Up there with best gelato I had while travelling through Italy. Great to have someone making gelato at this level in SA. It’s extremely popular for a reason. My personal favourite is the coffee flavour. Great options for dietary needs like vegan and gluten free.

Just get two scoops - you won’t regret it! A huge palette of flavours including sorbets - I had to get the Dutch chocolate and Madagascan vanilla - my word - wow! Honestly, easily the best gelato you can get in Adelaide, if I ever want gelato, I will not go anywhere else. My personal favourite is Dutch chocolate, in a cocoa cone with the melted chocolate poured inside. I can never get enough of this place

26th of December, 2021…I was expecting nothing more than an ice cream, and I feel extremely happy for making my decision and drive 20 minutes to find that I was just humming my ice cream until the end. Delicious, flavours, lovely ice cream ladies. Really, love it, and you MUST try it or come back again!

Great locally made gelato with a good assortment of flavours (salted caramel and pistachio being the favorites). If you're breaking the calorie bank anyway, might as well also go for the freshly coated chocolate waffle cone. No ragrats. Only downside is small counter space and everyone's enthusiasm for squashing in to look at flavors although gelatos are in silver canisters and can't be seen (go figure). Might be worthwhile having menu signage in the window to help patrons decide while waiting since lines are often out the door.

Amazing, delectable, perfectly creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. When trying the different flavours, to pick just one was a difficult task: the vanilla was literally the best vanilla gelato I've ever tasted. But I couldn't go past the Bacio flavour, which reminds me of a mix of Ferrero Rocher and Nutella! This gelateria is definitely up there with the gelato I've had in Italy! Staff are always friendly. Be prepared for long lineups on hot summer nights or weekends! But it is definitely worth the wait.

What a lovely place to stumble across. Amazing ice cream so flavoursome and really friendly guy . Big generous serve and wicked melted running hot chocolate. Tasty not just coloured cones. Very happy . Great clean shop. Down fall is we eat with our eyes so can’t see the ice cream at all so imagination is needed.

Once you have icecream from here it's hard to go back to eating your regular everyday icecream. It's just on another level. The taste is pure luxury. Ordered a two scoop ice-cream, pistachio and salted pecan from Bottega. The server in training proceeded to scoop the ice-cream and handed me a cone that was very small in size. When I compared my ice-cream cone to the person next to me who ordered one scoop, I thought they were giving me a two flavour ice-cream rather than a two scoop ice-cream. I feel kinda jipped and should be trained to be more consistent in their serving sizes especially if you're going to charge someone $7.50 for it. Happy to provide to picture for size of ice-cream that I was served. Edit: Have sent through photo to email provided and owner Adriano responded. Even during these difficult times, offer of compensation was eventually followed up. Class act.

Great natural tasting ice cream, I had 2 scoops in a tub - roasted mango & cinnamon and a scoop of the SA lemon .... wife had the Stracciatella Choc Chip .... they were all very delicious and yummy ! They have a chocolate fountain where toppings cost an extra $1. Staff were friendly and the premises was very clean, tidy and new. Be prepared for big line ups on summer evenings of some 30 mins wait - we went on a weekday afternoon with only a few minutes taken to be served. Will definitely be back, strongly recommended.

I’m not joking because ice-cream is something you cannot joke about. This place is amazing, and you can find here the best Italian ice-cream I’ve ever found out of Italy. But I wan to dare more: this gelato is even better than many others that you can find in Italy as well. The ingredients are genuine and fresh. No artificial colorants, no added flavors. The hazelnut ice-cream makes you feel the real taste of hazelnuts taken right from the woods. The creamy and thick stracciatella is really just made of pure milk. You have to try, paying attention not to get addicted.

It's a 5 star from me. My wife saw this place mentioned on TV somewhere, and wanted to try it. I am not a huge gelati fan, so I went along more to keep her company than try any gelati.. But I am now a convert. These guys do things the traditional way, and a lot of time, love and quality ingredients go into their product. I have been back twice now when I am in the area for work, and yes it is a bit more than other places, but it's definitely worth the premium. The service is friendly, prompt and polite. I strongly encourage anyone to try the limited batches, as they are delightful. Any gelati place that has a line out the door on a 13⁰C August day must be doing something right.

THE BEST GELATI is here! Take my advise and order 3 scoops. A strong contender who I believe can beat the Gelati artisans in Melbourne. Every week there are new/different flavours for your palate discovery. One or two vegan choice. Salted Pecan and Hazelnut are superb. We were here pre-pandemic and everyone kept talking about it. Came back again and it's even better than we remembered. Take one to eat on the beach walk, it's perfect. Love the staff and creativity (yogurt+honeycomb with a chocolate lined cine? Yum)
