Can't rave enough about this place. Had their Feb 2022 Tasting platter and as usual, amazing! Out of all the four, my favorite has to be their Kaya Toast creme brulee!! I can eat it everyday.. my second favorite would have to be the tiger chocolate orange cheesecake! Everything was crafted carefully and divinely. Always a treat to go back. Although the queueing line was 40mins, it was worth it 👌🏽

Yes, some times you have to wait in line to get a table, but they're accommodating by supplying heaters and blankets on cool nights. Love this cozy little dessert shop on Goodwood Rd. The name says it all, there are no eggs in their goods. They change their menu every month but will always have the basics like cheesecakes, tiramisu.. just with different exciting flavours. Very homely taste and they don’t go overboard with the sweetness. Wide selection of cold and hot beverages and also a good small selection of Malaysian savoury and sweets. Taro and black sesame latte was so good. Great combo of flavours. Very friendly staff who will always make you feel at home. They even offer a complimentary Happy Birthday song service. Queue can get pretty long at times but it’s worth the wait.

Love this place because they usually have my favourite dishes and owners are so nice. We usually call a platter with four cakes for 2 people. It is monthly menu change. However, the place is very crowded, have to wait so long (from 30 mins to 2.5 hours) P/s: Teh Tarik is so good!!!

The desserts were well worth the hour-long wait; each dessert item was delicious, and there were desserts that were particularly appealing to each of us five. Mine was the banofee cheesecake; would come back just for that! Creamy and rich without being heavy, and not sweet either. I really liked that none of the desserts were too sweet :) Other than that, service was excellent and the desserts arrived swiftly after being ordered. I also really liked the vibe of the place, including art pieces for sale and that their sales supported different NGOs, like Sea Shepherds and Bush Heritage. I love eggs so I wasn't particularly interested in coming to Eggless, but now that I have the desserts definitely warrant coming again! Even more so with the menu changing every month. P.s. Do note that due to Covid-19 and limited space there is a 30min time limit after the last dessert/savoury item arrives

Always a sweet night out. Busy, warm, loud. Some words to describe the atmosphere of Eggless. Much of the cafe is covered in decor that presents a warm vibe. Always busy, the cafe is loud and noise really bounces around the tight room. I would not recommend the place for people that enjoy a quiet conversation with others. Service is great. Since no bookings are taken under a certain number of people (unsure but I believe 8 people), name, phone number, and number of people are taken down upon arrival. Once a table opens up, a server calls to inform you of the opening. With plenty of staff in such a small room, there is always a waiter/waitress nearby. The owner, Ken, is extremely friendly and will often strike a conversation with customers. Be prepared for his warm and welcoming exchange! With the many visits I have had here, I have never complained about cleanliness. Tables, chairs, cutlery etc are always clean here despite the high traffic that comes through. I can only really fault the toilet out back, which is an old building separate from the cafe. Especially in winter when it's wet, there is no shade to the toilet (despite a short distance). In addition, the ground can be found muddy. Reasonable price for each dish. Each single serve dish is priced at $11 (+/- $1/2) Very impressed to have the menu change each month. Always interesting to see what is available. Taste-wise, with the exception of a few personal dislikes, every dessert has been top notch. If you enjoy going out for dessert after dinner, definitely visit Eggless. So long as you don't mind waiting a bit, and loud environments, I would 110% recommend coming here!

Super popular and bustling dessert place and rightfully so! The spring 2019 menu is delicious, better than the previous times I’ve come. 🍰 I got the durianmisu ($10). The durian fragrance is not overpowering, I personally would have preferred it to be more robust but I think it was good enough. The cake (?) layers were moist. 🍮 The Pandan and mango trifle ($10) was a good pairing of sweet and tart mango slices and sorbet with slightly earthy Pandan pudding and cake bits. Would have preferred the desiccated coconut to be soft/soaked in gula melaka rather than the hard pieces they used. ☕️ Teh Tarik ($5ish) was legit! Had some bubbles even 😅 (it means pulled tea so the bubbles indicate that it’s been ‘pulled’ aka poured from a distance)

1st time here and well worth it. The Vietnamese coffee and chocolate mud cake are musts. The atmosphere is eclectic and loud but the staff are inviting and friendly. Eggless is a humble and friendly dessert joint managed by a team of friendly and attentive staff. The desserts are mostly a hit and the menu changes every month depending on the seasonal ingredients. If you're spoilt for choice, there's a tasting plater that offers a selection of four of their dessert choices in their miniture versions!

I was concerned if I made the wrong choice when the Durian Creme Brulee was served (pic below). I'm not a fan of corn, and the colors and pattern while seeming to be a symbolism of their cultures, were clashing with each other and the lighting. Yet one bite, and all my thoughts of its visual appeal were forgotten. Ive scrounged Adelaide for all its durian desserts and this is the BEST. The host came and he's friendly and warm. Cafe is a little far from us, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back there for the lattes and desserts! Do keep this item on your menu!

I was not aware of how popular the establishment was so I was surprised to see a long queue outside the cafe on a Tuesday evening. The wait was about 30' - 40'. It is certainly cool to know that they change their menu every month, so there's always a reason to return. I had a tasting platter which sampled 4 of their favorite desserts that month (cendol sundae, panna cotta, chocolate cake and brown sugar cheesecake) and some genmaicha to drink. My friend has a Vietnamese coffee affogato on the side, as if we needed more sugar...Despite being a little too sweet for my taste, the sundae, panna cotta and cheesecake made the 30' wait in the queue worth it. I was personally not a fan of the chocolate cake, but not sure if it was due to the sugar fatigue or the fact that I don't eat a lot of chocolate cake to begin with... Overall, it was a memorable experience. Nothing can beat some decadent desserts and hot genmaicha on a cool and breezy spring evening!

Eggless is a small dessert cafe which is Nestled comfortably and hidden away on Goodwood Road and was established in 2009. It's menu is vegan friendly and changes every season! You'll always find something new, affordable and most importantly delicious. With a great variety of dishes, you will find something for everyone with a great mix of sweet and savory. You can only make bookings with Eggless if you have around 6 people in your party. otherwise you will be waiting outside. Having said this though, it is well worth the wait. The staff create a very inviting and friendly atmosphere and engage in great conversation to make you feel comfortable and invited, probably one of the most friendly places I have been too thus far. Things to remember: - You might be waiting 10 - 15 minutes if you go late, but it's well worth it! - Vegan friendly and something for everyone. - Very cheap! - If you don't like waiting, go with more people and make a booking. Could not recommend this place enough. I'm not a sweet tooth, but I can safely say I'm now a dessert person after going to Eggless.

Absolutely lovely place. Don't go there asking for a flat white because you'd be way out of line!! They only serve special plunge coffee blends and tea. But the desserts looked truly amazing. I'm giving 3 stars because we just ordered one coffee and one matcha latte and they brought the coffee 15 minutes before the latte, which I had to ask about a few times before actually getting it, if 2 people sit together to have drinks, they want to have them together, but I was sitting there looking at my boyfriend sipping all his coffee and I had nothing and I really wasn't happy about that

Always a huge line up which is frustrating, and they only take bookings for groups >6 people, and even so it needs to be at a specific time. The desserts are average in taste, but presentation is great, very "instagram worthy". Nice that heaters are turned on for people waiting outside. Personally I don't like waiting more than 10mins for a nice dessert night.

The plunger coffee 52 blend was served in a little French press, and while the price was expensive i feel like I got about 2 cups of coffee worth. Really great place with amazing service, it does get super busy though and at times due to the tight space it can be hard to have a conversation with all the noise, which didn't bother me to much. Definitely for a low key night out with friends when you're craving something sweet. Highly recommend their panna cotta!

Price is reasonably for the size and quality. We ordered the matcha & passionfruit curd tart, and the apple crumble creme brulee. The creme brulee was our favourite because it was so smooth but had the perfect crunch from the caramelized sugar crust. We arrived at the right time because we were about to get a table straight away but when we left, there was a long line up (so be prepared to wait if it comes to that) We will definitely be back when we have our late night dates.

Not sure what the fuss about this place is. For starters after a 30 minute wait outside you are led into a overcrowded cafe jammed with as many tables as possible. The portions are small and average at $10. The snickers icecream, admittedly very tasty, was only two tiny scoops drizzled with chocolate. The basbousa was excessively sweet served with a bland vanilla icecream, although nicely textured balanced with pomegranates. Overall overpriced and overcrowded, but not bad.
