K. G.Convientely located near public transport and East Perth CBD.
Sadly no pool.
J. S.Was only in Perth for 1 night and just needed something relatively close to everything at a reasonable price. On that note, the hotel did well.
As far as everything else. The hotel is quite old. Decked out with 80's furniture & nothing really too modern.
My biggest concern was the check in process - Got a text on the day that if we were going to arrive after 12:30pm (before the actual check in time of 2pm) we would have to send a text message or email with our license and credit card. This cannot be safe. But what choice do you have by that point.
Sent it and received a code the lockbox where i found our key along with every other room booked that days key. Again, that cannot be safe.
All in all it did the job for a reasonable price. Got a good nights sleep.
Parking is available - $10 if you book direct through them & $22 if you do not book through them - But just pay the extra because there rate is usually a lot more than other booking websites
S. A.I stayed here from 12 -17 March 2016. It was a very pleasant experience. The apartment is spacious with 2 rooms, a complete kitchen and laundry room. So near to the airport, so close to the public CAT bus stand, easy to access. The staff is very helpful, they even arranged transport for me and my family to the airport at 3.30 a.m. But I think they should come to our room and at least clean our bathroom once during our 5 days stay there. But overall, thank you Regal for the awesome service and worth my money.
A. T.It's ok. It's offering is location It does not offer complimentary parking That is now $10 a night. Rooms are generally tidy and spacious. A little tied with general wear n tare. Found staff friendly. It's ideal for families and not too hard on the budget so you shouldn't be surprised. I couldn't fault it if you had basic expectations and travelling with a group.
T. M.The location was excellent. The traffic is easy to navigate. The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. The amenities in the room are good. Great front desk clerk who helped me get on gmail. I feel like the value was beyond compare. For the most part the hotel stay was great.

Location of the apartment is great. There are some restaurants nearby. A grocery store that opens 7 days a week from 7am-9pm.
There's a bus stop nearby (a free Yellow CAT to go the city center).
There's stove, oven, microwave, water boiler, washer & dryer, iron & Ironing board, hairdryer, which is great plus.
A free wifi, but I found the wifi is very weak.
The shower area is a bit dark.
And the dining chairs in my units need to be replaced, because some of them are falling apart.
Overall, I enjoyed staying here.
T. M.The room next to us The people would start being extreamly noisy at 11 pm onwards waking my husband, myself and our baby. Apartments were clean and tidy and self contained. The beds were large enough to sleep comfortably. The unit was spacious, comfortable and catered for all our needs.
W. D.Well appointed apartment, but couldn't open the bedroom window, and living room screen door couldn't be secured, so fresh air was an issue at night. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer included. Although there was an elevator to the floor, there was another six steep steps before we got to the room, which was annoying with luggage. Reception only open til midday on weekends, which makes weekend check-ins challenging. Well stocked IGA just across the street with everything you need for a self sufficient stay.

Room price is variety from $150 - $195.
Staff is really friendly and manager helps us to carry our luggage.

K. G.The apartment we got and the environs are nice. I love the fact you need a security key to access the main building, to also access the elevator area before getting to your apartment. Its quiet and neat. Such a wonderful place to stay with family.

Liked everything about the place.The people were very friendly,the apartment,car parking,allowing me to check out but could keep my luggage there until I finished the PD that afternoon,the location,the close by IGA and it was close to the CBD. I especially loved that I could hear U2 and Elton John playing while laying in bed. Nice.

Lots of restaurants around.
The vibe of the place is welcomes you as you walk in, parking is a little tight for larger vehicles, overall nice place.

C. B.The Regal apartments are in a central location in East Perth close to shops, restaurants and cafes. The partments themselves are a great size with comfortable bedding and furniture. Only issue I found were that my apartment seemed a little dated.. But clean. Would stay there again if I needed somewhere close to east Perth and if the price was right.
K. P.Great location. Variety of restaurants. IGA groceries minutes away. Chemist close. Bottle shop 5 min walk. Good breaky options. Can take a nice walk by the river. Love the architecture of buildings. The rooms are a good size. Everything you need. Good sized bathroom. Easy access and parking. Value for money.
B. H.Room wasn't ready had to wait 45mins. Then when we got to our room power short out. Response however was quick and we were given a new room quickly. Clean and quiet.
T. M.We ended up staying in a 5* resort just outside of Perth City for less than the cost of this appalling place. Staff did not help when I complained. Had to empty our own rubbish. Great location for walking to the WACA to watch the cricket and Nib Stadium to watch the soccer.

r. a.Regal apartment is a comfortable place that close to many places such as Swan River and Optus Stadium, WACA and park. It is not difficult to find cafe and restaurant. It also closes to Cat stop. The people are nice and so friendly.

Andrew the manager is more than helpful as another staffs.
check-in process in off-time was as easy as unlock the box outside (provided with secure coded digital lock) to find the key to the main premise and apartment door.
really worth the budget .. i will surely stay there on my next visits.

In house restaurant, short walk to water front eateries and even closer ones if you didnt want to go far but the unit had all facilities to cook if you wanted so plenty of options. Supermarket, Chemist, Bottleshop, Dominos and various restaurants all across the road or around the corner.

The room was large and clean and clean. There are a lot of outlets and it helps.

ウィークリーマンションタイプで部屋の清掃やシーツ交換などがないぶん気にせず自宅のように過ごせます。
部屋は広くてしっかり掃除してあり綺麗でした。コンセントも多くて助かります。
難点を言えばシャワーの水圧が弱く、温度調整が難しいところ。我慢できる範囲です。
車で行くときは先にチェックインして駐車場の鍵を受け取る必要があります。夜間は建物の中に入るのも鍵が必要なのでセキュリティもしっかりしてます。
受付の方はアジア系の女性でとても親切にしてくれましたし、分かりやすい英語で助かりました。
すぐ隣にIGAというスーパーがあり21時までやってます。
T. M.観光にもビジネスにも非常に良いロケーションである。部屋の中はきれいだった。値段は安くコストパフォーマンスは高い。
