By far the number one hostel in Perth! Charly is the best owner you can imagine. Free food night every week and a good, chill atmosphere. Close to the city and quite at night. A big park is just across the street and a supermarket is in walking distance. Free parking spots are also available within a 5 min walk. This hostel is just amazing and felt like home after the first day. Btw: I stayed here now for almost 11 months!

Only hostel I've ever left 5 stars for. The rooms were a good size with air-conditioning which has become an important feature I have found in Oz. The size of the hostel gives a really homely, tight-knit feel to it. Most of the staff stay within the hostel itself so you know they care about the place as it is also their home and they are all friendly. Free use of towels without a deposit, free detergent for laundry, free breakfast that seemed to be out until 12pm every day - this hostel is not trying to squeeze you dry. Ended up meeting the owner and he was a really nice guy who really seemed to care about his hostel and the people there. About a 10 minute walk from the CBD but just far enough outside so the noise is nonexistent. A really charming little place, I have stayed in a lot of hostels all over the world and this has been my favourite.

Beautiful time spent in this hostel. Wonderful personnel, common rooms always clean, very good vibes. The kitchen is good too with a lot of new ustensiles. We took a double room which was perfect for the price. Confortable double bed, good free wifi... Property, security and friendliness.. Hightly recommended ! !

Stayed at this hostel for a few weeks now and my overall experience was really good ! The rooms are kept clean aswell as the hostel itself. The staff are really friendly and helpful and organise free dinner nights from a BBQ to fajitas ! Aswell as trips to wineries and other spectacular places around perth !

Good chilled out vibe, very easy going and welcoming. Facilities were good, only down side was waiting for the shower at peak times and the room was a little cold (but was the end room in early july). Would still recommend 👍

The hostel is a great value for the money. It's in a good location as well. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the CBD. The owner and staff are all very friendly. It's clean with good wifi.

The toilets are not very clean and need a renovation. I slept in a 4 share room and it was ok. There lots of places for your staff, but it was really loud at the evening. The Internet is fast but it is not free :(

Magnificent inn. Own. Top notch staff. Breakfast included in the room price. Water, tea, coffee and even pasta at will. Large living room, full kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dispenser. In short, a hostel that I recommend.

(Translated) Very nice hostel in family management. The location is great, in 10-15min you can relax by a restaurant mile with many exotic restaurants to the central station. Optionally, this is also a right up to the front door. The bathrooms are clean and in addition to the two large bathrooms with toilet there are two private bathrooms (shower + toilet) which are available to everyone. For a $ 10 daily rate, it is offered to use the hostel after check-out at 10:00 all day. You also get towels for showers and access to the kitchen Would stay here again anytime. (Original) Sehr nettes Hostel in Familienführung. Die Lage ist top, in 10-15min kann man entspannt durch eine Restaurantmeile mit vielen exotischen Restaurants zum zentralen Hauptbahnhof laufen. Wahlweise geht hier auch ein bis direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Bäder sind sauber und neben den zwei großen Bädern mit Toilette gibt es zwei private bathrooms (Dusche + Toilette) die jedem zur Verfügung stehen. Für eine Tagespauschale von 10$ wird hier angeboten, das Hostel auch nach Checkout um 10:00 den ganzen Tag nutzen zu können. Dabei bekommt man auch Handtücher zum Duschen und Zugang zur Küche Würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Nice and familiar backpackers 15min walk from the city. Our room was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the staff was super friendly. Unfortunately you have to share the bathrooms with others. Plus, my mattress wasn't particularly good. All in all, an excellent price/performance ratio!

Cozy hostel with a feel-good factor. Clean, tidy, well organized. Spacious living and kitchen area with numerous utensils and free coffee/tea. Washing machines, dryers and clotheslines available. Plus points: Free printing on a computer that is freely accessible at any time. Free English and guitar lessons. Super plus point: joint activities, partly self-organized - partly offered.
