The event held for seniors at the hotel was very successful.
The meal, (children's serve) was perfect. They eat everything. The sweets were delicious. Entry to the hotel was good and all managed the small walk.
The only disappointment was the service could have been better. The restaurant was not packed and I believe I should not have had to keep getting the girls attention.
I got up to find where out sweets were and they were sitting on the bench. While there is room for improvement the girls were smiling and friendly.
Will be re-visiting with my lovely seniors.

The Staff on reception are kind and very helpful for any call. Rooms are as expected have what it makes the stay normal, the doors should have step in the down side to protect against insects. Has very responsive room service, the food has various dishes but missing salads.so if you're vegetarian you have to find other alternative for eating.

Room was stellar, very clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye including the bathroom. The staff were so sweet and gave exceptional service. We were escorted to our room by a lovely lady with brown hair who was outstanding in service!

Overall friendly staff and comfortable room however I rate this 3/5 stars for the following reasons. Multiple small hiccups which when added up significantly impact the overall experience
1) On the day I was arriving, all the computers were down so when I asked if it was possible for an early check in, they said they would not be able to assist.
2) When I arrived, they said the rooms were not ready and they would contact me when they were. I was never contacted and it was me that had to ring 4 hrs later only to be told that they have been ready for a while
3) The room I was staying in did not have items which I would deem as absolute essential. Firstly, no microwave so impossible to heat up food. Secondly they did not have any bottled water at all so had no alternative but to go out and purchase water. For around $200 a night, I would expect that water would be provided.
Would suggest also to provide small toothpaste for guests.
4) A couple of days later, I made toast and asked if some butter could be brought up to room. The girl in kitchen said not a problem, it will be there in 10 mins.
The butter never arrived at all so I ended up going to the shop and buying some. This was one of many instances where items were requested and not delivered.
Overall not a bad hotel however multiple areas in which improvement could be made.

Stay here when need to for work. Overall it's got what you need for accommodation. HOWEVER parking is first come first served which can mean you might miss out and its a tight car park. The $100 bond paid to stay is still not back several days after check out. Room was left tidy and undamaged.

We were greeted with a warm welcome by Kelly on reception, helpful and was just exceptional. All the other front staff ladies over the weekend were too!
We stayed in a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Our children really enjoyed the pool. However if you are staying with children and are situated on level 2 and there is a function on at the roof top, Asked to be moved to another level. Our Saturday night was loud and lots of drunk people passing our room swearing and yelling. The next night was amazing though no function, very peaceful.
Restaurant was very good, enjoyed both our lunch and room service meals. Although the room service lady was quite rude and when I notice some thing was missed and asked if she could bring it up, it didn’t make it. So I had to go down and get it my self. Which was a little disappointing for room service.

The room is great, as well as the help desk, booking, reception for which I'd happily give a 5-star review. However, there is plenty of room for improvement in the restaurant service. We went there on a very quiet Monday afternoon, the place was empty still, it took more than five minutes for someone to come to talk to us at our table. I ordered a drink before my meal. After almost 10 minutes wait, I went to the cashier to ask about it. The very young and not well-prepared girl working that day said "we don't have it, I am really sorry". So I had to go and check to find out it was never coming. Very frustrating. I asked, is there a bottle shop around the corner where I could buy the drink I am after and bring in? She said there is one next door but that I could not BYO, neither she offered to go buy it herself, once the place was empty and she was not busy at all. It could have been a great experience altogether but failing on the basics on a quiet day was quite upsetting.

Beautiful rooms, very inviting and the staff are beautiful!
The roof top is a great place to watch the boats go by. Ordered a meal from the a-joining bar and bistro. The meal was delicious

Myself and my partner went to the bar for a late lunch at about 3:30pm on Friday 5/2/22 - I would just like to say how wonderful your team are! we went into the bar to order and was served by Chris, who greeted us really warmly, checked our covid certificates in a completely polite manner, had a chat with us, took our order and recommended drinks.
Vikki brought the first part of our lunch out to us and couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming to us, she made a point of telling us about the roof top event that happens on Fridays, it was just lovely to see so many friendly people service staff, you don’t get that much nowadays!
When we were getting ready to leave, the manager, Jake, came and cleared our plates, asked about our day, how our meals were and made general chat with us, we told him how great his staff have been and that he should be proud of himself and his team, I think he was really touched by our comments!
We came here over a year ago and haven’t been back due to the bad experiences we had with staff, we are so glad that you’ve had a change in management and staff. It was also so lovely to watch and see how your team interact, Chris, Vikki, the Spanish lady (sorry I didn’t catch her name), Jake, all having a nice time at work, all having a laugh and joke with each other and providing a great customer service level!
We can’t wait to come back, we’ll be up on the roof top for sure next time too!
Thanks team Tradewinds, what a great lunch treat we had!!

A good spot for casual lunch/diner. We went for a work Christmas party and enjoyed a few of the share platters but would have preferred pizzas or something more substantial to share.

What an amazing place to stay. The upgrades to the hotel have been done so beautifully, no expense spared. The staff went above and beyond to please and make sure our stay was perfect, even gifted me a bottle of bubbly for my bday. Can’t wait to go back.

Appealing, modern-styled rooms, great views, outdoor areas are spacious with plenty of seating, food is first class and staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. If you're looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay I would highly recommend Tradewinds Fremantle. We look forward to another visit in the near future.

We had booked for Christmas lunch but with a last minute COVID scare and a relative who is 89, we were concerned about eating out. Jake and Chef were incredibly accommodating and packaged up our pre paid lunch as takeaway. Still fabulously presented in individual servings for a fabulous Christmas at home with a fabulous Tradewinds meal! Absolutely delicious and such a wonderful attitude from Jake and Chef. THANK YOU!!!

I have never had a more enjoyable stay from start to finish. The staff were exceptional....friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The room was amazing, spacious and well appointed. The washing machines were free to use. And the food!!! Wow...breakfast, lunch and dinner..all delicious. I could happily move in and live at the Tradewinds! It will be my go to in Perth from now on. Highly recommended

Room was large and lovely bathroom.
Expensive for what it is.
Breakfast package was a rip off. $20 and you could only choose 1 drink and 1 meal. For what I wanted for breakfast it would have been cheaper to buy it. Coffees were Luke warm and breakfast took an age to be served.
