This was our third time staying at the holiday inn.
Would Recommend anyone to stay there for a weekend away.
Only disappointment was the first night our room air conditioning wasn’t functioning correctly and the room was a bit hot and stuffy. Called reception to put a complaint in and was told for that someone would come up to have a Look.
Unfortunately, no one did attend to have a look. Approached the reception desk the next morning to deal with the issue which management .
Morning Management were very kind to put us in another room immediately. Just disappointed that we had to stay in a stuffy room for one night. That would be the only complaint.

M.The rooms are clean and beds are comfy but there is highly variable capability amongst the staff members (hot tip: be VERY clear about payment arrangements) though 2/3rds were friendly and fun to deal with. The fittings are starting to look a bit over-used which hopefully will prompt a refresh soon. The location is one of the best points, being an easy walk from Central (fly in, train to Central and walk to hotel is really straightforward) but there is no attached parking.

H. Y.Absolutely great place to stay. The check-in process is the fastest one I ever had. Beds are comfortable, especially the pillow, in a way that I don’t wake up with a numb arm in the morning like I had with most other hotels. Shower is also welcoming, with a glass door to fully enclose and keep yourself warm during the shower, as well as being able to switch from having water on the showerhead or from the ceiling. T.From start to finish of our stay the service was great. We had booked a room, parking and breakfast and cannot fault anything. All staff were great and polite. Our stay was awesome.

W.I had a wonderful long weekend stay in early March 2021. Everything was great from arrival to departure. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms very large and comfortable. Very close to site and easy walking distance to Central Station. I will definitely come back.
E. D.Really nice place to live in Sydney. We booked the place for the weekend and were really impressed with the rooms and value for money considering they are located in Darling Harbour. Only drawback is they don't have their own parking though they do have some value deals for parking in a parking place nearby.

I like to stay in this hotel because near to China town, only few minutes walk. Easy to go out to buy foods. The room was quite clean & tidy. Friendly staff. The fare was okay during weekdays.
Bad things:
They over charges me for the room, in the receipt says $380/4N, over charged $60 = $440, shown on my credit card, and it took days to get the refund back.
No drinking water provided, make sure you bring your own (shop from Woolies Metro across the hotel).
