My wife Leonie and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at The Ridge Retreat. The property is stunning - spacious rooms stylishly furnished, leading directly to the terrace overlooking the pool and the beautifully landscaped gardens. Paul and Libby are fantastic hosts and Paul’s breakfasts are amazing, the best omelettes we have ever had! We highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back. Ian and Leonie.

Paul and Libby did everything possible to make our night one to remember. The room was comfortable, well appointed, clean, and ours was a haven with its own courtyard. Although we occasionally heard some vague movement, it was as if we had the place to ourselves, rather than fully booked as it was.
Information provided was comprehensive, and details about covid safety well documented and implemented with plenty of safety measures.
The Retreat is purpose-built as a Bed and Breakfast and we loved our stay. The breakfast provided was excellent and the attention to guest preferences was outstanding.
With hosts as friendly and accommodating as Paul and Libby, it is definitely on our list of places to revisit.
Thank you for a wonderful experience. Especially in a year where disasters have been prevalent and caused such havoc, the Retreat was a welcoming safe haven.

From the time we arrived we felt welcomed Libby and Paul are perfect hosts. The attention to detail everywhere was awesome. The beds were divive ( and we are well travelled). Breakfasts overlooking the garden and into the beyond was beautiful. The breakfast guest's 'the kookaburra's were very friendly and entertaining. We will be back for our anniversary next year and thanks for the bubbles!!!. We would totally recommend Ridge Retreat.

Well on arrival we were met by the owners with open arms . The room we stayed in was fantastic . Breakfast that we had was 5 star rating ,I would have to say some 5 stay hotels could not match this breakfast , we have been in most places around the world this place is better by far. Lovely garden and the Kookaburras were very friendly at breakfast time .I would have to say if you were looking for a quiet place to stay , I would recommend The Ridge Retreat at Mollymook.

We had a wonderful 3 night visit at the Ridge Retreat. Paul and Libby were excellent hosts - very friendly and accommodating when we needed breakfast early one morning. The rooms were immaculate, the outdoor areas and garden very serene and the breakfasts exquisite! Located near the golf course, I would highly recommend this place for a short stay. There are only 3 rooms, so the atmosphere is casual and cozy. We really felt at home

Our weekend escape to Mollymook would not have been as special had it not been for our time spent at the Ridge Retreat Mollymook.
Our experience at the Ridge Retreat and of the service provided by Paul and Libby was a familiar one, despite us never having stayed there. It felt as though we were being welcomed by family as Paul warmly greeted us on our arrival.
The B&B was beautiful, the attention to detail was high. Our room spacious and comfortable (the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud).
We highly recommend booking your next trip to Mollymook at the Ridge Retreat. Another recommendation while there would be to sit on the sun-soaked front porch while tucking in Paul's World Famous Omelette (no, seriously it should be World Famous) and Libby's delicious stewed fruit and muesli.
Paul and Libby have a passion for making sure that your stay at their retreat is a memorable one and we thank both of them for making our stay so special.

We visited for a weekend in April and were treated to a blissfully warm welcome by our hosts Paul and Libby. We were given the tour of our clean, spacious and well appointed ‘Eucalyptus’ bedroom which looks out onto the well kept gardens surrounded by bush land. Each morning we would awake to the sounds of native birds singing and our tables are set for breakfast outside our rooms on the sun soaked verandah. On offer are a variety of cold options which are then followed by Paul’s signature breakfast options. Do yourself a favour and get the omelette! Let Paul add his recommendations and I promise you will not be disappointed. The mushrooms are a perfect side to the eggs. What a truly memorable B&B experience on NSW South Coast. The friendly hosts, exceptional food and relaxing surrounds earn this stunner 5 stars.

What can I say about the Ridge Retreat at Mollymook other than it is the LEADER in FIVE STAR ACCOMMODATION by far. Paul & Libby are certainly true perfectionists and it's obvious that their amazing accommodation is their passion. Nothing and I stress nothing can be faulted about this place. Right from the onset, the booking process is so easy and user friendly which also includes many payment options. Once payment is made the communication process right up until arrival is simply first class. Upon arrival you are greeted by Paul & Libby who are amazing hosts. So professional and at the same time very friend and accommodating. The accommodation along with all the facilities, including top of the range inclusions used throughout the property is mindblowing. Wow!! AMAZING!!! Everything you expect from a five star establishment is exactly what you receive from these lovely people. Even the breakfast menu has been well thought out and can be suited for most dietary requirements. The food is as equally at a high standard.
My wife and I are very frequent travellers here and abroad and enjoy staying at establishments that offer everything that one would expect for a memorable stay. Ridge Retreat at Mollymook has certainly ticked all the right boxes and I can assure you that you too will be just as impressed as we are. There is NOTHING that can be faulted about this place in any way.
So, in closing!!
If you are looking for somewhere to stay while your on the South Coast. A place that will exceed your expectations in every aspect then some more. A place that is so affordable and very reasonable, you need not look any further. Please don't take my word for it. Come and see for yourself and I can ASSURE you that you will be just as impressed as my wife and I are. Trust me. That says a lot as il be totally honest. We are very fussy people.
Paul & Libby. From the bottom of our hearts. Thankyou so much for all your hard work and passion. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful piece of paradise. We will certainly be returning.
I look forward to seeing you both recognized and rewarded for your excellence as you both are the leaders in how accommodation retreats should be operated.

Stayed here in February and weather was good so enjoyed the beach. Hosts were lovely And location was convenient and House and food were great and pool lovely too, and we even got to meet some Kookaburras but loses points for serenity.
There was roadwork happening 100m away from the early AM which I understand is not the owners fault but that wasn’t reflected in cost. The bigger issue was on check out day (check out 10.30) I was standing in our room looking out into the yard at 9am after breakfast and all that we could hear was the sound of garden machinery, whipper snippet or hedge trimmers, next minute there’s a gardener outside our door and I had to quickly jump behind the bed as I wasn’t fully dressed. The balcony was private and I’m not sure why the gardening couldn’t start at 10.30 when the guests were gone allowing us to enjoy the serenity as we had planned and paid for.
