Cool place and chill vibe. Staff are very welcoming and actually had beers with us. Silvie is the best!!! Nicest receptionist I’ve ever met. The location being In the middle of Newtown is so perfect for a night out. Rooms are clean and spacious, I could fit everything. I was planning on only staying a week, but will definitely stay longer!

The best hostel in Sydney! It is really amazing!! Very clean and comfortable. The team can't be better, always helping guests and considering them as a family. It has also a great location since you are in the center of Newtown with shops, supermarkets, pubs and all you need really close! I recommend it 100%

Nice location, the price is pretty good and competitive against other hostels. Very convenient to public transports, supermarkets and pubs. Rooms are clean and kitchen facilities are great. It’s a hostel not a 5 star resort. You get what you pay for. I would definitely come back.

A great place to stay in a very convenient location. The management/staff are very welcoming and helpful; they made me feel genuinely welcome and did everything possible to make my stay as satisfying and comfortable as possible. The accommodation is basic but certainly adequate and the place is kept very clean. The kitchen is well appointed and the recreation/TV room is comfortable. All in all a great place to stay.

For the price I paid which was fairly cheap, the facilities are clean and the staff is outstanding. As it’s a part of a school, you can tell that the people working there love what they do. Highly recommend to anyone, and the neighbourhood around the hostel has a great selection of food, lots of history and easy access to public transport / grocery stores.

EBS hostel is not far from new town station. I love this area. cultural and artistic. the hostel is clean.quiet .full facility. roommate is friendly. manager selma is nice and lovely. strongly recoomend here.

EBS stands for European Bartender School and the hostel is accomodation for the students doing the course but it's also open to the public. My experience here has been a really good one. It's a close-knit atmosphere because the students are all close and study together, met some sweethearts and the staff was always very accomodating and friendly. Selma's a beautiful soul and fun to talk to!

Don't go to EBS sydney hostel, they are liers! I have made a booking for 3 nights for 31 dollars each. They had a full month to contact me and I've even called them the day before and they say nothing. When I came to chack in they tried to make me pay 130 dollars for 3 nights without saying anything about the change in the price and only when I asked about it they said it's a problem in the web and the price is 43 per night. I refused to pay more then what I booked so they just let me go to the street without even say sorry!

One of the best hostels I've been to. I spent several nights staying at this place. Clean and simple place. With a large common area and a well-equipped kitchen. It's like being in a residence. Free WiFi with accommodation. It's run by some new guys who are very friendly. They make sure you are comfortable. Furthermore, they attended to me in Spanish. I would return without a doubt.

The best place is where you are well!! I had to stay 5 days in this hostel, a very comfortable environment with everything you need and lovely people!! Their staff takes great care of you and makes you feel at home. Advisable!
