Good location, good sized comfortable room. Thank you for our bottle of wine supplied for our anniversary, nice touch. Curtains need to be light block out. Room we had faced east and there fore, when the sun came up, it lit up the whole apartment. Also, it was like sleeping with a bright nightlight on, with the amount of light coming through the curtains at night. No sea breeze at all on the east side of hotel looking at the hills. Nothing like described in welcoming letter, too hot to enjoy balcony.

Great place for short term stays. Friendly staff, walking distance to supermarket and dining out. Lovely layout for 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were very accommodating for special requests.

More a 3-star motel than a hotel. Our bedroom was missing one of 2 sliding doors. And had no window. Too bad if you have claustrophobia. The wall aircon blew straight on us at night...so we had to turn it off. Free WiFi? Yes it was free...and did not work the 2nd day. Front desk staff could not resolve. And pity about the toilet. Seat installed crooked. And flush button loose. (Missing a part). Check-in was the most confusing part. Not at all obvious where to park. But location is good. Close to the action.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff were so accomodating and helpful with requests I had for my friends birthday, the room itself was presented nicely, the location is great and the 11am check out is the best! I would recommend Ramanda to a friend

The 3 bed apartment is beautiful but only the living and main bedroom have aircon ducts. The other 2 bedrooms are stifling hot.

My daughter booked a two bedroom business suit for 3 friends and herself to celebrate her birthday. Was a mix up with the rooms but Shawn on reception managed to sort it out and upgraded her to a three bedroom, ocean view suit. The room was well decorated, clean and impeccably presented. Great position, within walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Will definitely re-book for another occasion.

Good location to travel around the local areas. But the cleaners do forget to replenish the washing liquid or toilet paper. But very clean and close to a lot of food areas and the beach. It’s worth the self for the sunsets.

Was a great room..spacious...but had a smokers odour. Delayed check-in... Not a hotel....a block of apartments. Great view. Very clean....no facilities. But close to many restaurants.

Jess is amazing and helpful. Few hiccups. Arrived and dishwasher was still full of dirty dishes. Reported to Jess who asked her supervisor for advice and then rang someone to rectify ASAP. Little disappointed we didnt get an ocean view, but this was never guaranteed. Apartment was very clean(apart from dishwasher) and spacious. Not sure apartments are worth the extra money, especially when you get horrible smells coming from neighbouring residential apartments. Good location.

Great place to stay. They have cooking facilities, a coffee machine and nice beds. The beach is a very short walk away, so it's quiet enough, away from the shore but still close enough to enjoy the area. The room was very modern and the windows were able to be opened, to get the fresh ocean air. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the area.

We got in on a late check in and followed the instructions provided, however apparently their network was down so we couldn't get into our room and had to wait for someone to assist when called. Every day we had to swap our room cards in the lobby. it was rather strange although the service was good, you can see the serviced apartment side of things is floundering. The views were great from our room.

Great location, comfortable room for 2 adults and 3 kids and nice staff. A special mention to Kristy for helping my 6 year old daughter overcome her fear of lifts.😀

What a great addition to Scarborough!! Loved this place. Great views from the west facing rooms. Even on a cold Winter's day the balcony was a great little spot. All the staff were very helpful (even via email) Elisabeth on my arrival and departure was so friendly and helpful. Which made staying even more of a pleasure. I will stay again...Looking forward to going back😀👍👌

I enjoyed my stay at Ramada by Vetroblu. The receptionist was friendly and helpful checking us in. The apartment was clean, new and decorated with tasteful, contemporary furniture. Our balcony offered views of Trigg beach and it's stunning sunsets. The apartment features a washing machine, a dryee, a dishwasher and a fridge. However, while free Wifi was provided, it was not secure. One of the toilets also did not come with a lock and the apartment's kitchen did not come with enough utensiles such as colanders and thongs.

I took a chance and stayed here for 6 night and GLAD I DID! This is a new spot in scarborough. The studios are a bit cozy and but the 1 bedroom apartments are fantastic. Brand new, modern decor, heaps of space, 2 flat screens, coffee machine, you name it. Better than most serviced apartments in the area. Service was great, very accommodating, especially Liz at the front desk. Theres' a rooftop terrace to relax with beach views. Because it was still quite new there were still a few growing pains with tradesmen around and unreliable internet (even NBN was too slow). Im sure these things will be ironed out. I would definitely stay again.

An admirable apartment complex. My friend owns a beautiful place here that overlooks Scarborough with an ocean view. The sharing terrace is amazing, with the Spa and bar available.
