J. C.Pete and Julia has been very kind and helpful introducing us the room and surroundings of the stay. Me and sister stayed for 2 nights there,just wanna get an escape away from city for the new year count down. We really had great relaxation and peaceful time. Some of the furniture and deco reminds me of grandparents home❤️ thank you Julia and Pete for the well maintained beautiful garden ,room, lounge and delicious breakfast. We have already spread the photos of our lovely stay to friends and Family. We will come back together next coming holiday vacation🥰

The pool and gardens are superb. Breakfasts were generous and delicious, providing the added enjoyment of the beautiful gardens and morning bird and animal activity. The guest lounge is warmly inviting. Our stay at Rosebridge House has been so relaxing and restorative. We would stay at Rosebridge again.

C. M.Pete and Julia were very friendly hosts. A plentiful and tasty breakfast overlooking the gardens. Comfortable bed. Olde worlde charm. Spent a couple of very relaxing days here, enjoying the shaded cottage gardens, complete with quite tame wild quendas and parrots, a swim in the pool, and relaxing in the beautifully decorated lounge room with plenty of interesting books, gentle music and a complimentary port. Just a short drive into Kalamunda and its well preserved Historic Village and the northern terminus of the Bibbulmun Track. Delightful stay.
B. C.Rosebridge House has a lovely 1920s atmosphere with modern amenities. Our room was comfortable, with everything we needed, with a private terrace for sitting out. The shared dining room and lounge were beautiful. Breakfasts were delicious! It is close to the Kalamunda town centre, Perth Hills scenic attractions and the Perth Airport.

Rest amid the peaceful gardens with seating on a dozen spots to suit the wind, sun or time of the day. Swim in the pool or have a BBQ. Walk to town. Or just sit and listen to the birds and the at home the native animals.

I. F.Upon arrival, we had to pinch ourselves over the absolute beauty of the setting & gorgeous 1920's period dwelling. WOW!!!
Pete & Julia's warming hospitality & attention to every fine detail & need...'like no other'.
Breakfasts generous & beautifully plated. Rooms heavenly and tastefully decorated. A perfect place to relax in the afternoon listening to sublime music.
The location is central to hillside walking trails & quaint villages & wineries. So much to see & do.
Resident birdlife & an inquisitive bandicoot completes the picture amongst the wonderful surrounding gardens.
L. B.Wow what an awesome bnb to stay at! Pete was so helpful with our late arrival, sending a text to make sure we knew directions. The night was very comfortable and the room has everything we could wish for. The breakfast was absolutely to die for. The muesli was incredible and then eggs made how you like 💪 tea, coffee, juice and spreads, everything perfect and well thought out. Can’t wait to stay again!

Having a cooked breakfast in the morning was absolutly beautiful.

The B&B was very homely and in a great location, just a 10min walk into Kalamunda town for dinner. We loved to complimentary port by the gas fire in the communal lounge and we’ll be back to test out the pool in summer.

I. B.This is the perfect weekend getaway from Perth, close to lookouts and the Bickley valley wineries. The gardens are lovely and the spa bath in the Rose room was so relaxing and such a treat! Peter was very accommodating and the cooked breakfast was great too, would definitely stay again.

Our host, Jo was thoughtful and detailed, with a tray of baked goods, fresh fruit, juice, etc all prepared for breakfast on our first day as they had a prior arrangement, but a hearty cooked breakfast that was just as delicious the next day.
The rooms are very clean, well looked after and cozy. The entire place is well maintained, tidy and is a gem tucked away in the hills. Definitely recommend.
C. M.My daughter’s wedding reception was held here recently and was an absolutely marvellous event. Mine hosts Peter and Jo were at all times friendly and helpful and so obliging. Nothing we asked seemed too much bother. In fact they went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The garden setting is glorious, the beautiful rooms full of antique furniture, and the general ambience all combined to make it a superb and happy event. All our guests commented on what a charming place it was to hold such a celebration. The comfy bed and wonderful home cooked breakfast were the icing on the cake. Thanks so much Pete and Jo

J. A.Just enjoyed the best four night break at Rosebridge. I could not recommend Rosebridge or the Hosts, Pete and Jo, any more highly. It was probably the best BnB experience I have had - in all aspects. Pete and Jo provide the perfect experience - with attention to every detail in an unobtrusive manner. The BnB is immaculate and at the same time extremely comfortable. I stayed in the Summer House which is separate to the main building and has a beautiful outlook over the gardens and pool - but I believe any room would be great. The breakfast was delicious and I was very grateful to Jo for providing me with a breakfast tray in my room on my final night given I was to leave very early morning. Whilst on this occasion my main reason for choosing Rosebridge were based on location (easy driving distance to airport and where I needed to be each day) - next time it will be for the experience and being able to do some of the great walks through the Perth Hills!! I should say that on some occasions, photos for places tend to make them better than they are - it is the OPPOSITE with Rosebridge. The reality is even BETTER than the photos - and I'm a fusspot!

The house and the cottage that we had the pleasure of staying in is absolutely beautiful.
We were allowed access to everything on the property with the exception of the kitchen-that suited us just fine!
We were greeted by Pete like we were old friends, it was one of the most welcoming places.
Our room was clean,cosy and inviting. The gardens were gorgeous.
Our breakfast was cooked by our host Peter and was lovely.
Near by Kalamunda is a lovely little town.
So go and enjoy this piece of heaven on earth 😁😁
T. K.Very lovely place. You can easily move around by public transportation if you don't have a car. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and it's served 8-9 am. Rooms are clean like as well as everything else. There is a pool also if like spend time to do nothing and just relax. I highly recommend this place for everyone!

Here you can switch off and really drive down. You live here like in a museum or at the beloved Omi. Everything is so lovely and every detail has its story. I feel safe and secure and do not want to leave. Pete is so magical. Anyone who appreciates pure comfort and prefers anonymous hotel groups is right here. Come as a guest, gone as a friend.

So etwas, wie diesen Ort, habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich bin dankbar, dass wir ihn durch Zufall nach einer sehr anstrengenden Tour von Darwin nach Perth, in 4 Wochen, mit 7.000 km gefunden haben. Hier kann man abschalten und wirklich runter fahren. Man lebt hier wie in einem Museum oder bei der geliebten Omi. Alles ist so liebevoll und jedes Detail hat seine Geschichte. Ich fühle mich geborgen und beschützt und will gar nicht mehr weg. Pete ist so zauberhaft. Wer pure Gemütlichkeit zu schätzen weiß und dies anonymen Hotelgruppen vorzieht, der ist hier richtig. Gekommen als Gast, gegangen als Freund.
