Great location, central to all the places we needed to be. Lovely staff, easy check-in. Of course coved safe. We had a great view from our room. Bed was comfy, room was laid out well. Simple and clean, nice but not fancy.

I had a couple of free Marriott Bonvoy nights & points to utilize, so we decided to use them here for the NYE celebration. It was primarily because they are close to Harbour Bridge & Sydney Opera.
We were greeted by a friendly front desk staff - Victor, who made sure we got the room with the Harbour Bridge view so that we get to see the fireworks.
The room was spacious, clean & had all the necessities you'd expect from Marriott. The best thing was obviously the bed, as it was comfortable, and the view. I couldn't help but notice that the room needed an upgrade, the same as the rest of the hotel.
We had breakfast at Silvester's, and I have to say, after months of lockdown (we came from Melbourne) and being away from anything ordinary, this was a breath of fresh air for us, as we really missed the breakfast buffet! They had a good selection and made good coffee to order.
The biggest plus is the location, as it's literally a walking distance from the central train station & city trams. You don't really have to go far for food & drink options either.
On NYE, they surprised us with two mini bottles of Chardonnay & Rose and a box of chocolate. It made our night special.
We also used their gym facility during our stay and have to say that although the hotel gives you the vibe that it's outdated, the gym had a lot of worn-out equipment. They still did the job, and you will get a good outcome from a good workout, but it just didn't look very pleasing. The pool is indoor and has very limited sunloungers.
We tried Customs House Bar and were pleasantly surprised by the amount of tab beer options they had! They serve great food as well.
At the time of checkout, we had a bit of a misunderstanding with the front desk, which was resolved without a fuss, but he wasn't friendly and just gave us the vibe that we should just leave. He didn't bother asking if we enjoyed our stay or had any feedback.
But despite that, I still think this hotel has a great location, and the close proximity to The Rock and Circular Quay is an added plus.

The room was great! Comfy bed! All necessities were provided. Had a beautiful harbour bridge view! It was our anniversary so they sent us a complimentary dessert which was very nice. We also had breakfast buffet which was good but not the best I have had. Over the weekend, the pool was heated and amazing! On monday, the pool wasnt heated which i found a bit disappointing. Great location too. Good inroom dining service. Overall, we had a great time!

The check in today was by Anjali, experience was good with a glass of bubbly.
The room 2715 was facing the bridge. There was a welcome plate of cake waiting for us and room looked clean.
The remote did not turn on the TV. Had to walk up and manually turn it on. Other buttons worked with a delay.
The room paint/paper, was poorly finished. There was no power next to the bed. Bedside Light buttons were too far to reach.
Room had no bottle water, plates, bowls and glasses.
Restaurant served only breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
Food and drinks were excellent.
Coffee was of an excellent quality.
Room was clean and comfortable.
The view of the Sydney Opera house and Harbour was a pleasure to wake up to each morning.

Prompt service, customer service is commendable. Great location and room were clean, comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with good healthy variety. Parking nearby and accessible.

I’d like to say that me and my partner had the chance to stay at the Marriott for quarantine and we were treated very nicely! Our room was larger than expected with two sitting areas! Decent quality and amount of food! Large bathtub! And a magical view over Opera House. My husband’s birthday happened during the quarantine and the hotel even organized a compliment cake box just for the occasion! Also, for our last dinner, an extra cake with a card was delivered along with the dinner to celebrate the end of quarantine! It couldn’t have been a better hotel quarantine experience for us! THANK YOU MARRIOTT for taking such good care of us! Wish to meet you soon under other occasion!
(Ps: Marriott cake box turned out much much much better than the cake I bought!)

Hotel is bit aged. Rooms are in good shape.
Close to circular quay and opera house.
Best views of harbour bridge from room.

One of the last mandatory Covid-19 quarantine in NSW Australia :gorgeous view on the cityscape in a perfect clean room with good air-conditioned ,and good hotel services. Good tasted food but definitively not organic nor balanced . Otherwise it would be best conditions for horrible quarantine .
D. N.
Well I wouldn't say that it was wonderful. But the place was nice of what I could see. I had to spend 2 weeks in solitude. Quarantine. Before moving onto my next city. But the view I had was facing the east with a view of Sydney Opera House. Staff at the front counter were great.
S. R.
Excellent service. Pleasant, fast, helpful. Great room and thorough cleaning. Very happy
b.
Amazing location and views from some rooms. Easy walking to anywhere in downtown.
K. 1.
Great location in Circular Quay for easy access to local area and watching NYE fireworks
Staff friendly and good selection of F&B

Just finished 14 day Quarantine at this excellent Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for the 14 day stay. Excellent views from this Hotel. If you were coming to Sydney this would be the ideal place to stay.
I had never been to Sydney before. But will make sure I come back under normal circumstances.
I also want to mention the first class food that was delivered to my room.
I want to thank Neil and Raphael the Chef's and all there staff.I've included photos of the room , the view, and some of the meals that I received.
Thanks again Sydney Marriott Harbour Hotel and all staff. 10/10

We completed two weeks of mandatory quarantine here. At every stage, the Marriott exceeded expectations and made the experience as good as it possibly can be. The reception staff were very helpful. The food was excellent and it was clear that careful consideration had been given to the rolling menu. Deliveries always arrived promptly.
The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and sufficient space for a couple.
We hope to stay with you in the future under brighter circumstances. Thank you so much for everything you are doing.

Not a great 5star hotel
Rooms are small, basic and cramped
No dining in the awarded restaurant.
D. S.
Beautiful hotel and great location. Close to restaurants and amenities

I'm here quarantined and the window doesn't open for air. The food is the best part of this place. Quality of food and the way it is kept fresh is a plus. I didn't get to use anything in the hotel but the staff is positive and working hard. The room I am in is average but the bed and pillows are great. Pretty nice view as you can also see.
C. D.
Stunning views, well appointed rooms and staff who are friendly, helpful and attentive. We stayed for a few days as tourists and had the staff taking perfect care of us. We had a minor issue with a room and were taken care of as though we were VIPs.
If I could make a single recommendation it would be for the hotel to allocate a staff member to simply walk around with a dustpan and cloth, ensuring elevator buttons, reception tables and floors remain clean throughout the day. Otherwise a truly enjoyable stay. Pics are views from our two rooms.

I love this hotel but be prepared for a couple nuisances. Check in can take hours if you arrive with the fleet. It is a common hotel for cruise voyagers so check in and check out can back up to more than an hour depending when you arrive. …

Hi Marriott
I would like to say that my stay was fantastic. As we were traveling for 14 days of business, comfort, amenities and service can make a significant difference …

Our 2 week quarantine spell was made a lot more easier because the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The service was prompt and food was delicious. The support staff were helpful and pleasant. Thank you to all that made this happens .
C. S.
Lovely hotel and the service is consistently high.
Rooms are immaculate and some have some wonderful views of the opera House and harbour bridge.
Will stay here for my trips to Sydney for sure
S. T.
Customer service is good, food is absolutely scrumptious. It's quarantine time at the moment.

Spent our 2 week quarantine period here after returning from overseas. Very appreciative of the staff who were very professional and provided a great food menu with adequate portions and excellent variety. Room sizes are good and the bed is very comfortable. Thank you for looking after us and hope we can return in the future in better circumstances.

My family and I came off a cruise on 2/14/2020 and I’m so happy we chose to stay at the Sydney Harbour Marriott. It was a short walk from the ship to the hotel and we felt the location was perfect for us Sydney first-timers. We had an Opera …

Stayed 13 nights at this hotel in November 2018.
Got to the hotel late evening. They had no details about my booking.
Not there fault.
Lady on check in, very helpful.
Breakfast fantastic, great choices.
Friendly and reliable staff.
Definitely recommend.

Great place to be in quarantine. The food and service is very good in quality and varied on a two week basis. They cater for different diets and have been very accommodating.
C. O. k.
Clean rooms, decent customer service , for the manitory 20$ a meal i have to pay id have to say i have mixed feelings, dinners are decent, lunchs so so , though breakfast is inadequate, would of been nice to get eggs more than once a week.
If you want to buy 2 slices of toast from room service its $11 bucks that with a 35percent discount lol
All in all first world problems though not being able to opt out of the $60 a day manitory food sucks, would have put that money to much better use feeding myself.
Please put more thought into adding more cooked breakfasts for quarantine folk. Thank you

This is a magnificent hotel to stay at, close to Circular Quay, easy to get to from the airport. The service from staff is first class at all times. The breakfast buffet is value for money and of the highest quality. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. Definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

While this hotel is in a great location that is the only great feature. The rooms are older and show wear and tear. The front desk is often overwhelmed with people and needs to be staffed more. The options of food and beverage are ok in the lounge but could be expanded since this accommodates a lot of guests.

Over priced. Staff were very good. Breakfast was fantastic with a choice of buffet or menu. I was there for a conference and the food supplied was good. However at $300+ per night it was missing the wow factor. Bed was too soft for me and pillow to long, I know, first world problems. Shower was good and bathroom was well lit. No power point free near beds for for phone charging.

Good solid hotel in the middle of the city. Super convenient for accessing water taxi or Uber anywhere you want to go. The hotel was clean and helpful staff. We didn't eat at the hotel but did go to the lounge each morning to grab something prior to venturing out for the day. Lounge was kept up well and really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, I had a fantastic nights sleep on the bed. Bathroom was spotless and the decor was polished and clean. The pool and saunas were very relaxing. The saunas are separated into male and female which has it's pros and cons, but all round the pool area is nice. The gym is well stocked with equipment (especially compared to most hotel gyms) and allows for most workouts

I always enjoy this Marriott. Nice sized room. Good executive lounge. Great water pressure in the shower. The bar attached to the hotel, the Customs House, has outrageously overpriced drinks, but good beer selection. Also, it's in great location. Tons of restaurants and sights in the area too. Definitely recommend. I've never had an Opera House view, but the bridge view isn't bad. Heck, even the city view isn't the worst.
D. R.
Just bases on quality of the room and hotel facility I would give 3.5 stars. Because of the location and value I'd give it 4 stars. The room carpet needs to be refurbished and they really need to fix the elevator situation. Not acceptable to wait 5 min for elevator. Staff were super friendly and lounge was nice.

One of the best rated hotels for a reason! I came here for holiday and the staff was amazing! They were fast and very welcoming when I arrived. Even in the rooms they had a charger for those who forgot to bring an adapter. The staff was amazing I truly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone.

As usual great Marriott hotel with very helpful staff.
The location of this hotel is absolutely great. Walking distance from the harbor on the right side and shopping area of the other side.
Got an upgraded room as usual and live the space and view from my room. Sometimes the elevator can be slow coming to the 32nd floor but worth the view I got.
The lounge is better than many of the ones in the US which is nice. Especially that I'm staying there for 5 days.
The restaurant downstairs is also pretty good. Had dinner once there.

I will recommend this to my other relatives and friends!

We were expecting more from this 5 star hotel. We did get upgraded to a bridge view room which was really a partial view, but still it was a nice gesture. Before we arrived, we got an email starting they do have shower facilities to use at a cost of A$25 per person while waiting for the room to be ready. Pier One (also Marriott) hotel in downtown offers this at no charge. The room was a good size, the bathroom was on a smaller side. What 5 star hotel offers freeze dry coffee?? Evidently this one. Some other features (for example, an old hairdryer) were not up to 5 star quality either. The location is good, and hotel staff was friendly.
C.
This hotel is a top-quality Marriott. It has all the amenities one could need, and is perfectly situated at the Sydney Harbour. It has an outstanding staff who are very attentive to your needs. It also has an outstanding concierge lounge with generous amenities. I highly recommend it.

The rooms need to be updated very old fashioned. Breakfast fantastic very good food and lots of it good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. The whole hotel needs to be revamped and brought up to date.

Great location, spacious rooms, great bed and pillows! Staff were excellent! Bathroom was a little dated for a hotel of this category and unfortunately the air conditioning was sub par... very dusty when turned on. Hopefully this will be amended for future guests and my next stay.

A really lovely hotel, in a great location with excellent service. Stayed here on a work trip, and was super happy with the staff service from the moment we first checked in. The room was in great condition, very clean bathroom and nice linens etc. Ordered room service a few times and it was decent quality for room service, and the food was warm-hot when it arrived (not always a given at hotels!). My colleague was unwell at one point in our stay, and they went above and beyond to make sure he was ok and well looked after: this shows next-level attention to detail, and was a very pleasant surprise. Only criticism is minor: no herbal tea in the room, though they did send some up through housekeeping at no cost on request. Great job, Marriott. 👌🏆 Would happily stay here again.

Great location in Circular Quay. Close to everything: train station, cruise terminal, the Rocks, Opera House, Botanical Garden, etc. Wonderful staff; everyone was very nice, friendly and accommodating. We had a room with a view of the Harbour Bridge. Breakfast is delicious. We walked to the cruise terminal with all our rolling luggage. Comfy beds. Definitely need new towels, but otherwise 5 stars.
C. H.
I enjoyed my stay here very much. The staff was friendly and helpful, the concierge was on top of things. All in all it was a fantastic stay. The only, very minor, thing is the soap dish in the shower is curved and there is a space between the dish and wall so the little bottles of soap/shampoo/conditioner continually fell through and I had to keep picking them up. Otherwise, great place.
G. A.
The location is close to everything! 10mins walk to Circular Quay and 5 more minutes to Sydney Opera House!
The hotel itself is average. Definitely needs a good renovation especially the bathroom as it looks extremely outdated. Also the pillows are very uncomfortable. Those are definitely NOT your usual hotel pillows.
The amenities such as water, coffee and tea, bath products are provided.
We ordered a late night food and it was quite delicious. A bit on the pricey side but this is a 5-star hotel.
M. G.
Great location - walking distance to Opera House, Harbour Bridge, great shops/restaurants, Circular Quay (shops/restaurants/train/ferries). If you're taking a bus tour, it's usually one of the stops on the pick-up/drop-off route. Hotel also smells great upon entrance. lol
Early arrivals lounge (fee) - international flights from America usually arrive early morning. Lounge gives a chance to freshen up if your room isn't ready. I was planning on using it, but didn't need to - shoutout to Marriott for having my room ready at 7 am AND not charging me an extra night!
Rooms - Love the proximity lock, never had to take the key out once. I stayed in 2303 w/ a view of the Opera House. Spacious and clean with an easy-to-navigate TV. I loved the lighting options with a night light/reading light, all controlled right from bed. Bed and pillows were comfy, which was needed after all day of walking/touring. Room has robes and slippers, a pretty good complimentary bar - tea/coffee, bottled water (which is also available in the lobby). Comprehensive bathroom toiletries include bar of soap, liquid soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, toothbrush/paste, Q-tips/cotton balls, shower cap, sanitary bag, razor/gel, shoe shine kit.

Nice central location, easily walkable from the train station. Room was clean with a nice view of the bridge. Lounge was adequate, but not staffed often View from the lounge was nonexistent and drinks would often be depleted before lounge hours would suggest, so get there early. Staff were always very courteous and go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant.

The hotel was great. Location is perfect, in the center of downtown. Walking distance to Opera House, Darling Harbour, train station, pier and shopping areas. Bars and restaurants are everywhere. Ten minutes taxi to Fish Market. Convenient store is just located opposite to the lobby. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, they did not refill tea bags everyday. They put towels, which I put on floor for change, back to the surface next to sink. And final comment is that the hotel needs to upgrade the socket. Most of the international hotels are now equipped with international sockets and USB sockets for travelers from all over the world. Overall, this is a good hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Sydney harbour bridge and Opera house, as well as train station and ferry terminal. The hotel has friendly professional staff - eager to help. Rooms are neat and clean, however, they feel a little old and dated. The lifts are oddly located and take very long time to service the floors. The best part of my stay was the breakfast buffet with live eggs counter and freshly made waffles.

There is no better hotel in the Sydney Harbour region. Service is top notch, rooms are fantastic, food is great and even with all the construction going on, they did not miss a beat. …

The hotel was in a great position in the city, near the bridge and the room had a great view of it. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We ate at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the food, although a little pricey it was nice to have a treat whilst staying there. If you want to have a hotel in a great location in Sydney I would recommend this hotel

This Marriott was great!! The staff was so very helpful and kind. Jessica (front desk) made you feel very welcomed. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable beds, with a well designed bathroom. Perfect location: can walk everywhere, lots of …

This hotel is very convenient to the Sydney Harbour and also with the new light rail system only a block or so away getting around was easy. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a little dated and the HVAC could use a little work especially since the windows in the rooms are inoperable.

Extremely lovely & helpful staff. We had our cruise cancelled at the last minute due to the "C" virus & got stuck. The Marriott staff were so understanding & couldn't do enough to help us make the best of a bad situation.

It was the first time I have stayed anywhere since having my child. It was a great stay. Lovely staff. They gave us wonderful service, helped with luggage, and really family friendly! Great facilities and location. Sauna was so clean. …

My second trip to Australia was made wonderful by the Marriott standard. My previous stay was at another brand and not nearly as pleasant. Marriott standards in both accommodations and service were above and beyond my expectations. The …

Just back from a lovely overnight stay at the Marriott Hotel hotel Sydney.
Excellent location, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was excellent with a choice to suit all pallets.
Our only complaint and we should have spoken to the reception staff about this which we didn't as we were only there for one night was
We were supposed to have a city view but room number 712 was looking straight into a brick wall which was very disappointed and not a city view at all but a room with brick wall facing which I think we should have been told about but nothing was mentioned to us at the time of checking in. As we wouldn't have accepted the room.
So we feel this has let the hotel down for not mentioning the brick wall to us.
Regards Mary

We had been planning our Sydney visit for 6 months and the Sydney Harbor Marriott proved to be the perfect hotel choice. Location could not have been better. The accommodations and staff were wonderful. This property helped get our holiday off to a perfect start.

One night into a two night stay and loving it. The hotel is lovely and location perfect but by far the best part is the staff. Check in was perfect and breakfast this morning so good with a warm welcome by the lady at desk, attentive waitress and friendly expert chef 👨🍳

I arrived in early flight and this hotel provided an Early Arrival Lounge which my wife and I could take a shower and relax from an overnight flight from Los Angeles. The staff acknowledges my Platinum Elite Status and grander us to use the …

The check-in staff at the front desk was unskilled and swiped for a long time. He also gave me a room near the elevator. I asked to stay away from the elevator. Very noisy, like the sound of a subway ride. The staff at the lounge are warm and the food is of high quality.

Great hotel in an enviable location. Arrived by cruise ship and walked to the hotel.
Had a harbour and bridge view. …

My stay was back in Apr 2019. As a Platinum Elite member, I was not upgraded to a suite. However, they did put me in a Opera House view room. By nature, the hotel is not really next to the opera house so you get a glimpse of it in between the rest of the buildings. Well, it's still better than nothing.
Room size was decent, like any typical Marriott Hotel. The hotel is very big so there's not much personal touch between staffs and guests. The only Marriott hotel that has the best personal touch is Melbourne. They literally greet you and make their guests feel very happy that they exist in this hotel. However, I did not get the same vibe in Sydney. We were just another guest in the hotel.
The Executive lounge was just alright, good amount of food during happy hour and tea. However, the staffs need to be less rigid. I can't remember what time it starts, probably 5pm? Let's say 5pm - and the food and alcohol was already ready by 4.55pm. I saw someone pouring a glass of wine and was told off by the staffs at 4.56pm that it hasn't started! Jeez, it is only couple of minutes, why need to be so rigid? It's absolutely ridiculous - whoever who are entitled or had paid for the access, have already spent enough what is that 2-3 minutes? It was even more unnecessary to scold a guest that way. I can't remember her name but it was a middle aged lady who was serving the food. I also noticed some of the staffs have no interest in having conversation with Asian looking faces and white/old people seemed to receive better treatment. The only person in the lounge who engaged a conversation with us was Tony the young boy with specs who looks like he was doing a part time job. He was the only one who was neutral to anybody, who constantly checks if we were good. The rest of the staffs could not be bothered with our existence.
Breakfast is not served downstairs, in Asia, we are given the choice of either common area or lounge. Here your only choice is at the lounge with really limited food.
But Marriott is not all that bad. The location is pretty good, just across the street and you'll be at the harbourside. A bit far from the shopping area but walkable. I did not do much shopping so it wasn't relevant to me. Westin is a better hotel for shopping but it's just too crowded. Marriott is more on the quiet side which I prefer.
All in all, this is just a business hotel with no added value to loyal members. Other than Tony who seems the most junior of all but has the best guest relations skills, I really did not think anything else in Marriott Sydney is worth remembering.

Highly recommend the Sydney Harbour Marriott. Guest rooms are comfortable and most have great views(city view, Harbour view, bridge view and Opera House view). Staff is great from check in to check out. The location is within easy walking …

This place goes above and beyond expectations! Three Man Bottle is a great place for a drink and the hotel is in easy walking distance to a lot of interesting places. The personal service provided by the staff really made me feel welcome. I'll stay here again!

Stayed here overnight on one of the busiest nights of the year. Hotel seemed to be at near full occupancy, but staff handled it well. Sensational location with lots of restaurants nearby and close enough to nightlife if that's your thing. …

We chose the Marriott at Circular Quay due to its proximity to the cruise terminal. The hotel is a stones throw from the train from the airport as well as some fantastic cafes and restaurants. We found the hotel to be beautiful with an incredible room. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable

I'm giving it three stars when it was more like 2.5 stars. The only redeeming quality is the staff. They were all very nice and as helpful as they could be so if anything changes here it shouldn't be them.
The location of the hotel is perfectly located but be warned most places close at around 5-6pm. So if you are a "later day" or "night person" you may find it challenging to find things open. This doesn't affect the rating of the hotel but the fact that this hotel doesn't have kitchens or even offer microwaves for the rooms does. The limited menu room service menu doesn't help make staying here better. So plan your meals accordingly.
Some of the other issues are this is an older hotel and the air conditioning reminded us of that daily. We never changed the settings but one day the A/C was perfect, the next day it didn't blow anything but warn air, then the next day the room was under an Arctic freeze. The last problem is that my husband is a lifetime gold member and after we leave here he will be Platinum. We didn't expect to have a room right next to the elevators so we could hear EVERYONE that would stand outside waiting for the elevators and 95%of them were not quiet. Now we were an early check-in and they were booked the night before so I am sure in their defense they just wanted to get us into a room so we could relax from a 14 hour flight. However, as someone who managed a hotel and worked in the hotel industry for 7 years, I would have explained about the room location and offered to move them to a room away from the elevators later in the day if they so desired. This never happened in this situation.
All in all the staff are wonderful, room size is comfortable and the Executive Lounge was a nice perk. However, the building is old, the local shops close early and there are no micro kitchens in the room and the air conditioning is hit and miss. We've stayed in worse but we've stayed a heck of a lot better.

This hotel is one of the best Marriotts I’ve stayed at. The service is fantastic and the lounge is by far much better than Essex House in New York. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and works hard to make your stay enjoyable. The in house restaurants are all great and have delicious food.

Great central location in CBD to the rocks, wharfs/ferries, as well as all the dining and restaurants. The lobby and room were well appointed, and staff was very friendly and helpful. We also had a beautiful view of the harbor bridge from our room.

Fantastic location. Literally minutes walk from circular quay train station. Lots of great eating places just walks away. Room was not spectacular but it was comfortable and the location is great for tourists who want to be in the heart of Sydney cbd. The elevators were a slightly awkward situation. You never know which one will open and they don't seem to make a sound when it opens.

Staying here due to quarantine. Absolutely no complaints from me. Clean and comfy room, excellent and varied meals, attentive and pleasant staff, and an amazing view of the Harbour. I'm tempted to fly out and back in just to be in the Mariott again.

Great hotel! Nice rooms, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, very nice lounge, big workout room with lots of equipment, and a good bar with outdoor seating and great beer and drink selection. Not sure what else you could ask for.

Location, Location, Location! Everything you might want is nearby AND you are staying at the Marriott which seemed Central to all.
The accommodations, meals, support staff were excellent and we felt supported and cared for.
Everything felt like it was within walking distance, the Sydney Opera House, eateries and stores galore, the Central Market, the trains, water ferries & taxis, movie theaters. Thirsty? Many cozy spots nearby, Music filled the streets and it seemed to be a truly happy place to be.

Had a stay over night in January holidays, stuff were very helpful, the minute we arrived we were treated at the car and asked if we need help with our bags, while checking in we were told breakfast for our family of 4 was included which we didn't realise so added bonus their. the next day We went to the zoo as we checked out we were told we could leave our luggage and car at the hotel while we were out. All round great experience. Very clean room great stuff and breakfast was fantastic!

During an extended business trip, I was comfortable and well cared for in this hotel. Staff were eager to please and happy to help. The food was excellent, everything was clean, and it is perfectly located for access to the city of Sydney.

The hotel is under renovations at the moment, this did not impact our stay but it is worth knowing.
Also on the double beds they have long pillows, double the length of a normal pillow, which makes it hard to use if your partner is sharing your bed.
On the positive side, the room was very clean and well presented, the staff are amazing, the view is good and the food is great.
We also took advantage of a complimentary coffee in the morning which was very nice.
Would we stay again? Yes but I hope they have normal pillows again.

Rooms are comfortable but a bit small. It has all the amenities you'd expect from a Marriott, although some of the things in the room were a bit dated (for example, a clock with an old iPhone dock). Great location, can't be beat, it's less than 5 minutes to Circular Quay wharfs and water taxis.

During February, 2020, my family stayed at this property and we found the beds to be comfortable, the staff friendly, and the upgraded room with a view of The Opera House to be very enjoyable. The location was very convenient to walking down to the wharf and the Opera House Area.

Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Wonderful room, it was large, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a large television. Staff were caring and attentive. Good place to stay specially if you are going on a cruise. Cruise terminal is five minute walk from the hotel.Opera House is a walking distance. There's a lot of great dining area around the harbour. I would recommend it.

Stay was for four nights. Walking distance from Circular Qua and this boasts lots of entertainment, restaurants and attractions. Hotel was very busy but did not feel cramped. Breakfast selection is average not good. Go for menu items and save rather than pay almost double for the buffet whilst eating the same. Bed was comfy and room has a safe, ironing board and the usual layout. In room dining menu has a good selection.
