M. X.Xmas buffet lunch was fantastic! Staff was excellent. Only issue was being over 40 degrees air-conditioning couldn't cope so was very hot inside. I'm sure they'll sort this out for next year

B.Visited a mate there and upon entering the room that she had booked noticed it was spacious and clean and had a nice interior decor, there is a wonderful swimming pool there and the amenities are awesome lots to do. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful would definitely recommend this place to other in the future guaranteed.
S. L.Drama on check in. Arrived 3:45pm and room not ready, then tried to charge an extra 20% blaming booking app. 8am Sunday morning they thought was a good time to use the leaf blower :(

T.We have stayed before and really liked it - sadly this time we were given a room with spa - I didn't request a spa room and I'm concerned that I won't be able to get into the spa to get a shower. (We're older people) I mentioned this to the reception person. He didn't seem concerned. Also, we had a 20 minute wait to get our room key as there was only 1 receptionist working and it was really busy on the phone while we were there - we felt sorry for him. The room itself seems smaller than the one we had on a previous visit. The fridge has frozen water bottles in it so in the morning I'll have to go and buy some at the local garage (mind you it will be cheaper at the garage) The restaurant wasn't open tonight - on a Friday night - so we had to drive to Guildford for dinner. I'm a very disappointed.
j. M.Room was nice. Big bed and clean. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. Ordered eggs benadict. Menu said it was served on sour dough but came out on some half toasted English muffins...horrible. a small amount of bottle hollandaise sauce. Not very nice at all. Coffee was also sub standard. Beans tasted stale may have also been long life milk used as well but can't confirm that one.
M. M.Amazing management and staff. So friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Celebrated our anniversary and hubby's 50th here and had first class service. Would highly recommend.
I. T.Excellent location with many activities for adults and chn close (walking) by. Comfortable with all kitchen, laundry and bathroom bits. TV's on small size and extra $50 for splitting beds and making sofa bed up can add up to to turn reasonable into expensive. No lift to 2nd storey rooms for those with dogy knees etc so ask for ground floor. Friendly staff.

M. W.I can't sing front man Jessie praises enough he went above and beyond to cater for our family when we stayed there 2wks ago for my wedding. The kitchen staff were amazing too Thankyou for keeping the restaurant open just for us and what a marvellous spread you put on for us. Loved the 1br apt the honeymoon suite we had could have done with a sliding door to the outside like the 1br apt tho. Other than that we highly reccomend this resort. We would gladly stay here again.

I absolutely enjoyed myself, and the service was excellent.
The rooms are average, however the utilities are sufficient.
The food in the restaurant was superb, and the location is prime for visiting the surrounding wineries.
I would recommend the Swan Valley Oasis Resort for a quiet and peaceful getaway.
