots of construction going on in Elizabeth Quay, but still a great view. Just stopped here for drinks this time. Great for a sunset as long as its not windy!
S. C.
Nice hotel - everything is new and up to date. Rooms are small but nice. Service was good. Views to Elizabeth Quay are lovely although somewhat blocked by trees on L5. Location is pretty central. Hotel restaurant was OK. We booked on Wotif for a great price.
W. M.
Awful strange room layout! Doorway is part of the toilet and Shower definitely not ideal! I wouldn't stay here again due to the lack of privacy to enter your room. The Toilet is literally at the front door with no privacy door except one sliding door between Doorway / bathroom to the Bedroom which was also very small for the Price. The reason for the 3 stars is we loved the view at the Rooftop Bar looking over Elizabeth Quay. I requested a nice view nicely but was declined and given a view of carpark 😅

We enjoyed a nice stay at Quay Perth hotel. It was our wedding anniversary so the staff provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne on arrival. We had a nice view overlooking Elizabeth Quay. Breakfast was also included with our package, and the food was divine. Overall, a great stay, but I'm taking one star off for the hot water in the shower being more on the "room temperature" side.

This is a really neat little hotel in a great location, but as lovely as it is, the staff are this organisation’s greatest asset. After I checked out and left, I realised that I’d left some AirPods in my room, I called reception and Rosie (I hope I heard the name right) jumped into action to track them down. They were about to go into the wash and they would have if Rosie hadn’t been so quick to act. Besides that, the staff were all so incredibly helpful. I stayed 16-18 Nov and everyone I dealt with was really helpful and professional. I’ll stay here when I visit next!

Great place with helpful and friendly staffs. Very professional service. All spaces are clean. Close to everything. Enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

Top Hotel and Amazing Hotel.very clean and high quality service. I highly recommend. I will be back

I had a really wonderful stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was fantastic. Really beautiful decor and atmosphere
A. R.
Great place to stay, food at restaurant was fantastic but disappointed with breakfast ordered eggs with bacon 🥓 eggs arrived with no bacon
Waitress took eggs back to kitchen. When she bought it back with bacon it was cold.
A. D. R.
Fantastic accommodation . Modern rooms, with fantastic views of Elizabeth Quay. Rooms finished with comfortable furniture and bedding , and high end feeling bathroom.
M. R.
OVERPRICED..... small, neat, modern refurbished hotel. Good little location. Check in ok. Room on the small side but for one night we didn’t mind but could be troublesome with large suitcases. Paid $280 for the Esplanade Studio room. Specifically asked for river views on the booking; understanding the view would be through some trees. At check in the man said we could upgrade for $60 to a higher floor room. We were placed on the 1st floor directly over the ugly foyer roof. Ended up phoning to upgrade but told it was infact an extra $160! It’s not the Ritz Carlton to be asking that kind of money. Very disappointed in where we were placed, lack of view for the price we paid.
Unfortunately the room was heavily overpriced for what it was and floor level. It’s a $180 a night room at best considering there are no facilities at the hotel. Relying on “a view” doesn’t justify the price charged.
Friends paid $165 for a 6th floor River view room at the Double Tree for the same night.
A. D.
Very comfortable bed, great location, fantastic restaurant with views and finally amazing friendly staff!
M. J.
The room was nice, although with a wierd setup with the oversized sliding door for the bathroom. Our room had a restricted view of Elizabeth Quay due to the large trees outside (even on the 6th floor). Had a bad experience getting breakfast, they had run out of eggs and the hostess's attitude was unacceptable. Felt overpriced compared to staying elsewhere.
B. W.
Great views, great service, great food.
The chicken ribs are the best nibble I’ve had in long time
C. S.
Love the hotel room and the window seat. Great location as well! Bad experience with breakfast though, as waited 9am-10:10am for our food. When brought to their attention 30mins in that other people arrived well after us already had their food, the waitress didn’t seem to do anything about it and didnt seem to care. When brought to their attention another 30mins later, the really nice and friendly waitress sorted out our food and a late check out and apologised. Would definitely return to the hotel, but wouldn’t bother with breakfast
P. S.
This was a really nice stay. The lady working on reception Thursday morning was a superstar.

We went to the Q10 at Quay Perth for dinner last night and had a great time.
The restaurant and bar on the top floor of the hotel is a spectacular venue with fabulous views over Elizabeth Quay and the Swan River to South Perth.
Previously the site of the WA club and the Esplanade hotel, the new owners have spent a great deal of money to completely refurbish the whole venue and have employed some great chefs from Southeast Asia who have put together a fabulous menu.
We had the slow cooked beef and the white beetroot medley and some fabulous scallops.
Topped off with fabulous service from the maitre d Jodi, the night was perfect. This dinner spot should definitely be on your radar when in Perth. 👍
My my only criticism is that there are no soft surfaces to absorb the noise so it got quite noisey as the night wore on.
K. A.
Found the room very small with no chair which older people need. TV didn't work but I reported that. Nice location. Staff all very nice. Enjoyed overall stay
S. H.
Stunning hotel which is fabulous after it's revamp.
T. B.
Excellent location, rooms and service.
J. P.
Great location. The room was compact but well equipped and spotlessly clean and bright. A really good experience - would definitely stay again. All staff were really friendly - without exception. Thank you so much for the lovely stay.

Had a staycation on a Friday night. 8th floor with fantastic views of Elizabeth Quay. Good acoustics and had a nice warm bath in a huge tub. Highly recommended for its great location near the river and CBD.
D. L.
I arrived 9am in morning not expecting to check in but just leave my bags and change.
I was in a rush to get to a conference Daniel who was staffing the front desk, was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
He asked all of the questions I had and got me out on my way to my conference as quickly as possible.
When I returned later to check in I was glad to see his smiling face again.
I have no hesitation recommending the Quay as a place for a short stay in Perth.
Rooms are compact, location is great and staff are awesome 😎.
Thanks
Dean

Clean, comfortable & spacious rooms. Toilet has no bidet though (common in Australia, perhaps?) Sink was surprisingly tiny for such a large bathroom. Rooftop bar & restaurant constantly booked for private events, disappointed we couldn't eat there. Breakfast at the lobby cafe was fantastic we ate there almost everyday. Level 5 room with quay view is blocked by the tree.
K. J.
Fantastic food and drinks in level 10 bar… Beautiful views and staff were super helpful and friendly, made us comfortable and wanting to go back..
s. c.
Lovely clean comfortable rooms with possibly the best position in Perth. Awesome breakfast spot on the tenth floor on the weekends.
K. D.
I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with the renovations - reviews prior to the renovations should definitely be disregarded. The room I stayed in was spacious yet also cosy! Great location - walking distance to shops and public transport.
M. X.
Stayed here for Australia Day Weekend.
Normally stay at Ritz-Carlton or Crown Towers but visit to Perth was last minute.
Parking was tricky as the 24 hour Wilson has a massive tree in between the entry and exit and we missed it first go as we didn’t believe that was the parking entrance. 24 hour parking was $22 aud
Reception was ok, space fairly cramped and we got our keys - 3rd floor.
Our room faced the car park which if the blinds are not pulled allows everyone else to see into your room. Privacy is limited.
The rooms are small, very small. This may be a boutique hotel but the rooms are based on a Japanese setup or hostel size of room. For $200-300+ AUD it felt VERY cramped.
Amenities were ok and shower was average if not a bit weak on power.
Bed was ok. Aircon was ok.
Overall a fairly basic and cramped hotel built with space at a premium but to make a premium with the room price. Ok to stay at but lacks any particular luxury.
E. B.
When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted and checked in by a gentlemen named Malak . He took his time despite how busy we could see the hotel was and ensured we were satisfied with our room. Management also placed a bottle of champagne in our room for our anniversary which was very appraised. Overall the service was wonderful and we found the room stunning.

I really enjoyed my stay at Quay hotel. There was a great view and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and check in was very quick and efficient. The place was also very convenient.
There was a little sofa beside the window where you can sit and enjoy the amazing view of Elizabeth Quay. However you have to pay extra for a premium room in order to see the brilliant view through your hotel window.
The beds were definitely a highlight in my stay at the Quay hotel. Thanks to them me and my family had a great sleep every night and were ready for the next day.
The second we came in the hotel the staff greeted us and were ready to check us in. All I had to do was sign a paper and Ta Da! We were they gave us the room key and guided us to our room.
The hotel was a skip and a jump away from the centre of the city. We spent a lot of our time shopping in the nearby malls and walked to the post office to post some letters and to the band to transfer some money.
Overall a loved my stay at the Quay.
S.
It was really nice and cosy. Make sure 6o call them to get the good rooms kver looking the lake, so you don't get one looking the carpark
A. N.
I have stayed in the Quay Hotel twice now and the experience has always been wonderful. The location is very convenient and the rooms are very neat and clean. Also to add on the team there are very friendly and helpful . All in all it has great value for money and I would definitely visit again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .

Very exquisite room and stylish rooftop bar. It is a perfect location to view the magnificent Elizabeth Quay and good spot for photos as well. The food is so yummy and the service is excellent. Back for sure!

Pro: Great location for tourists, nice coffee shop with great staff, clean room and comfy bed.
Con: Booked mainly for the top floor restaurant and bar but 2 of the nights the top floor was closed for private parties and the other night it was Sunday and was not open. We were not even permitted to go up and see the view.
N. R.
Great location and modern decor. Just a shame that it was so difficult to book over the phone. Eboni sold me a top floor deluxe room with a large window and views above the trees. We got a room that was half way up in front of a tree. Hopefully some training will resolve this.
C. M.
Had the best sleep during our recent 2 nights stay at Quay. The 6 stars bed was heavenly, and the room is so well sound proofed that we felt cocoon in the comfort of our room. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the bay window watching the sunset glow on the water and evening lights at Elizabeth Quay. Well worth paying premium for the room!
The hotel is minutes from the river. We enjoyed strolling by the river to catch the Blue Cat at the Bell Tower for a ride around the city. On our way back, we did a "bit" of shopping and was so thankful our hotel is just a few steps away!
The hotel's 5 stars location is also stone throw away from St. Georges Tce for business. The co-workspace was super handy for a few quick emails and print jobs.
A few things we did wish our room had were towel racks for us to hang used towels for next day and room service.
Check in/out were very efficient, and we are often greeted with a smile. Love to return someday soon!

Loved my stay here at the Quay! Recently visited, and im glad to see the great improvement, renovations and attention to detail that the hotel has undergone. Staff were friendly and super helpful with directions and recommendations of the local area, beds were comfortable and location was prime for exploring around. Would recommend , and will definitely stay here again.
T. C.
Compact and comfortable. This hotel is very close to the Elizabeth Quay and the waterfront precinct. Staff were fantastic and the desk is open 24 hours.

Had dinner at the newly renovated Quay Hotel Rooftop bar and restaurant recently. Must say, there are no views better in Perth. The food and service was great. It has such a vibrant atmosphere. Will have to bring my office staff there to experience it. Had a look at the rooms and was very impressed with the decor which is modern yet welcoming. This hotel will stand out as a great addition to Perth WA.
D. M.
We just stayed at the Quay for 3 nights & it was lovely. Would definitely return. Very happy 👌
R. T.
The service was impeccable; they were kind, caring and understanding. The rooms were by far the most modern I’ve seen in a while, the contrasting colours emitting a nice ‘at home’ vibe to my stay. The food was top notch especially the eggs Benedict, I would highly recommend. Overall I 110% suggest everyone to stay here.
m. d.
The view and atmosphere for lunch was amazing. It is Perth's best kept secret.Great food and great service.
E. M.
The staff were lovely and the room was modern, but very small. It's worthwhile asking for a room looking out to the quay as my room was at the back and looked directly into a car park.
A. L.
There is so much to love about this hotel - the view is AMAZING of the Elizabeth Quay. Food is also incredibly delicious and a very good variety both at the Community cafe downstairs and at the rooftop bar HQ. I love how thoughtful the owners have been in refurbishing the venue, keeping the skeleton and bones of the historic building, yet optimising the space with thoughtful room layouts. I also love how they’ve retained the Asian influence in the fusion cuisine they serve at HQ to reflect that there was a Chinese restaurant operating in the building decades ago.
Love love love - best boutique hotel in Perth by far!! Even better than most of the commercial 5 star hotels here!
Did I mention the marble / stone bathrooms from floor to ceiling, including the ceiling?! 😍😍
Oh, and the couch by the window ledge was the cherry on top - I really enjoyed working and reading there with the natural sunlight whilst overlooking the Quay.
And the thoughtful and amazing team at Quay Perth also got us some baby amenities! How family friendly?! Impeccable and friendly service from everyone we met during our visit!
B. C.
Great stay, excellent location, stylish room, great views, good food and service
V. T.
The view is breathtaking, Quay Perth Hotel is located right in front of Elizabeth Quay yet very center of the city. Bed is very comfy and food is great. Rooftop bar gives you a perfect Instagram spot, I just love its contemporary design! Definitely worth the stay, can’t wait for my next visit again!

Great hotel, old reviews are not relevant. Hotel has been fully renovated and looks amazing, service is top notch and the food is probably one of the best in town. Views cannot be beaten by any other hotels in Perth.
M.
Stayed at the hotel from the 12th to the 13th (third day after opening) of June and it was great. First of all, the guys at the front office are very down to earth and provide my most preferred service level for upper upscale / luxury hotels. The rooms are very spacious, and the window lounge/couch is brilliant and comfy. Same applies to the bed and pillows which were more or less ideal. It might sound a bit too positive at this point, but we were utterly satisfied. A great and innovative solution was found concerning access to the modern and spacious bathroom which came with some proper luxury amenities. Slight points of improvements are: water cups were missing in the bathroom, and there is no in-room coffee machine. Moreover, if I could choose between the InterContinental and the Quay hotel, I would without any doubt choose the latter.
PS. We forgot a few items in our rooms once checking out and without telling them about it, we immediately received an email about the items found and whether they can ship it to us. For the management, thanks a lot!!
C. l.
Lovely stay and easy to get to.
K.
Nice modern hotel, clean, good location with affordable rooms. If staying several nights, grab one of the larger rooms.
T. C.
It's not my favourite hotel, I think a room at the front with the view would change this though. The location is incredible. Your literally in the middle of Elizabeth Quay.
B. M.
Stunning rooms, food and views
M. D.
Great location overlooking harbour. Staff very efficient and helpful. Rooms are small, but well appointed and comfortable.
L. L.
Lovely stay at the newly renovated Quay hotel. Great location and views.

I stayed here for 1 night with my husband in the essential room including use of the carpark.
Convenient location in the CBD with a beautiful view of Elizabeth Quay. Close to Woolworths supermarket and city shopping.
Room was simple and clean. Bed was so comfortable and I really liked the open wardrobe concept.
Bathroom was spacious and had sufficient amenities.
Was warmly greeted by front office staff at check in and check out which was quick and easy, especially since we had to go to work the next day.
Had breakfast in Community at Quay and ordered the pancakes and sweet potato fritter which was reasonably priced and delicious.
Also enjoyed a lovely dinner on level 10 at HQ Bar and Kitchen. It had great vibes and atmosphere. Husband loved the gin and tonic.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend to business travellers/families/couples.

Quay Perth hotel is gorgeous. It's a little boutique hotel, not a giant chain. There are none alike in Perth.... There's exquisite decor spanning the front lobby, subdued lighting, vast spaces. My first impressions? Amazing! Gorgeous! Hard to Find! These 3 words describe the looks and the attitude of the hotel. I'll be staying here for 10 days and nights in an upgraded room. An upgraded room includes a free breakfast here cooked by Mr Tan. God. The breakfast here- to die for. I forgot how much I loved eating in the morning until I came here. Oh the variety! There's something to tantalise every tastebud!
The hotel decor is by far the nicest I've ever seen. Playful and stylish, tasteful yet trendy. It features browns, and whites, with wooden trim. I thought I was back in Scandanavia. Amenities? You betcha! I have been using the free internet everyday, typing out these little notes.
Now if you find yourself thirsty for a frothy. Well look no further than Bar HQ located on level 10, with panaramic views a splender. Did I mention the conference rooms? Well theres plenty of spacious facilities also at your finger tips.
I don't often hand out 5 star recommendations. But this little gem. What are you waiting for?
L. S.
Well what a nice surprise! Saw that they had recently renovated (on IG) and thought we'd check it out for a drink one night. Very impressed. Great service from the minute we walked in. Had a few drinks, popped out onto the balcony and admired the view despite the rain, then decided we would see if they could squeeze us in for dinner. Yes! No problem. And we were so glad they did. The food was absolutely delicious. And so reasonably priced!! Highly recommend the soft shell crab and the duck. Just yum!
A special shout out to Keira who was managing the restaurant floor. So refreshing to have engaging staff that are happy to serve you and make your experience memorable. We will come again x
C. B.
Great location, lovely rooms and really nice staff. Highly recommend.

Quay Perth is a brand new and outstanding hotel in Perth. Great vibe and staff. Food was amazing in for both breakfast in Community and dinner in HQ with great views of Perth City. from your room. Both me and my partner will be back.
J. T.
Great new menu, loved the lobster and soba noodles. Great staff and service at reception and the restaurants at community and HQ!
W. L.
Recently stayed at this hotel following their refurbishment. The location of the hotel is perfect with quick access to the CBD and the quay train and bus station to get anywhere in Perth. Staff were very friendly and super helpful with any queries. Rooms had a beautiful view with very spacious bathrooms. Would recommend to stay here.

We have a lovely stay at this newly renovated hotel. Love the contemporary look and trendy design.
Warm hospitality was well rec’d from friendly staff. We have enjoyed our yummy and healthy breakfast there. Beside the nice food presentation, they have good variety of choices in the menu and also very cute kid menu.
Location is exceptional with wonderful view of Elizabeth Quay.
Would highly recommend and come back again in our next visit to Perth.
M. B.
Welcomed by staff on arrival and given an upgrade , meal in restaurant was excellent and very helpful staff , good location too breakfast very nice
J. C.
Quay Perth has a lot to offer for the likes of site seeing/places to eat and drink and beautiful views of the river to go along with it.
B. J.
Fantastic renovation. Location is outstanding. Would stay again.
N. v. Z.
Our room was spacious and the bathroom state of the art with a wonderful relaxing shower
Service very attentive - both at Community (for breakfast) and HQ (the stylish roof top bar and restaurant)
Cuisine was an imaginative mix of Asian / Australian - highlights being the eggs Benedict (super soft brioche and great value at $16) for a great start to the day and - for dinner - the chefs sharing plate with the best bbq pork bao and succulent chicken wings AND a very reasonable wine list !
Perhaps the best part is the location ... with wonderful views of the Swan river and Elizabeth Quay it’s worth spending a little more for a room with the view (or you can see the sun set from the rooftop bar’s terrace or the innovative work space on the 9th floor
All in all we had a great time - extremely convenient for Perth’s CBD and shopping (so close you can pop back between meetings or shopping for a flat white at Community on the ground floor - before heading back for more retail therapy !).

Such wonderful staff and amazing service! Would 10000000% recommend!

The Quay is the future of hotels and sets a high bar for all other competitions. If you are looking for a hotel with the same quality as Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants you will enjoy the outstanding taste from that dam good chief. The rooms we’re better than I expected and wondered how I got that beautiful room for the price I paid. The location was probably my favourite part because I got to see the view of South Perth. If you want to have the best hotel experience of your life, go to The Quay Perth NOW!!!
