H. S.Had a beach villa for the night. Was very nice being situated right next to the beach. It was fun having kangaroos right outside too.
The main room was quite nice and clean. The bunk bed room was quite old. The mattresses, bed covers and even the bunk itself needed to be replaced.
Resort had a nice swimming pool with a fun little water park for the kids. The pizza and burgers were quite decent.
T. S.This is our (partner and I) second stay and we booked for a third as we were leaving. So we like this place. Sitting on the edge of a National Park, it prompts me to think about ecco footprint. The bathroom still contained single use plastic containers, things like this affect my rating and recommendation. We had water issues but were kept informed, which was great communication.

Units are clean and well maintained. Equipment is a little on the Spartan side but generally adequate. Our, larger, villa, did not have a normal oven, just a smaller gas stovetop and microwave ( not really adequate for a family sized villa). Two bathrooms is very good, space is great, bed very comfortable, the rest just fine.

I've stayed for over a week and ever day two workers over 50 i see them working from 6am to 8pm at night well done myself and others ive spoken too I take my hat off to ya one Spanish, it's noticeable that they keep a park clean and crisp for their visitors better than I've ever seen 8 stars,. Geat to show up after a long drive we were unprepared and having a great kitchen was suberlourise. 👍👍👍

The staff were fantastic and sorted a couple of issues wery quickly and went over the top to make sure our stay was great. It's not their fault they were a short staffed so a full 5 stars for their efforts!
The resort is a nice layout and quite protected from the wind. The bistro was closed indoors but we had plenty of meals poolside. The food was fresh and delicious, and food and drink prices were good for a resort.
Plenty to see and do in the area, we checked out a few beaches in the national park. Not far from Batemans Bay and a short drive up to Ulladulla and Mogo.
M. B.We stayed in the safari tent and it was awesome! Had a mama possum and her baby on our verandah, super friendly. There were hundreds of kangaroos and since it’s spring there were joeys in pretty much every female roo’s pouch. The “tent” was the epitome of glamping! Really well finished, gorgeous furniture and had an AC. My style of camping. Way exceeded expectations.
S. K. J. B.What a stunning resort! We had a beautiful one night stay and thought the value of our forest villa was exceptional. The bed was excellent, staff at reception were lovely and we got takeaway food from the onsite shop which was awesome too. Up for a sunrise cuppa was the perfect start to our day yesterday as well! Everything about our one night here was fantastic and we are already discussing bringing family over for their next holiday. Thanks so much and keep up the great work :)

R. R.Great views of the beach from the room. Sparkling clean rooms and bathrooms. You have kangaroos coming up to your doorstep which is amazing.
No service, figure everything by yourself. Poor lighting around the resort. A few lights to atleast see the water at the beach during night would be better rather than pitch darkness. Even walking around the resort is a risk at night especially for the elderly with the absence of light. Spotted a snake near the room, not sure if precautions have been taken with all the children playing around or possibly the snakes are non-poisonous.
J. H.We've holidayed here twice now, and will definitely come back. There are several beautiful beaches and walking trails in the immediate vicinity. The onsite facilities are great, with a good pool, a great restaurant (for dine-in or takeaway) and a shop for essentials. The cabins are fine, with comfortable beds, air con and serviceable kitchenettes. The staff are friendly and helpful.

R. N.This place is great for a family holiday. All villas are equally good but the best ones are the ones facing the bay. Our villa was clean and was facing the bay and our experience was awesome. The reason for giving out a 4 star is that there was no dishwasher in the ocean villa we booked. I had to do dishes on a holiday which was a big let down.

S. C.A great place to holiday. A good place for a few days away for a couple or a great place to bring your family. Definitely recommend the cabins. Stayed by the beach, the kids got to play and the adults got to chill on the balconies. The staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of good local bush walks and plenty of beach to relax. Plenty of friendly Kangaroos and Wallabies hanging about too.
Y. B.Our cabin was as close to the beach as it gets. We had a wonderful time with 2 kids. The rocks were a a great "adventure" route with my 6yo. Kangaroos everywhere which is amazing but also their poo which is less amazing. The cabin was spacious and clean, water pressure and temperature control could be better but we always had hot water. The night was cold (even with heating on). Overall we will probably go back in the future.
M. B.If you need relaxation, this is the place to go. It feels relaxed as soon as you arrive and the attitude of the kangaroos says the same. Everyone is chilled. The pool has a resort feel, great beach options and smiling faces all round. Make this your stop near Batemans Bay.

C. M.Great resort. We stayed in one of the beach front cabins. Early March and the water is in the ocean is a nice temp. The facilities at the park are really good. Great for families.

Note that the nearby bike ride is currently not in operation from the half way point due to the fireground not being maintained after back burning. Check before you go.

A. P.We stayed here for a coupe of nights in mid March this year. Weather wasn't great, so we weren't able to enjoy the beach, and the pool is too cold for that time of year. Also, we have a 3 and 5 year old, and the pool is too deep for then to play in.
The poolside bar is lovely, and the cabins look great and have a great view, but the caravan sites are nothing special.
This place might be a bit more fun in warmer weather and with older kids, but we got bored pretty quickly.

The ablution block was not as clean as other parks I've stayed at.
On Friday evening the camp became very busy and full as many young people arrived and the camp was noisy with music until 11pm and loud conversations continued until 3am. Had never experienced that at a camp site before.
Front desk staff were very helpful in general.
P. G.This is the most beautiful cabin on the beach setting we've ever stayed in. I mean, the waves are 30m away! The cabin has aircon, it's own bathroom, a kitchenette, everything you could possibly want, and it's inside a national park. We were amazed to see kangaroos in an area inside the campground, until one hopped up to our front verandah and let me take pictures and a video. Then later on as we sat and listened to the surf wash in, a possum decided to visit. This is beautiful. However, in hindsight I don't want you all to come here and crowd me out, so let's pretend I told you it was horrible, all right? Nah, this is so lovely.
P. D.Being able to see all of the wildlife and be so close to the beach is great. I stayed in a forest villa. Unfortunately there were several issues. The water from all the taps was green (most notably when I tried to have a bath) so you may want to bring bottled water. We ended up buying our own kettle for the room due the one in the kitchenette being rusted and seemed to have some sort of light green sludge on the inside.
J. W.Devine. An absolutely heavenly escape. Quiet, relaxed, with possums, lorikeets and so so many kangaroos and wallabies. Beach right at your front door, and a gorgeous cafe/bar. Don’t think twice, just book.
S. J.Beautiful amenities and beautiful grassed area with artificial grass mats next to your parked camper/caravan. Be aware though that showers are $1 a pop. We loved it here. Will recommend to friends and family.

The toilets are dirty, could be better cleaned. Showers work only with coins (even for cold water), the park could tell us beforehand to bring change. Also the tap water tastes horrible, bring your own water. Everything else is great.

T. M.Can’t put into words the experience of waking up in the Ocean Spa Cabin to see sting rays lapping at the shore and dolphins in the distance. The cabin itself is not considered ‘5 star’ by any means, but it doesn’t try to sell itself as that either. I’ve stayed at very high end luxury around the world and I would rank this experience-wise as one of my favourite. Can’t beat a location like this.
M. D.We stayed in winter. It is a lovely setting with a good restaurant. The cabin we stayed in was nice and seemed to have everything but we were surprised that after staying for 5 nights we didn't get any servicing. We kept the same two towels, sheets, no additional soap/shampoo etc. We ran out of tea bags and had to ask at reception for a few more! I would stay again though because it's in such a lovely setting.

Needs a bit of a face lift in a few areas, and needs to upgrade a few of the facilities in the cabins. Our fridge turned up on maximum just would not cool at all.
House keeping should be done every 2-3 days not 4-5 days, this should be common practice especially when you spend 10 days....
Also could do with a few more things to do for the kids on site.
overall a very nice place to visit, staff were very nice to deal with, clean and very well maintained site.
T. O.Oh the serenity! Love our breaks here. Great for kids, relaxing for parents. Basic but comfortable accommodation. Reasonable coffee and good food. The bar by the pool is pretty good too.
K. H.This place is just beautiful! The beach is pristine and wildlife is abundant. They offer plenty of activities to keep the kids busy in school holidays. The amenities are clean and there are plenty of bbqs for cooking. The wide range of food on offer, to order from 8am-8pm, is really tasty and affordable. Happy hour goes down a treat and there was live music on Fri night.
F.Great resort! Everything was great and there are many local beaches around the area. We booked a Garden Villa and it was very spacious. There were also many kangaroos that rested near our cabin. I loved the kangaroos especially one that always grazed beside our cabin. 10/10 would vist again.
C. H.My partner & I had a great little getaway over a weekend in August. We stayed in an ocean front beach cabin with a spa and it was so relaxing. The restaurant on the premises is also really good, not bistro food at all it was high quality and very reasonably priced. The staff were awesome and the wildlife and bike/walking tracks were great. Looking forward to staying again in the summer!

Our villa was well maintained, and much more spacious than I expected. Food was very good but expensive, but with a kitchenette it's easy enough to take care of that yourself and save money.
Plenty to do and keep us all entertained. Good beaches for kids, plenty of exploring to do in the national park next door, lots of wildlife roaming the resort.
Will definitely be coming back.
B. G.Would have been so much better to have been allocated the beachfront house we booked. We were allocated another which was set right back from the shore, which also lacked adequate parking space. It's a beautiful spot, so we would like to go back.

Walks available from the accomodation into national park. Showers are coin based. Overall very impressed with first stay at NRMA. Will come back to this location & try other NRMA.

We did have the spot right next to the grassed play area so had to account for all the soccer and football's being kicked into site but got used to it, could always ask for a different spot if you wouldn't like that.

D. S.Stayed in an ocean spa villa, and absolutely loved it. The park sent emails giving directions prior to our arrival, which was lovely. Checking in was quick and easy, and the villa was exactly what we wanted. Fantastic views, good facilities and friendly staff. The only negative was poor quality pillows.
I. M.Picked up takeaway pizza from Skippy's Takeaway here. Great decision. Good old fashioned pizza as we like it. We will probably dine in next time. Decent dining room and bar. Save ourselves a trip into Batemans Bay with the drive home. Menu for eating in looks okay. Nice to have a bar adjacent. Much better than old days when camper's kids used to come up to the table and watch you eat.

On site conveniences are, as ever with this type of resort, somewhat expensive, so we largely ate in the RV. Kangaroos are literally everywhere, which was great fun for the kids. And listening constantly to the crashing waves, being only metres from wonderful national park walks is amazing!

I would recommend one the chalets located to the front of the beach because it's quite, the views are lovely and in the mornings we woke up with lots of wallabies relaxing at few steps from front door window. Friendly staff and the restaurant is terrific: variety options menu... the fish fresh and delicious, their margherita pizza yum! Our kids loved the swimming pool and the ride on those big wheels bikes they rent. The place is clean and well organised. Great place to stay on holidays and plenty of activity & sightseeing in the surrounding areas.

Park is very clean and staff are helpful and friendly but some maintenance is due .. the second time we booked we stayed in a garden villa which was abit better, but dated also..at least the bed was comfier...the paint was peeling off the walls in cabin and outdoor furniture on verandah was dated..and would like to mention you really need to take your own water as the water isn't very nice...

S. M.Not normally a fan of caravan parks, but this one's great, especially for those who have young children. It's really genuinely friendly and has a nice community about it - people watch out for each other and I didn't feel like we were going to get our stuff stolen (unlike some other parks like this).
The cabins right on the beachfront are reasonably priced and comfortable - not to mention the fact you're literally less than 10 meters from the sand as you step out your front door.
The park is situated in/right next to Murramarang national park (which means great bushwalking is also a stones throw away).
It's not really a surf beach, but it is beautiful - and there's some killer surf beaches close by anyhow.

C. M.From the moment we arrived Lesley at reception was courteous and helpful. The ocean spa villas have a terrific view of Mill beach and are exceptionally appointed villas with a beautiful verandah and spa bath. The meals on offer at the bistro on site have variety and are decently priced.
Overall the location is splendid with wildlife and views abound.
Wife wants to return overdifferent seasons of the year which we will be doing.
C. F.A little piece of paradise. Really. Kangaroos in the front yard. 2 bedroom beachfront cottage was perfect for our family. Recently updated I would think. Beautiful views of the bay. Loved the beach. Spent tonnes of time in the water. Great pool area too. Friendly staff. The new onsite store has some really great beach decor items for sale. Picked up a few pictures pieces. Wish the cottages had coffee makers or at least a French press. The little convenience store down the road one of a kind. Lol. Bateman’s 👍

I would have given it a 5 star rating, but there are some areas where the park can go from great to outstanding: some turf has turned to dirt around the BBQ, knives need sharpening in cabins, rollers need replacing in our cabin doors, bring the kareoke back, missing some bed linen... maybe just in need of some extra investment in maintenance spending.
Already looking forward to returning, and well recommend it to others.
P. H.NRMA Murramarang Beach Resort is such an amazing place, I just keep going there because of the great staff, breathtaking views and the excellent facilities. They have some budget options to stay there and also some luxury options if you want to spend a little extra to get better quality. When saying that you'll get better quality if you spend more, that doesn't mean that if you go for the cheaper, more budget/family friendly cabin or camp site, you won't have good quality at all. This place has great quality and a very welcoming environment for everyone. Murramarang is such a beautiful place with is nice, calm beaches, its beautiful views and all of the great stores. This resort definitely puts the cherry on top of the cake in Murramarang with it's great staff, amazing service and exceptional facilities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone willing to spend a little extra for a lot better experience.
J. W.We had seafood basket at Skippys for lunch and chilli marinara and chicken shnitty from the bistro for dinner. Verry verry nice food. Really large helpings. Beachside villa was very nice. View to the sea was awesome. Lovwd it. Will go back.
P. H.The place was relatively clean but the WiFi was quite slow and got disconnected quite a lot. Many facilities were closed due to Covid19 but the animals that were there were cool and friendly.

W. E.Beautiful spot in a quiet township with kangaroos wandering freely around. Nice beach, good for families. The Wasp Headland walk that starts from the resort takes you through the edge of the national park & kookabarras will laugh as you wander to the stunning lookout over the ocean.
D. R.The villa is spacious and accomodating. The provided utensils are in need of a change. The beach would have been nicer if it would have been cleaned from the washed up algae. Staff are very friendly and pleasant. Overall it is worth a visit.
G. H.Great location right on the beach. Pool, restraunt and takeaway all clean and tidy. We stayed in our van on an ensuite site. Ensuite was small but how big do you want it? The site was level and I reckon the best as protected from the south and south easterly winds we copped. Absolutely poured rain the entire time we stayed and even left a day early because of the weather.
We deffently will return in the near future for another stay and hopefully get to use all the facility's like the bar and pool.

Kangaroos and wallabies everywhere and we saw dolphins in the bay. The cabins are well appointed and camping and caravan sites are also available. Definitely recommended.
L.This is the best caravan park in the Batemans Bay area. Kids love the kangaroos, sedate beaches, games room and facilities of the park. We love the pool, child minding and seclusion. Would definitely recommend.

J. B.Beautiful place; very serene. I went during the off-season so not many people around. The wildlife is amazing. I was greeted with a kangaroo grazing in from of my villa on arrival. Situated on a quite beach, a nice spot of capturing the sunrise if you are a early riser.

J. B.This is a great location located on a beautiful beach. (saw dolphins on our last day). There are kangaroos bouncing around all day long which my daughter loved. It has a pool and small splash park which is great for kids. The play Park is good although I would say is designed for slightly older children as there is no steps up to the slides just rope ladders and a climbing wall.
We stayed in the safari tent which looked new. They have a lovely bathroom small kitchen and a good size room for a small family. A great way to camp without loosing any of your home comforts (it has a tv and aircon). Would recommend these.
There is a bar, takeaway place and a restaurant. These are open throughout the weekend but have limited hours through the week as it’s much quieter.
Thanks to the lovely housekeeper who was cleaning a cabin nearby and happily gave us some new linen as my daughter was not well. She was lovely about it which we really appreciated.
I would recommend this place for small families, we travelled with my 3 year old and 3month old.

G.We stayed in both the 2br Garden view and the beachside villas. The garden view were good, though a little dark and there were lots of them. The beachfront villas were brilliant. Right on the beach, good sized with comfortable beds. Set apart from each other, you feel like you have your own part of the beach. Drinks on the deck looking over the beach, gentle breeze, visits from Roos. Perfect.
When we were there, they had music, oyster and beer tasting on the lawn area. Just wow.
The pool area was good for families. The kiosk was very ordinary and restaurant and bar closed most of the time, which in summer seemed strange.
Z. M.Absolutely fantastic park. Stayed 7 nights and despite terrible weather still had a ball! Staff were friendly and super helpful (would have had to leave after 6 nights due to heavy rains coming, but staff helped find my family a cabin for our last night which was absolutely amazing!! (A Forrest villa). Great beach to explore. Walking trails/bike trails nearby with good views. Pool/bar/restaurant was great, with happy hour specials and tasty food. Playground was good and kept kids entertained for hours. Well maintained public bbq areas. Free kids club activities even outside school hols was a welcome surprise! Lots of wildlife which the kids loved, however be aware they WILL steal any food left unattended at your camp, even in bags etc and unfortunately the abundant wildlife also comes with abundant poop absolutely everywhere, and I mean everywhere. Only thing Id offer as constructive criticism that I'd change in the whole park is the dump point is located directly next to two (of only 4 available) premium ensuite sites (227 & 228) and directly opposite the playground which is a shame. Bit of a vibe killer if you're at those sites having breakfast or lunch or have kids all around playing and having to experience everyone emptying their 'poopcases' as the kids called them 😂, literally 2m away.
Will definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a great family friendly park with great facilities and staff.

Superbe emplacement dans le parc naturel de Murramarang sur la plage. Les sites sont spacieux, les sanitaires propres et en nombre suffisant. Les espaces communs (camp kitchen) sont pratiques et bien équipés. La piscine est grande et agréable. Le top c'est la vie avec les kangourous. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation 😉
C. B.(Translated) Stayed only one night. Bungalow, nature and ambience were very nice. Only 3 stars, because it was not recognizable on the website, that there is only from Wed to So what to eat. No, dinner, no breakfast and the kiosk had mostly chips and some ready meals. If the dead birds on the beach are cleared away, I could imagine the 4 stars. There is a lot of potential upwards.

Waren nur eine Nacht da. Bungalow, Natur und Ambiente waren sehr schön. Nur 3 Sterne, weil es nicht vorher erkennbar war auf der Website, dass es nur von Mi bis So was zu essen gibt. Kein, Abendessen, kein Frühstück und der Kiosk hatte vorwiegend Chips und einzelne Fertiggerichte. Wenn die toten Vögel am Strand noch weggeräumt werden, könnte ich mir die 4 Sterne vorstellen. Es gibt ganz viel Potential nach oben.

Un super camping au bord de la mer. Les kangourous se baladent en liberté, ils viennent parfois nous voir par curiosité. De nombreuses perruches volent dans le camping.
Les responsables du camping sont très gentils. Il est possible d'emprunter des jeux de société et des DVD pour la soirée au niveau de l'accueil.
Le camping dispose d'une piscine, d'un petit bar et restaurant.
Les bungalows sont grands et confortable.
Le camping est à seulement 10min en voiture de la ville, on peut faire de courses facilement au Coles et autres supermarchés.
