Pool area was fantastic, bonus points for the cafe/bar right in there. Live music on a Saturday evening. Really fun atmosphere.
Park facilities were spotless.
Our 2 bedroom villa was clean and modern. Front office staff were friendly and informative.
Felt very safe with little kids out exploring as the park is completely gated and with it being a slightly smaller park, the kids couldn’t get too far away but had loads of space
Some renovations happening at the moment(which hopefully won’t make the space feel too cramped when finished) but they didn’t interfere with our stay at all.

S. S.Good location, decent/well-maintained facilities (pools, toilets, wifi, camp kitchen, laundry). Short walk through the dunes to the beach (not patrolled) Quieter/less chaotic than the majority of caravan parks over peak periods!
J. M.Unpowered sites were very cheap for the area, very clean ammenities and the entire camp ground is very well kept. Playground, jumping pillow and small pool for the kids and pool and cafe/bar for the adults. One mile Beach is a short walk away but probably a bit far to carry a lot of stuff but there is a 4wd access to samurai beach and you can drive straight to the water. Some wild koalas around as well.
E. K.Nice place to visit, especially during covid as it's an outdoor experience. They do a lot to make sleepy koala's interesting! Lol gardens are beautiful and glamping tents if you want to stay here.

Great pool area with bar and cafe.
Last stayed 8 years ago and seems to be like a lot of parks transferring to more cabins.
Was good for us staying solo but if we’d been in a group when the park is full there is very little common area where you could all catch up.
A fire pit is a bonus though if you were to stay in the cooler months.
Has free (limited) wifi but service not great and Optus and Vodafone coverage patchy at best. Kids had Aldi (Telstra) and seemed to have no dramas.
R.One of the best camping spots during our 6 month trip. Lots of space. Many birds and we had koala's in the trees right next to us. clean facilities. Friendly staff. Amazing kitchen. The best spots are the unpowered ones.
I. A.Amazing spot with amazing pools. Have everything for kids including jumping pillow. Does have a private beach access in a hilly sandy pathway, not recommended for old people and kids with stroller.

What a great experience, we stayed for a great week with friends camping, the price is great, and the rockpool facilities are amazing, fantastic cocktails by the pool while the kids wore themselves out. Our last afternoon there a massive storm came through, we were all wet our bedding and clothes. Management went above and beyond to make sure we had a dry safe place to sleep with kids and a baby. If you are looking for a small park with facilities to spend time with family n friends wait no longer and book. Thank you to the management for taking care of us.
R. P.Second best option if you can't get into one mile beach next door. Pool and amenities are great, very kid friendly. Only down side is the hike to the beach.
P. G.We just went to the Cafe and had lunch. I had the schnitzel aloha, you know when u order a schnitzel and it comes out and you make the first cut and to your surprise it's made from fresh chicken not processed meat the sauce was delicious and the fries nice and crunchy my partner had the chill pasta it was delicious also and the price very reasonable.
C. R.Fantastic place to stay with kids. Close to beach with a fabulous walk through the bush and sand dunes. Pool has four different areas for all ages and a spa. Also has a bar with a happy hour and a cafe with lots of different foods available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Amenities wonderful and camp kitchen is fantastic with tv for all ages. Definitely worth every cent
J. B.We stayed in a spa cabin, it was clean and tidy, great cabin facilities. The park itself was a big hit, the jumping pillow, pool, spa, water park and play equipment near the camp kitchen were ideal for our little ones. Loved riding their scooters around. The atmosphere around the pool with the live music and takeaway food and drinks were really fantastic, the restaurant food was lovely eating in or takeaway. We really appreciated the play area inside the restaurant which gave us adults some breathing space to eat and drink. Will be back, thank you.

Y. P.Perfect place for families. Close access to everything. We stayed in studio cabin, which was clean and tidy, kids were happy to run on their scooters around. Park is not huge , so I would not worry for little ones to get lost. Park was clean, secured access. Great facilities for campers, access to the beach, fireplace. Pools operated till late and spa was large enough for everyone. Bar and café not cheap, but with good selection. We had nice stay, definitely coming back.

C.Great camping facilities: pools, kids pool, kids jumping pillow, pool bar with food, drinks, alcoholic drinks; amenities: 2 shower/toilet blocks, camp kitchen with fridges, BBQ's, picnic tables, volleyball, sandpit, kids playground and big sites. Good location, close to Nelson Bay, and Shoal Bay. Good surfing along Anna Bay. You can walk to the beach from the campsite.

We had duck salad, pizza and schnitzel. All good. Lovely walk to the beach through the dunes. Would definitely stay again now that we know how to get in.

J. P.great pools. A fair walk to the beach for smaller children but a great walk through the dunes. Home to some Goannas and other wildlife. Decent price for campsites. The cafe bar is handy can get ice on site. Kids loved the jumping pillow. Camp kitchen has 4 cooking stations tv and 2 microwaves. As well as a standard size fridge fir those that need to refrigerate food.

M.Great park! Spent the weekend here. 23/02- 25/02 Was a "quieter time". Can imagine would get packed during holidays. Toilets are clean, park is well maintained, pool was great. And plenty to do for the even littler kids aswell! Very family friendly. And resturant food just topped it off!

F. L.Smallish resort with great pool. Playground is outdated and the living rooms of the double storey townhouses is upstairs, annoying. Service is very friendly. What I don't understand is why the bar staff doesn't walk around asking people what they want to drink when it's not busy. They could have made a lot more money and made me happier as well.
M.Awesome for kids. The pool area was great and the AC in the cabin was a nice escape from the heat. Well facilitated camp kitchen and we even got to see some Koalas in the trees.

r. n.beautiful stay. shame that on the weekend we spent there the construction of the new building cut access to the swimming pool for the tribe of kids we had. the jumping pillow - what a cardio workout it gives and throws in so much fun too. not only for kids.... nice walk to beach, didn't realise there was still sand so fine to walk on.

Would stay again just go elsewhere to eat.

A. R.Great park, friendly staff, sites are a little tight for a 21ft van but nothing that can't be handled. Amenities clean. Did have an esky stolen and alcohol taken. Got esky back though. A group of young ones from PCYC for Nation of Origin competition. A one off. Could have happened any where. Definitely will be back.

T. A.We had a few issues through booking.com app and our cabin had been double booked, but the team went out their way to accomodate us, and the Manager even came to our cabin and welcome us. Great location in Nelson Bay, with easy walk to beach and koala park. Staff were friendly and helpful and the on-site cafe did a great job with our meals. Pool, jumping pillow and kids facilities were great including a waterslide for smaller kids. My only regret was being at the site while renovations were occurring and old cabins being demolished. Otherwise a really lovely holiday park. Thanks
