N.Had to isolate here for 14 days and luckily the Sebel was perfect. The service from staff was fantastic, the rooms were comfy and spacious, and everything you would need for an extended stay was there. Highly recommended to other travellers
R. H.If you have to isolate for 14 days, it’s a pretty awesome place to do so. Quite a large room, and balcony is big enough to sit out on and get the fresh air. The staff have been very accomodating.

c. s.Really clean and modern, loved having a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was really practical. The outdoor area was really nice and the pool qas enjoyable but had tree leaves. Location was quiet and very close to the outlets.
N. W.Usually stay at the Novatel in East Perth but with it not operational at the moment thought we would give the apartments a go. Very nice weekend away with the wife. Good size room and nice little kitchenette. Everything was nicely prepared and clean. Fair few restaurants and cafes close by as well as a very nice bottleshop. Will stay again.

Stayed 4 nights in very hot December 2019, 15min walking distance to Kings Park (great for sunset walk), 1min walk to the free bus to the city centre, free water and muesli bars every day, great pool, very modern, spacious and clean rooms! B. F.I stayed here back in October and felt very comfortable here! Good location however can be noisy during the day. Located in East Perth, you avoid the usual nightly hustle and bustle as you would if you were in the city.
The rooms were well equipped, extremely comfortable bed and balcony. The ladies and gents at the concierge were wonderful and very helpful overall.
Although there is no in-room dining options, there are a number of restaurants & cafes within walking distance.

It was a bit of a walk to the city centre but we like to know that we are getting a bit of exercise. The only thing I would say that was not 100% was the staff. I felt they could be friendlier working in the hospitality industry.

Only gripe is the TV has a large, bright-white standby indicator that is essentially a night light that can't be turned off, as the cables are inside the wall.
J. H.New apartments, friendly staff and good location. Stayed for a week of work and appreciated the relative quiet of being outside the CBD but only a 15min walk away. Also loved being so close to King's Park. They have an arrangement with a local cafe to charge back to your room too, so good food and coffee at cafe-reasonable prices is simple. Usually had an Uber within 2-3minites too, even during peak hour.
Only issue for me was that the room inexplicably has no drawers for clothes... It has an abundance of hanging space though and a stand for your suitcase. Would definitely stay there again.
A. S.We needed a peaceful break over Christmas so we checked out places nearby. We were very surprised at the competitive price so booked a few days stay.
As there's no bar or restaurant attached to the hotel itself, it tends to be quite quiet, especially during holiday times up this end of the city.
With a cooktop it's very convenient to self cater.
The room was enhanced by the balcony over Murray Street and the view right the way up the CBD. The proximity to the free inner city bus stop (the Catbus) was an advantage too.
The staff were friendly and courteous. Parking at $15AUD a day is pretty good for this city, self park, secure parking in the shade.
The pool level has a well equipped 24/7 gym and a pretty pool with waterfalls. The pool also has a transfer chair for entry into the pool for the disabled. One morning we found broken glass in the pool, which was quickly cleaned up when reported.
There's also good shade and seating in the bbq area. All in all, a very pleasant stay, where we were able to relax, whether it be swimming, lounging on the balcony or catching the bus to Yagan Square to have a coffee. West Perth is a little walk away, and worth a look around too. Looking forward to our next visit.

I. S.Great quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the CBD centre. Comfortable room & bed with excellent amenities in room including kitchenette, laundry washer and dryer. No onsite restaurant but I understand there are arrangements for delivery from a nearby restaurant.

We're close to everything and far away enough from the bar crowd. Sebel guests are great and blend right in. The builder cheaped out on a few things but there had to be a drawback right? Being honest. Owning here is good.

N. A.(Translated) We stayed at the New Year for 5 nights. The beds were spacious, very quiet, comfortable and comfortable. Water and milk and cereal bars are replenished each morning, so there is no need to buy water during your stay.
The kitchenette was spacious enough, with pans, dishes, dishes, and even salt and pepper, and simple cooking was fine. There are toast machines and microwave ovens. (Because there is no oil and chopsticks, preparation is necessary if necessary)
Clothes can be kept to a minimum because the washing machine also has a dryer. They change sheets and towels every day and are very clean. I think there was no toothbrush.
It is a little farther west from the center, but Kings Park, Outlet Mall (Watertown) and Perth West Station are within walking distance and I think the access to the Perth West area is quite good.
In addition, the access to the center is close to the free bus (Red Cat) stop, so there is no problem when the free bus runs (6 am to evening).
Even after the evening, it is possible to walk in 15 minutes.
There is a gym and a pool, and the equipment of the gym is a minimum of 5 or 6 kinds, but I was enough because there are free weight areas and running machines. Because it was not crowded in the gym for 24 hours, I was able to use it quite freely.
(The pool is a bit cold, so I don't know.)

年末年始5泊しました。ベッドは広く、とても静かで快適で過ごし易い部屋でした。毎朝水とミルク、シリアルバーの補給があり、滞在中、水を買う必要性がありません。
簡易キッチンは十分に広く、フライパンに鍋、食器、更には塩や胡椒も付いていて簡単な料理は何も問題ありませんでした。トーストの機械も電子レンジもあります。（油と箸はないので必要な場合は準備が必要）
洗濯機に乾燥機もついているので、服は最小限ですみます。毎日シーツ交換、タオル交換もしてくれて、とても清潔です。歯ブラシは無かったと思います。
中心部からは西に少し離れていますがキングスパーク、アウトレットモール（ウォータータウン）、パースウエスト駅も徒歩圏内でパース 西エリアへのアクセスはかなり良いと思います。
また中心部へのアクセスは無料のバス（レッドキャット）の停留所からも近い為、無料バスの動く時間（朝6時〜夕方まで）は何も問題なし。
夕方以降歩くとしても15分で歩くことも可能。
ジムとプールも付いていてジムの器具は5、6種で最低限ですがフリーウェイトのエリアとランニングマシンもあるので私は十分でした。24時間ジムで混んでないのでかなり自由に使えました。
（プールはちょっと寒く使ってないので不明。）

Das Hotel ist neu und gut eingerichtet mit einer eigenen Waschmaschiene, was bei einer 4 wöchigen Reise nicht fehlen darf,.
Was mir nicht so gefallen hat ist die Lage in west Perth, ca 15 - 20 min in die innerstadt zum laufen oder man nimmt Uber.
