V. T.Beautiful estate by the river with great views! The room was huge, it was a silly equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, full kitchen and full laundry.
The shower was really good!
The pool was big and comfortable, right water temperature. Not many people, so pretty much all to ourselves. Quiet place, so relaxing!
Irish pub within 100mts, very convenient!
G. P.The room was perfectly clean, & cleaned daily, with a beautiful outlook over the river. The restaurant & bar were serviced by attentative, polite & neatly attired staff, with reasonably priced food & drinks. The food menu was excellent 'though not extensive.
The pool area is very good, although its surrounds looking very tired - understandable after the past two years of covid lockdown
I would reccommend it to anyone looking for a quiet stay -for couples or families - although the weekends are very busy with locals in the bar & restaurant.
t. s.The location is good as a destination. It was too far from any other attractions. The grounds were immaculate however the structures are beginning to show their age. Needs a bit more cleaning and maintenance.

Harrigans food was overpriced for what you received. Apart from the poor dining experience, I would have given 5 stars.

R. H.We stayed just one night but the value was great and the room was excellent. Clean, modern, well appointed and plenty of room, and just a stroll across the lawn to the pub. It's also a wonderful location, being right on the banks of the beautiful Manning River. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will return for a longer stay.

Harrigan's Hotel provides the dining experience, which was great. Planning to return to enjoy the serenity 😀. In walking distance is Harrigan's Irish Pub where you can go and have Lunch and/or Dinner. Food there is great, and staff are helpful and friendly. This too is worth going to. Both I'll be going back to.

A. S.Confusing checkin process with reception being closed. Was easy enough once I'd called the reception number. A table wasn't available inside for dinner, would be good to get a prior warning that the restaurant might be overbooked. Managed to get a table outside and luckily it didn't rain. Food was OK, very simple fried foods and pizza. The rooms are excellent especially if you have a toddler as they can be contained in the room and yard area. Overall I was happy with the stay

P. H.Generally a win. The pool is gorgeous. The staff are friendly - had some great chats with house keeping staff. The staff are around enough but not all the time so it feels private and cosy. If you need anything, you can always pop into the pub next door. Room: well planned and huge. Nice touches like plenty of towels, loads of hanging & drawer space and places to put bags(plural) off the ground (why do they only ever give you one of these?). The bath in the standard room is big enough for two (if you're rather short). Extremely comfy bed which is 2 king singles joined together so there's a tiny dent in the middle but no bother, and there's a lovely seat at the bottom. Great shower. You get a little outdoor table space which is excellent but if it rains it's not covered. The Irish pub which they also run is great. I'm not convinced it felt Irish which is a plus for me. It was light, airy and clean. High ceilings and comfortable. Food, staff, views: Tick. It's the pick of the local pubs. You will need a car to enjoy this area properly. Drive to the beach at Crowdy Head. Do this often.
k. g.what a great 2 days. the unit was just lovely in all respects and overlooked the manning river, we were also greeted with several dolphins cruising by . quiet and peaceful throughout the night and because of its southwesterly direction we werent woken by the sun in the morning. the staff were just great i cant speak highly enough. harrigans next door allows you to enjoy a drink with your meals without the worry.
A. M.After a long drive from Brisbane I was looking for somewhere to rest our heads. Did a search and found Harrigans with good reviews. It was just what we were looking for. Lovely pub, we rang and spoke to Rob, who greeted us as we arrived. Quickly booked a room which was spacious and sparkling. Then wandered over to the pub to join the locals. Sat by the open fire and enjoyed a drink. Great nights sleep followed by a beautifully presented breakfast sat overlooking the river. Perfect.
I. H.This is a really good little motel/hotel/restaurant. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Elegant decor and nice foyer and entry. A lovely pool area overlooking the river. Ample parking. The restaurant and bar is in an adjoining building offering excellent meals. We have stayed here 3 times and I will certainly be back. The motel is just a short drive from the highway, and the surf beach is just 5 minutes away. Highly recommended.
P. C.I would like to add the accommodation was comfortable, clean . The cleaning staff serviced the room everyday. The view of the manning river from the balcony was amazing. Unfortunately the food in the pub let the complex down.
a. m.Lovely location , beautiful room , enjoyed the food and atmosphere but was disappointed that there was no shower cap in bathroom . We stayed in room 21 and we should have been warned that we would have heard a lot of noise until after 12am as they cleaned up after the wedding and because of this I couldn't sleep until early hours of the morning , I was so angry . Would go back but never stay in that room .
