We go regularly to stay to see family. It has been slowly renovated & much cleaner rooms, plenty of hot water, but last week the bathroom lacked anywhere to hang things . Towels were thin not the usual fluffy ones. Shower had a bit of leak. We also had awful noisy people next door having a domestic!! The position is good for clubs & shops. Sheila

It not bad place, very noisy close to the main road. I sorry say that the place, has a lot of people who not care about anyone else. The only thing I can say is that the staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean and tidy, the parking is not very good. Overall that why I only give them a 3 out 10

Great location- a 3 minute drive to The Entrance Beach. Loved the little balcony outside of the room, a tranquil outlook of the garden/courtyard. The mini waterslide within the pool was great. Sonya was very welcoming and ensured myself and little one were comfortable and had a good experience, as was Liz. Recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing, family friendly budget motel, right in the heart of the Entrance.

It clean and tidy the rooms are small, but the bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, it's a place it's close to the entrance with in walking distance. Has a bar fridge in the room, the only thing I will say that you do hear a lot of road noise from a main road in and out of the entrance, if are something closer to the entrance shopping centre and like going for a walk it's good place to stop for a short stay, like weekend . They do serve breakfast which it's all good. All can say it's that would stop here again

Senior special excellent value. Booked 3 nights decided stay 4. Very friendly helpful staff, room bathroom clean, good breakfast, less 5 minute walk to bus stop to/from Gosford. Town 10 minute walk to Coles. Bonus 7Eleven just across road with $1 real coffee. Lots lovely walking around. Will return.

Not horrible for a budget motel. The rooms were clean but just very small. Especially for a family of four in one of their family rooms. They have air-conditioning though which is great. No microwave or other kitchen facilities in the room either. The grounds are not well kept.

Leo and the staff are very nice people 👍 we have been coming here for a few years and we always have the same room if it’s possible it’s always clean and friendly and the breakfasts are well worth the money and the pool and spa is always lovely and clean. We’ll be back 👍👍👍👍👍

We had a balcony room .. Room was adequate but could do with some renovations (door patched up) .. pool much smaller than appears on advertising .. bed a bit firm for my liking but that is a personal opinion ..

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!! Would give it 5 stars but then people would expect a 5 star resort. Honestly couldn't complain about anything! Rooms were lovely and clean. Beds were comfy shower was pefect. It's not a brand new place but it's a lovely little place that has amazing pools and isn't too far from everything. The only issue with the pools was that they were pretty cold.. there is a lovely sun shade over the top of the pool though so you really can't have it both ways. There is spas that are a bit warmer though. And a pretty amazing slide. Overall extremely pleased with everything!

Make sure you take knives & forks as you only get spoons. & No shampoo or conditioner was supplied. Just a basic motel room really. Upside - beds were comfy & rooms were clean :)

Was a last minute decision to go for a ride so found this motel and lucky enough to have 1 room left..rooms nice and clean..helpful staff

Place is nice but very outdated away from city around 3-5 km there is no WIFI and Mobile signal . I stayed there a night there was no complementary milk for coffee and water in the refrigerator normally every hotel motel gives . Rooms were small and still bed sheet and quilt cover were very old that you can easily see the piling on it . People who are going there make sure you won't be able to use mobile due to weak signal and they don't have WIFI as well . Well the owner response is not right I was staying in room no 3 and there is no WIFI signal there and I am using Vodafone and there is no signal of that connection . The bed sheet and linen which you people provided are too old and there is pilling on it . There was no milk and water in the freezer every hotel provides , I stayed at Big windmill hotel in Coff Harbour paid 147$ less than you charged and they provide all the facility .

Very pleasant stay, my wife and I were pleased with the presentation of the room No (5) clean, comfortable, very hot showers, tv reception was good (not like some others) Tea/ coffee making and the hot breakfasts were excellent. We had a wonderful stay at this motel from 4 to 7 July 2016. Breakfast was sufficient. The room is clean and cosy. The staff is friendly, likewise Yong, the principal I supposed. Sapphire Palms is strategically located, near to bus stops and accessible to various amenities, i.e. the churches, museum and the RSL. The town centre is teeming with cafes, restaurants and local shops catering to onlookers and shoppers from all walks of life. I recommend this place highly.
