C. L.Absolute gem of a place. Stopped for an overnight in a village I’ve never heard of. Lovely new owner was so helpful and enthusiastic. Room was spotless bright and functional. Great AC on a hot night. Perfectly clean and large bathroom.
Everything in the room was clean with a new feel and just perfect.
Denman is the loveliest town I’ve been to in a long time. Lovely pubs, staff at the Royal were so cheerful.

Well priced, very clean, homely, friendly, hospitable, great bathroom, good quality A/C / heating, comfy bed. Only request for next time, bowls please. Certainly hope to return to beautiful Denman!
M. M.Lovely, helpful new owners, fully renovated motel with excellent shower for tall people ( this means a lot on a cold morning) Cannot fault anything. Lots of powerpoints, the offer of plates etc when I said I would microwave my own food, and a very charming Boston bulldog that likes eating flies, what more could you want.
I have stayed in surrounding towns before, but will now happily drive another 30 minutes to stay here. Clean honest value, the way it should be.
D. D.Easy access and perfect location. Reception are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless and had everything needed to be comfortable. Nice pool and a great bbq area available for your convenience.

L. W.A nice fresh Motel. It is well placed in a quiet street and is within easy walking distance to the shopping centre and two pubs. The rooms are fresh contemporary and clean, beds are very comfortable . The mini bar is well stocked an well priced. All in all a nice place to stay
