I. S.Stayed for three nights on a business trip and loved it. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and Joondalup Gate Shopping Centre is less than a kilometre's walk away. Clean rooms, very quiet and fabulous staff. Highly recommended.

They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Special mention to the property manager who ensured we had everything we needed for our visit. A big thank you to the Quest Joondalup team. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Facilities were fantastic and in an excellent location, about 5 minutes walk from Joondalup Shops! The manager also honoured late check-out till 12pm for free which was very generous. Great service

Amazing 2 bedroom apartment super fast internet clean and modern rooms.
Super convenient to Joondalup shopping centres and parks.
Was blown away by the welcome pack we had on the table when we came in such a nice touch made the morning more relaxing by not having to go search for food.

S. L.I love the modern design of this hotel. They have spared no expense in the design and fitting of furniture and appliances in the rooms. The bed is firm yet comfortable, and I have never had such a good deep sleep in months. The staff are friendly, patient, and helpful. Will highly recommend to friends when they are visiting this area.

L. Y.My recent stay at Quest Joondalup was absolutely superb! The hotel is perfectly located, just a short stroll from Lakeside Joondalup and other amenities, and offers secure overnight parking. The studio room I stayed in was great; just what I needed for a mid-week work trip. The bed was divine – thanks for the best night's sleep I've had in a while – the room itself was new, clean and nicely styled and the small kitchenette was an added bonus. Plus there's free wifi!
I can't leave a review without mentioning the fabulous staff! A special shoutout to Jennifer, who, along with her staff, bring warmth and genuinity to the hotel. Her friendly, personable hospitality and eagerness to assist was refreshing and Quest are lucky to have her (and Sheree (well, the entire team, really)). I've stayed at a lot of hotels, both for business and leisure, and the team's service and attention to detail really blew me away.

R. G.We booked into this hotel as it was close to Joondulap Hospital and being new thought it would be a treat.
Arrived booked in, went up to our room. All looked nice and also had that new carpet smell.
The room had a small kitchenette, ensuite, a small round table and a small bench seat and a study desk and small chair.
In fact everything in and about the room was small. There was full length ceiling to floor mirrors another smaller mirror to check yourself before leaving and another round mirror that was an artistic piece so using mirrors to make the room look bigger.
The space along side the bed was wide enough to walk along and on the wall opposite the bed end had the study desk, a place to open the suitcase, a small bench seat with the small round table which we both couldn't sit at to eat.
The ensuite was lovely only complaint was the toilet roll was along side but behind you when sitting on the toilet. They only needed to put it on the other side and it would have been perfect.
The colour was very bland blue/grey with no colour anywhere in the hotel.
There was a big table downstairs that could be used for meetings though it's not a private area.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and we only found out by reading their info booklet that they do have continental breakfast that you can buy from reception.
There was a Dome 30 metres away that we had breakfast at, plus other restaurants close by for nigh time meals including chinese, pizza, not a chain brand and a hotel.
The one thing I did like was the USB in the bedside lamp 😊
So yes it was nice and new but impersonal and we won't be staying there or at any of their hotels in the future.

The decor is on point and there is a cosy communal area in the lobby with a few tables of various styles for travelers of any kind! So you can enjoy yourself, take a seat and have a drink in comfort using their coffee machine.
Plus an added perk in my particular room was a tv in the bedroom, complimentary bottle of water (common for quest but always special) and a thank you card.
The only thing that would have made it better would be a pool/spa/bath
But they do have a gym if that takes your fancy.
