R. P.It was not bad, but nothing too fancy. The price reflects this. The room was recently renovated. The bathroom was quite nice, the actual room was fine but just seemed "old".
We just needed somewhere to stay after a night out for my birthday so it was great for that, but probably not somewhere I would go for a longer stay personally.
The cocktails that we had brought up from room service were great and so cheap! $8 each or $25 for a jug which was great value.
K. T.Nice, basic hotel. Friendly service. Shower has amazing pressure! Grout in the bathroom is a bit grotty and overall the facilities are dated but still pleasant.
M. M.Comfy bed. short on tea and coffee, soap. Nice hot shower and bath. $30 parking on premises overnight.
E. B.Was a nice clean room and the staff were friendly but being woken to the sound of the fire alarm was quite an experience - no one really had a clue as to what was happening. Only member of staff was just standing watching - turns out her English is not very good. We just made our way back to our rooms without having an explanation. Best part was the restaurant - high praise for the gentleman on duty - made the evening an enjoyable experience.
S. H.Hotel is in a great location close to both the Hay St and Murray St malls with many restaurants and eating options nearby. Everything from small Asian places to 5 star dining establishments can be found within a few blocks. The in house restaurant, The Barrelhouse, has lovely food with generous serves at reasonable prices. Nicky was our server on several occasions over our 3 day stay and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was awesome and really contributed to the enjoyment of our stay.
Our room was spacious and clean with a very good shower. Hot water had great pressure and volume and kept the wife very happy. The air con was a little disappointing as we prefer a cooler room to aid sleep but it was a minor inconvenience. Parking was $30 per day, come and go as you please, and that is very reasonable for a city centre location.
I would certainly stay here again as I feel that the hotel represents good value for money.

The room prices were very good, the executive king rooms had been newly renovated and very well appointed.
The pool is surrounded by patrons that visit the attached bar, so that may put off a few people wishing to have a secluded cool off wearing your slinky swim wear.

The room is dimly lit and didn't know why there were no power sockets near the coffee counter.
The second night the housekeeping didn't replenish the shampoo and body wash.
H. T.Atm it was very hard to find as the rd is blocked off I drove around for 30 minutes trying to find how to get down the street. You had to turn into a driveway then back out head back down Murray street that is one way where there are cones that direct you into pier St . And I live in Perth would hate to be a tourist. Music from the bar down stairs is also very noisy not a great place for an early night.
E. D.Central location and clean, small amount of parking, small choice for buffet breakfast but well stocked. Couldn't use the pool on the night I stayed as they share the area with the pub next door and there was a formal function in the pool area which was super awkward.
D. F.We stayed at the hotel last Friday evening on a city break and can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was lovely and clean, the decor is slightly dated but it was a lovely room. The staff throughout were nothing short of wonderful. Friendly attitude and extremely helpful at every turn from the front desk to the pub. Would recommend this hotel to all.
V. a. j. g. f.I didn't stay at this hotel, but I tried their breakfast buffet as a walk-in customer. For $15, one could hardly complain. The food was as hot as you can expect. Usual bacon, sausage, hash browns, eggs, and cereals/ fruit and juice.
Really good value for money. I can definitely recommend this and I will return.
R. A.Pretty good location - lots of stores and interesting sights within walking distance. Room could've been better though - nearly all the furnishings in ours was damaged, and the sink behind the TV cabinet was a little bizarre. Breakfast is okay but keep in mind they serve the same thing every morning.
-. P.It is very convenient for Muslim travellers as there is about 5 halal restaurant to choose from. All is within a minute walk! The room was big too! Just that the lobby smell like beer and alcoholic. Probably because of the cafe at the side of the lobby. Other than that it was perfect! Thumbs up 👍

The hotel was going though renovation when we were there, they did tell us about that when we checked in though.
The rooms are spacious but a bit tired, we had to change rooms at one point do to a leak from the room above (it was being renovated and they burst a pipe), the staff handled it quickly and efficiently.
The location is very good, right next to the main shopping district and a short walk from the harbour area.
S. T.This Hotel is a little old, however Rooms are huge, staff friendly, 24 hr book in and very clean. They have started doing up the rooms and Hotel and for the money you have to give them 5 Stars. Those who give less are comparing and expecting a 5 star hotel. Great Location, best coffee shop at end of street and the Indian food across from the Hotel is to die for. I stay at the hotel every week and cannot fault the Staff at all. Well done guys. No, I have no invested interest in the Hotel, just think people should rate a hotel fairly. This is a 4 start hotel in my books and every bit a 5 Star rating is deserved. 10/10

Room was old and poorly lit. The neighbors were loud and noisy, poor sound proofing. The bathroom was also old and toilet seat was cracking. Cleanliness is average, I could see leftover bits from previous users, didn't feel very comfortable. But its serves what is supposed to do, give an overnight rest at reasonable price.
C. C.We had our wedding reception/vow reading here in 1999. Had a lovely stay before heading out to the Chevron lighthouse. Staff were great and room was clean. Unfortunately we ordered room service and I paid $23 plus my half of the service fee $3 for a disappointing salt and pepper squid salad. Huge bowl of greens with 6 sad squid. $26.00. Noooooo
k. l.Spacious rooms n good facilities. Something that i thought is unique abt the hotel is the room is provided with novels for reading. Very good location as it's close to the shopping area and place of interests . All within walking distance.
A. P.Recentley renovated, however has a long way to go. Rooms lack lighting in areas that you would expect. Electricals still belong to granny era. Rooms are spacious though and very clean. The kitchennet could do with a toaster which is sorely missed. Breakfast is ok, the bar is good Overall a decent stay for the price and closeness to the CBD.

A. B.Service was always polite and prompt. Room was large enough but could have been cleaner. Great water pressure. The mattress was plastic backed so was uncomfortable to sleep on. The whole place could use a scrub and polish. Plus had to pay for car parking. Great location for the city and public transport.
I. B.The good: Convenient CBD location at a fair price. Comfortable, clean bed.
The bad: bedroom decor is tired & worn. The bathroom was clean but shabby and dingy. The staff were indifferent. No mini-bar in room; not even a bottle of water. Coffee not available in main bar, and staff could not advise where I could get one! I would not class this as a 4* hotel.
Summary: If you are on a budget and want to be in the City centre, it's adequate for the money.
I.GOOD LOCATION BUT A BIT TIRED AND FADED
The Seasons is an eight storey hotel in central Perth - not to be confused with Four Seasons!
Its showing its age and would probably be best described as comfortable. On the plus side the rooms are fairly large and there was little noise when i stayed.
I would skip the hotel breakfast and wander down the street to find something a bit better
C. P.Little run down, refreshed interiors needed. Stayed here for one night business trip only and renovations were taking place. Was not a nice time to relax in the hotel. Reception however well informed me of renovations. Central and convenient location.
N. B.Value for money and great location. Comparing it to other hotels, the rooms are large with smaller bathrooms. I've stayed here many times now, for the price it's better than the newer more expensive hotels.
Not sure why people complain when you get a huge room for a small price.
C.Excellent location in CBD, but surprisingly quiet at night. Friendly staff. Secure access to the floors. Good breakfast for $12.50. Spacious bed room. Somewhat dated bathroom, but clean.
J. A.Was nice suite. Downside was that I was told room service wasn't available at 10pm when I called. It was supposed to be 24 hour room service. This false statement from a female staff member on phone ( room service number called)
. I was working and it was late so was quite looking forward to a meal... Manager compensated and dealt with situation well the following morning. I hope the staff member who lied was addressed about her false story as this isn't good for business. I can praise how ever the staff member on desk who brought us up our food and apologised. Also we were given a complimentary drink as I was quite upset. The manager acted extremely empathically and compensated my meal order. I will stay again due to his attitude and support.

I have always had a good room. Great bar and fantastic pool when the weather is warmer.
B. G.Large room that was clean. Its a dated hotel but at the time all I wanted was a place to sleep. The walls are thin so expect to hear people in the next room. At times the wafting smell of smoke would come through the bathroom (even though I was on a non-smoking floor)
M. B.Hotel has seen better days but is adequate. Did not supply a face cloth to guests. Breakfast is a good price and well stocked but is allowed to go cold. No dessert served at dinner and no on site laundry.

A. “. K.I stayed here in my travels to Western Australia. It is pretty pricey for the quality of the hotel. The room themselves are very old and I saw signs of termite. Bed was very uncomfortable. There is a fridge in the house however it doesn't cool easily. There is lcd tv with usual Australian channels.. staff are very friendly.. there is underground parking which costs a whooping 30$ which is a bit of a ripoff given the fact the Perth is not a very busy city. There are plenty of parking around but they all cost arm and a leg costing you the same amount of money as the hotel.. the only good thing about the hotel is the car park is nearby..
The rooms are generally kept very clean with visit from the cleaner everyday. Bed was very uncomfortable but I put up with it. Toilet is very dated and the bath tub is tiny.
I didn't try the restaurant on ground floor because I know it would cost a fortune. There is a cafe on ground floor which tasty coffee. Staff there is very friendly too.
A lot of tourists stay at this place.
s. h.Stayed at seasons for the weekend the room was fine, however the bathroom has grout the shower spitted at water which made it uncomfortable to shower and the handle kept moving. The staff could have warned us that the cards to access shouldn't be near electron devices. The bed was to hard and uncomfortable and the pillows need updating and didn't appreciate the 7am vacuuming.

D. D.Seasons of Perth is well located, easy to access most of Perth. Generally this is an old hotel with old fittings and only semi-modern furnishings but all of it is well maintained and clean. For the price of the rooms I felt we were well served. Staff were polite and eager to please. Would stay again
S. H.Nice hotel. Cozy atmosphere. Spacious room. They dont serve halal food tho, so, cant comment on that. However, plenty of halal restaurants around. The hotel is a walking distance to many places of interest, Perth Mint, Elizabeth Quay, Bell Tower, London Court, Swan River n more. Its also near to the train station and jetty. Overall i am satisfied with their service n location.

B. L.The Hotel seems to be an old but decent Hotel for business stays. I would actually rate it 3.5. They also have a large restaurant where you can have continental breakfast for 12.5 AUD. There is also an Indian restaurant right opposite the building. Since it is surrounded by buildings, you do not get good views from the hotel.

Но на улице, рядом с отелем можно поставить машину в будни с 18 до 8 утра бесплатно, или на все выходные, тоже бесплатно. Ремонт качественный, но стиль 80х годов. Кровати естественно современные. Большая площадь, 36 кв. м. В общем к чему лишние слова, бронируй прямо сейчас ! Достойней гостиницу по такой цене в городе не найдёшь
