Bloody amazing people, the facilities here are exceptional and brand new. The kitchen is chock stocked with everything you need instead of hauling your own stuff inside, and the communal fridge is gigantic with enough room for everyone. Everyone here was more than accomodating and made me feel extremely welcome. Highly recommended!

So guys this place is a little peace of heaven I got there for a night and it was so good I had to stay for more than 2 weeks. They have anything you can think of to be in a hostel and more but besides the amazing facilities the staff there is simply charming and above all- Chris, Chris is the owner of the place and really you don't see people like him every-day he changed the place made it twice as good as before, he's an amazing person who treats people with great care Would go back and recommend

Really lovely staff who go above and beyond for anyone who walks through those doors. Nice facilities, also nice to see them helping out people who are homeless. Was a really eye opening experience and the best hostel I've stayed at so far. Really nice community and family feel to it!

Very good service and a friendly owner. Very clean and good prices. I would go there again. You can cook there, do your laundry and enjoy the company of other people that stay there. I like it very much.

I had an awkward situation with another fellow as the staff booked us in at the same bunk. The guy was quite rude when saw me on his bunk and I responded at the tone, that was close to start a fight, hopefully the staff acknowledged their mistake and put me in another room. Apart from that, cool place, clean toilets and facilities! I would recommend.

I am currently staying here. The staff are exceptional, friendly etc.... All rooms clean, free wi-fi...you couldn't stay in a better place beach close by, pubs across the roads and the the supermarkets.

The Entrance backpackers is the most convenient place to stay for me, being across the road from, Shops, Clubs, Movies, next door near buses. I arrive from Melbourne to Sydney airport then after 2 hours on a very pleasant train journey, to Tuggerah station how nice it was. The room was nice and quiet and super clean and tidy! Cheap, great hostel I would stay there again for sure. I had awesome experience and the staff were very helpful, Big Thanks to Manager Dan.

Great vibe and staff. Kitchen, toilets and showers all in good conditions. Unfortunately there were some renovation works during my stay that forced me out of bed early in the mornings (prices were not revised though). Perfect for a weekend in Bondi

Owners are lovely bunch, specially 3 girls at the reception are just amazing. If you living in shared room my only advise is lock your things up for safety of your belongings as you never know whom you will be sharing the room with

Reasonably price ,well situated ,clean backpackers accommodation. Next door to historic cinema.Only 5 minutes walk to beach or pelican feeding, one block away from supermarket and 7 minutes walk to lake. Shared rooms have lockers to put your possessions in. There is a small clean communal kitchen.There is one large commercial refrigerator and a few cupboards for food storage.When I stayed there was no space for any food storage in the cupboards(so had to leave food in room) & the refrigerator was so full that opening the door would have things falling out. My stay was in Summer which may be why it was unusable. There are many long term guests staying here that use giant storage containers to keep their food in fridge. Fortunately the backpackers accommodation are surrounded by many eateries that you can get take away food and plenty of tables at the backpackers to eat at. Place is wet lit and active until around midnight. Conversely you are likely to only see one or 2 people up before 8:30 am. If you need to go to sleep earlier you can stay in the family room that accommodates up to 8 . As a single traveller you can have that room for $50/night. There are no Windows,but each room has a large skylight that is guaranteed to wake you up at sunrise unless you wear an eyemask. A big plus of no Windows is the powerful air conditioner in each room. There is a free council carpark at the back of the accommodation in theatre lane.
