T. V.Stayed for a perfect week. Park was very clean. Our site had a good sized concrete pad which was perfect for our living/dining area. Beach was beautiful.
Second visit and rebooked for next year. This has become our place.

M. J.Great location next to an amazing beach. Good amenities for kids and families . We stayed in safari tent 1 which is located close to the common kitchen and is noisy until about 11 at night. If you're a fussy sleeper like one of us then it's not a good option. Also, the tents are not good value when you book them last minute for $266 per night like we did. So book early. Would certainly return but in one of the beachside cabins.

T. H.such a fantastic holiday park! we were in the surf shaks right near the kids park so they could jump andnplay all day while we relaxed on the deck or prepared meals. great facilities, two huge pools and playgrounds, absolutely brilliant weekend away!
B. H.Really well kept and popular holiday park. Has great facilities and nice scenery couldn't get the BBQs to work but substituted with the pizza oven. Plenty to see and do and the food vans that visit make a nice easy alternative to heading into town.
C. S.Beautiful clean park with lots to do for the kids and very friendly staff. We stayed in one of the surf shacks and it suited us perfectly. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. Pools and toilet blocks were always clean and well maintained. Bring $1 coins for the laundry.

H.Stayed in sea eagle cabin there is a very very very bright light right outside main bedroom window had to put tape on blind to keep out light streaming right into our eyes while trying to sleep, towels very very thin they need to buy new ones, toilet roll holder came off the wall, plugs in sinks need screwing out and cleaned they have a odour about them, other than that we had a very enjoyable time here. J. W.Great place, stayed in Surf Shack Jan 2021 (others camped, caravaned and glamp tented). Double and 3 singles {2 upper, 1 lower bunks}, 5 min walk from 7 Mile Beach {flags) and seconds to pool. Nightly food trucks were great (especially smoked meat). Busy, but everyone well behaved. Lots to do. Clean. Only 1 toilet block, but never too busy. Would readily stay again. Staff very helpful. Can rent watercraft. Black cockatoos visited each morning. Would stay again (recommend staying beachside, not creekside of park).
T. K.Fantastic place for individuals, couples or families. So much around without having a suburban or city feel about it. Great little area in Gerroa and the next suburb is only 15 mins away. Great beach 5 mins walk away.
J. B.Mixed feelings. We camped for 5 days on the riverside. The campsites are tiny and it feels cramped. No real parking space. But it is workable. Very close to Sydney and a stunning location. Facilities are well kept and kids loved the parks pools and beaches.
The beach side does seem nicer for camping.
A. J. D.We come to camp here every year and we love it! The area is beautiful and having the site spread across two different sides of the road makes it feel less squishy and spread out. It's super close to the beach and a short drive to a lot of towns nearby. The only thing I would suggest is a closer amenties block near the back of riverside. But otherwise couldn't be happier with the place and staff.
T. N.We just spent the long weekend in the Sunfish cabin. It was the perfect location overlooking the pool and easy access to the beach. The pool is heated and half covered by a sunshade which is perfect for our kids who could swim all day until 9pm. The Park was busy which was to be expected but not overcrowded. The park, room and ammenities were all clean and couldn’t fault it. The late checkout is also great as we could have one last trip to the beach and swim before heading home. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!
J. P.We went on the weekend to try out our new camper. We had our choice of non powered spots (no powered sites available at that time) the park seems to be split into the river side and the beach side. Most of the permies seem to be on the river side. Staff were nice and friendly. Pool was refreshing. Kids can hire bikes to ride around on (per hour). Kayak hire is available too (singles or doubles). The river side had some nice creek views. shower and washing up facilitates are functional and clean but looking dated. grassed sites were very well maintained.
A. C.Oh what a find!! The cabin was comfortable and quiet. Th staff were friendly and welcoming. It is situated in a good beautiful position and is quiet. It was a relaxing stay so I will be back again.

D. S.This park is in two sections, Beach side and River side, divided by the main road through Gerroa. The Beach side seems to be aimed at families as it is equipped with a pool, playground & jumping pillow. It is very shady and caters for tents as well as vans a d campers. Although if is designated the Beach side, it does not overlook the water. In fact, it is a 100-200m walk through bushland to the very lovely Seven Mile Beach. We stayed in the River side section which is mostly populated with permanent vans. The latter are not permanently occupied and there were only a couple which were during our stay. So, it was never a problem to use the amenities blocks. It was quiet. There is a pool, which I found too cold to swim in, even on hot days. However, many other people enjoyed it, especially children. The park is located in a wonderful part of the NSW coast and there were plenty of beautiful places to visit. The closest shops we found were at Gerringong, a short drive away. They have a small IGA, liquor store and bakery.
L. W.Came down here with a huge group of kids (fourteen in total) and was never bored. The beach was so close to the campsite that we would walk down during the late evening and play games in the sand dunes. Great cabin and facilities, everyone in the group so close together. Second time we’ve been up here and we would definitely reccomend it.
G. Z.This is a fantastic place for a family holiday. With the 7 mile long beach just a short walk from the park and a lovely lagoon, which is perfect for canoes or kayaks. The surfing is great most days and there is some great rock and beach fishing places. There is a kiosk located in the park that has some great food and a fisherman's club just up the road where the meals are excellent.
d. o.Working class / young family holiday destination and that's not bad by any means.. what this means is affordable, genuine service, relaxed friendly atmosphere no uptight yuppies...Kids running around having a mad time in a safe environment... Everyone says g'day hello g'day.. loads of Activites.. if you want over the top service and an essay on the subtleties of the the pricing mechanisms don't come here but if you want a good time than do come here because you will have a good time here.. legitzies

M. D.A great spot for a get away from Sydney. There are cabin options aw well as camping on both the river side and the beach side of the park. Great facilities of pool and well stocked camp kitchen including a pizza oven. Easy access to kayaking and SUP the river and great surfing beach

The park itself is a bit worn, some of the appliances don't work, lots of old trailers, but a good place to go when the others are booked.
At this time of year they don't force check out and that gets you lazy to stay another day. After 1 night rate drops to $30/night.
J. V.My favourite camping ground in Oz. Happy memories for you too. Jumping pillow and easy access to river and beach. Hire bikes, canoes, paddle boards. Handy Take-away close by. Fisherman's Club just up the road. Dog friendly outside school holidays

It has so many beautiful places, the river (you can rent canoes) and the beach on the other side where I stayed, it has a little space with gooses, chickens, hens, birds. We stayed in the Safari tent and was amazing, such a beautiful tent. It has a toilet, shower, bathtub, bed, kitchenette, tv, big bed, a bunkbed... I’m giving 4 stars because I didn’t like the birds inside the cage, they shouldn’t be there.

M. O.Spent the weekend in one of their 'Honey Moon Cabins' and couldn't be happier! The site is located right next to both a river and beach with plenty of amenities to keep you entertained! It did rain the weekend we came but the in-house foxtel moving streaming kept us going while it was pouring! Couldn't reccomend this place more if you can deal with only very minor issues!

L. V.WE booked and stayed in one of the cabins located alongside the lake. The cabin was quite spacious however, extremely expensive for what it is and location. The cabin had an open timber veranda which was littered with dirt, debri and cobwebs. The so-called electric BBQ was useless and unable to use it. The main two bedrooms were invaded by ants and little creatures, having to buy and spray the entire area in order to sleep there. Nice location but I would suggest a thorough cleaning and regular fumigation of the premises rather than just changing the bed sheets for the next occupant.
M. K.I'd agree with some other reviews that the park is a bit worn. It is OK overall, and there are some facilities like kids pool, and kayak and bicycle hire. But kitchen areas are not clean, and the barbecues are not equipped with cleaning tools; which I don't understand - what is the problem to put a scraper on a chain and place some paper towels to let people clean after yourself? The beach happened to be very windy and very cold, much colder than the beaches at Shoalhaven.
P.A very dog friendly and lovely caravan park. Sadly the nearby beaches ALL PROHIBIT dogs so walks are very restricted. The only leash free area is on a headland miles away.
