R. S.There are new owners who are slowly fixing the place but are serving great food and the beer is cold. The rooms are large and the bed comfy with an excellent shower. It's a great location for all the falls in the area plus just a short walk to Ebor falls about 15 minutes
N. K.The room wasn’t super new but super clean and neat and perfectly comfortable; that’s what we cared about the most. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with good sense of humor. We had dinner there as well and the food was so good; the steak was delicious! They were all booked out for dinner but they accommodated us because we had driven for hours and really didn’t have the energy to look for a place to eat. I definitely recommend staying there!
D. B.I stayed in my caravan in the camping ground. Because of the rains, everything was boggy, but we all did the best we could. The camping amenities were great, kept immaculately clean. The staff are kindly and helpful, the hotel bistro served great meals, both dine in and takeaway.
M. N.We eat here two nights while Hiking in Natioal parks in area. Staff VERY Friendly. Meals freshly prepared, lots more than to usual deep fried everything. Duck tender moist & so flavoursome the lamb rack top standard cooked rare to perfection veggies crisp seriously healthy food (PS do have usual pup fair if you want it)

H.Great amenities ,well priced ,terrific location.Chris and his staff are to be commended for their excellent service and hospitality .This would have to be one of the best , if not the best country hotels I have ever visited. Powered or unpowered sites ,very cheap ,trout fishing fifty metres away.
J. F.After a woeful experience a few years ago, the new management have obviously made some worthy changes. Food, ambience are much improved and staff are happy and approachable. Love the fire. Great spot to stop and explore.

C.A great little pub/ motel right in the middle of Ebor. Was a great place to stop for a drink, a bowl of chips and some internet reception while on the waterfall way! Stop in and support the local 😊😊

p. m.Stayed for three days behind pub. Excellent hosts Chris and Annie. great meals. Nice fire kept the place hot. Easy walk to the Falls to get great pictures. Didn't quite get used to the minus 6 temp.
Just need to change the colours to maroon. Lol.

Overheated a little (rooms are super well insulated against the cool outside temperatures) but big thumbs up for excellent service and value for money re dining. Very very happy. Would definitely stay again. Hoping new owners will be as good as current owners. ps we were the only females and I really appreciated the eye candy provided by a couple of the local property managers ;)

D. C.look, I have this place 4 stars because the owners are having a real good go at keeping a business going in a real tough environment. The rooms are clean and tidy, the food is reasonable and they do a breakfast because the only cafe in town is closed. To top it off the owners were retired 3rd generation locals that saw the business on the verge of closing so they bought it to as they couldn't bare to see it close and be lost to the town.
if your passing through, drop in for a coffee or a bit of lunch, or if you want a place to stop for the night, give it a go.
They also have a few powered camp sites for you if you have a camper or caravan.
D. E.We stayed at the back of the pub in our caravan and had a quiet and peaceful time. Well located for travelling to and walking in the nearby national parks. $25 for a site with power and 20 for empowered is reasonable. The amenities were very clean and modern. Motel rooms available and cold beer on tap, plus meals available. A good stopover.

J. B.We stayed in Ebor for three nights at an Airbnb and every night found us at the Ebor Falls Hotel for dinner. The first night we went because it was convenient, the next two nights we went for the delicious food and warm, easy-going country hospitality. We felt so welcome here, and the hotel was truly a highlight of our trip. Thankyou to the husband and wife team, who took over running the hotel in the past few weeks, for their charming hospitality:) recommend the rump steak with buttery mash and the salmon. We will be back

The inside is much more attractive to the relatively stark concrete block exterior.
It is both a hotel offering meals and drinks seven days a week as well as a motel.
There also exists a camping ground at the rear for those with a RV or tent.
A good range of items on the menu as well as coffees and cakes.
Has a pool table,vending machine and a outdoor smokers area.
The dining room is attractively set up and has a kids play area with toys.
L. J.Very friendly owners and staff. Brand new amenities that are extremely clean and have lovely hot showers. The meals are large and filling and the specials change daily. We used this hotel as a base to visit the nearby three National Parks and the wood heater was a welcome sight on the cold afternoons and nights.

We were in one of the rooms furthest from the office and the internet was too slow to be useful (might be better closer to the office), so if you need internet be sure to check with the owners to make sure it will be suitable.

P. S.Good place to stay overnight so that you've got time to visit Ebor Falls, Point Lookout and the Wollomombi Falls. Room's clean and comfortable, good pub grub, very friendly staff. They can serve breakfast lunch and dinner.
