We had a wonderful evening here over the weekend. We were met by a friendly and stylish staff member (I think his name was Adam) who gave us a brief historical tour of the major and showed us to our room. The beds were very comfortable, the manor is beautiful, the towels were big and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The bar area was also lovely and had very friendly patrons who we landed up meeting up with for breakfast. The hotel also helps to train up cognitively diverse people in hospitality - a cause I'm happy to support. Overall we found a very inclusive atmosphere in a beautiful old building.

Lovely hotel with beautifully refurbished guest rooms located in the historic Mount Victoria Manor. There are plenty open spaces and sitting areas where you can gather with you friends and enjoy a drink or just enjoy the warmth of an open fire place. Staff are very friendly.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at hotel Etico. Clean room, lovely decor, the restaurant and bar are a must! The prawn linguine is chefs kiss. The staff and team are absolutely amazing and should be so proud of the great work they do, I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and will definitely come back.

The property is quietly located in Mt. Victoria. Rooms and facilities are all very clean. Common areas are beautifully decorated in an elegant old style. My friends and I found it very interesting that that all clocks on the wall are not accurate 🙂 it’s a relaxing feeling to stay in a place makes you forget about time.

Love this place. Not only is the food great, but it is a social enterprise hotel which provides live-in training for people with diverse needs to help them achieve their independence goals. Great historic vibe, but updated and styled sympathetically and tastefully. Really cool bar area. Really friendly and helpful staff. Some great spaces to hang out. The rooms have been updated. Whilst not the most luxurious, they are stylish and comfortable. Bed was great. I love a bath and there was one in my bathroom.

Best acommodatiom on the mountain, if i had to say anything negetive it would be the water problem but everything was 5 star rating here. Clean, easy parking, beautiful rooms (if not a bit small), great staff. Wonderful manager (Adam) was exceptional and so welcoming. Building was full of history. Why would you stay anywhere else?

Hotel Etico is such a gorgeous place to stay. The staff are so friendly and easy to talk to. They're also very knowledgable of the area and helpful! The rooms are made up so well and with everything you need to keep warm + more! The hotel has breakfast included and is so well priced in the heart of Mount Victoria, what more could you ask for? I had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful lunch today, the Pasta of the Day and Pannacote were delicious. I really like the feel of this hotel, history mixed with modern ambience. A very warm and welcoming place, staff are super helpful and very friendly. I could have spent the whole afternoon relaxing in front of the fire, next time we'll book the accommodation as well.

Very quiet the weekend we stayed with only a few other guests made it seem we had a Victorian country manor to ourselves. Lovely old building with lots of history and character. Rooms are refurbished with nice decor and a few facilities. It’s not luxury but if a quiet location, big verandah for a view and glass of wine and a comfortable bed is appealing, this may do you nicely.

Stayed overnight in this beautiful old manor house in a family room with my husband and 2 children. The beds were super comfy and the room was spacious and clean. It was so quiet and we all had a great nights sleep after touring the sights in the Blue Mtns. Breakfast was delicious and this lovely old home is so much more charming than staying in an apartment or motel with a young family. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if visiting the mountains again.

Great stay at this elegant historic manor. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Parents and two teenage kids accommodated easily in adjoining family rooms. The common areas (bar, dining room, library) have plenty of space to relax. Great base to explore the area.

My friends got married at this hotel. We stayed in room 210 with a baby which was great as that room is extra big and fit our portacot plus lots of luggage easily. I love all the historic details. It's not a modern hotel so don't come expecting a minifridge. Instead its charm is in its gorgeous historic aesthetic and the very friendly staff.

Love this place. Though it does not have all hotel facilities I would give 5 star for doing so well under new management. Place is beautiful and staffs are friendly. Had one if the best stays ever.

While we did not stay at The Manor, we did enjoy an evening meal at the restaurant. We found the staff friendly, very attentive and open to some light-hearted banter that made us feel at home. The meal was excellently cooked, generous portions and very reasonably priced. When they learned that it was my friend's birthday, they deducted the cost of both our drinks. It was a lovely way to end a nice day in the mountains.

We were a group of 19, who have taken a weekend away for close to 30 years. We stayed at Mount Victoria Manor twenty years ago, there is no comparison between the two. The owners and staff are welcoming, helpful and hospitable. The meals were delicious and the service was great. The accommodation was comfortable and generous...all you could wish for.

Stunning quirky place. The food here is also really good. Well done simple stuff. Once the renovation is done it'll be a great place to eat and drink along with the locals. Nice rooms to stay in as well. The guys that run the place are great. Super friendly and know a fair bit about the area. But the best thing about this place is the locals. The craft beer on tap is nice, it's from the local micro brewing spot. Drop in.

First time here since Denise and Garry took over. We started the weekend with dinner for 20 people and the quality of the food is excellent. I started with the Winter Vegetable soup. It was full of flavour and could have had a second helping. For my main I had the corn fed chicken. The main was again full of flavour. The ambience is warm and welcoming. The renovations have brought elegance to the Manor. Do yourself a favour and book for a weekend getaway at the Mount Victoria Manor.

On the 17th June 2017, I was driving back to Sydney and decided to grab a room for the night as i was starting to feel tired. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly young chap and shown to my room. The room is really good value being spacious, quiet and everything you could want in a hotel room. The surprise was the food in the restaurant downstairs. I had possibly the best steak I've ever eaten and will definitely be bringing the family back again.
