P.After arriving home from Sydney I was given the details for the Sanno Marracoonda Perth hotel after calling them looking for somewhere to isolate they were happy to accommodate me for my 14 days the management and staff were absolutely excellent their hospitality and customer service was absolutely wonderful the restaurant and the food was excellent the rooms were very spacious and comfortable cause I have no hesitation in recommending anyone wishing to stay here lovely people and place all-round well done 10 out of 10

T. T.I have given three stars as I only visited a guest whilst they were staying there. I noticed that the room and toilet / washroom facilities appointments were average and have not been upgraded in some time. Irrespective all were clean hygienic and neatly set out.

C. J.When it comes to airport hotels, my list of needs is much shorter than usual. Close to airport, clean, gets me a good night's sleep, and honestly I got all those needs fulfilled. My room was ridiculously large, but that's no negative, the shower was hot with enough pressure, the bed comfy with a power socket well placed. It's not expensive. What it does lack is a soul. It is a very utilitarian hotel/motel. Walls are plain, decor is grey/off grey. It gets the job done.
E. D.Well located airport motel with free parking, air con and a pool. We had to book this very quickly upon our arrival in Perth and found it perfectly suiting out needs.
The check in staff were great and we were able to check a late checkout for $30 more which was great.
B. F. (.This place is huge. Nice rooms, cosy and clean, air-conditioned and a powerful shower with crazy hot water. Its a fair distance from the city though and any other shops except for pricey petrol stations and fast food outlets. The inhospitable meals are great though. They have a great chef.

S. S.I'm not normally one to write reviews but after the experience I received on the weekend I feel as if I need to. I would just like to commend the exceptional service that I received by the receptionist on Sunday evening. She was very pleasant, welcoming, friendly and professional. It was very busy when we arrived to check in the young receptionist was on her own the phone lines were ringing. She was very apologetic and continued to check in guests and answer phones treating each individual in a calm manner although she was under a lot of pressure she handled it very well with a big smile on her face.

B. S.Hotel is ok for a short stop over, rooms are ok but outdated, screen doors need a good overhaul. They have airport pick-up and drop- off all hours, the restaurant is small but awesome food.

S.This hotel is near the airport hence they are constantly getting business from travellers. What this hotel really need is a major renovation. Their rooms are super duper old except for the fairly new double storey building right at the back. I also cannot understand why I'm always given rooms that are super duper far away from the reception. One would question how they profile their guests and room assignment....

A. S.If your transiting through Perth or have a short stopover then this motel is fine and close to the airport. 24hr airport pick-up, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. I think it may have been a retirement village converted into a motel so walking to your room can potentially take a couple of minutes but it's not all like that. Continental breakfast for $10 if you pay the night before otherwise typical prices for hot breakfast but overall pleasant and comfortable dining experience. Unsure about wifi quality.
Although the rooms can be a bit old and bare compared to the size, overall it's a decent enough place and l have no problems recommending it.
Q. K. (.Wait 30min pick up service at the airport but still not come it yet. Counting n counting, 35min finally show in. Not bad ha? It would be great if they had fixed bus schedule then I can manage the spare time rather than waiting at the pick up zone. However, the staffs are fantastic kind and kind. Lovely people.

K. H.Hotel seems fine, apart from alot of dodgy people hanging out the front . I called an uber which drove straight into hotel then cancelled. Then had a long wait for a Swan Taxi to arrive. The driver kept taking the ling route and it cost me $25 to go 4.6km to burswood train station. Very unhappy with UBER & SWAN TAXI. Both don't even get a 1 star rating for my trip to leave this hotel

M. D.I just needed somewhere to crash overnight and close to the airport. The rooms are large and clean. Reverse cycle took a while to heat up the immediate room, the heating doesn't really reach the bathroom so it's a little chilli in winter. One must assume it would be boiling during summer... there is a free airport shuttle which is awesome. Nothing really close by apart from maccas 10 minute walk down the hwy. Breakfast was ok, friendly service. If u are paying for a room with breakfast included, you will probably be better off just paying for Breakfast separately. Just a thought as it might be cheaper.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel, one week ago, in order to catch an early morning flight. We paid a bit extra for a deluxe room. The room was satisfactory and the night porter shuttled us to the airport for our early flight.
But we made a mistake in dining at the restaurant on the evening we booked in. We both ordered beef schnitzel with a sauce. The schnitzel came with chips and was so dry it tasted like it had been cooked a week ago and reheated five or six times before reaching me... and the sauces were those of the supermarket packet stuff.
That may have been okay except for the prices...$35.00 for a steak and $40 plus dollars for a bottle of wine. The restaurant featured 'fine dining' prices but rather than fine dining food, drinks and service, we received nothing more than what one would expect at the local 'greasy spoon' cafe.
L. S.A quick stop over to airport. Comfortable bed, hot showers and a working T.V, a cold fridge....what more could you want. One thing they need is a microwave and less noise from other people outside when you trying to sleep at night.

E.Although ageing rooms, I had a good night sleep, although the room was a bit hard to find, but after asking for directions from a waiter, got walked to the door,
Rang room service, meal was delivered hot and cook to my liking, and waiter was once again very polite and friendly.
Best thing is the shuttle bus to and from airport, just had to phone and was picked up with only a short delay, (prolly waiting for other customers) as the bus full, the bus and driver were clean and well presented, (sometimes can be challenge when lots of pick ups)
Also, free wifi is available, need to get a login card at reception, but need one for each device you going to use ie computer, phone, tablet.

J. G.I mean, it's a cheap dive near the airport with a free airport shuttle. Ran the AC the whole time I was in there and it never cooled below 82° (28°) but it was clean and had everything I needed for a night by the airport.

G. T.Very convenient Thai themed Motel in close proximity to the Perth Airport. The unit type accommodation is very dated with frayed carpets and older plumbing. However the rooms were very large with air conditioning. Basic amenities were provided but no hair dryer for the wife. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. 24 hour service desk with a airport pickup shuttle bus which was great as we arrived at Perth Airport at 11:30pm. The motel has a very convenient Restaurant which provides a $10 buffet breakfast. We enjoyed a coffee and muffin at the Restaurant before leaving. Overall I would say great value for money. Comfortable accommodation in need of renovations. I would recommend the motel for a quick stop over going to or from the airport. Easy access for people with wheelchairs.

They run 24 hour reception, so a 2am arrival is fine to them (though I think they asked you let them know at booking time). There's also a shuttle service they run to the airport which you'll wait at most 20 minutes for.
The rooms are sparsely appointed, but clean, with an airconditioner included.
Check-in and check-out were very simple and they are happy to organize further transport for you if needed.
Would definitely stay here again.

I did not like: soundproofing the room, filtering outside noise especially if the chosen room is near the street; minimal furniture, but since I needed to sleep I don't care so much; cold room if you do not use heating but it is noisy and does not allow you to sleep in silence but that I solved with an additional blanket.

Non mi è piaciuto: insonorizzazione della camera, filtra i rumori esterni soprattutto se la camera scelta è vicino la strada; arredamento minimal, ma visto che mi serviva per dormire non mi importa così tanto; stanza fredda se non si usa il riscaldamento che, però, è rumoroso e non consente di dormire in silenzio ma che ho risolto con una coperta aggiuntiva.
