M. A.Family friendly , clean and conveniently located with ample parking. Rooms don't have any kitchenette but has plates and utensils, microwave , tea - coffee making facilities etc. We stayed there for 2 nights and had a good experience . The motel has a small open pool. An old style motel with hospitable management.
We booked through booking.com. Although no prepayment was required as per booking condition and there was a free cancellation condition attached while we made the booking, the management/owner charged 50% of the amount as soon as the booking was made as a non refundable prepayment which was completely against the contract between us and booking.com !! obviously We didn't like it.
c. T.I've now stayed here a few times including medium term stays. This is definitely one of the best hotels for lake Macquarie. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the biggest drawcards for me was that the rooms are spacious and the layout and fitout give a welcoming homely vibe. The Air con seems very new and is quiet and very efficient. The Pool was always clean. Flat screen TVs may not all be smart TVs or latest versions but they work well. I travelled with a boat on a trailer as well as 2 X vehicles and I was able to accommodate all on site.

The rooms were small but quite comfortable with working air conditioning. There is a lot of storage space for guests staying longer and the rooms include a kettle and toaster. The bathrooms are fine with a large shower with great water pressure.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I have stayed here twice before, both overnight and would stay again.

A. Z.A really clean place in Swansea for those who want a place to stay whilst travelling on the northern coast of New South Wales. Rooms were very clean and affordable, housing a family of 3 for $180 per night. A few minutes drive from the shops and the beach. Staff were nice. Prices as advertised on the internet were sometimes incorrect and pool was lackluster.
