The place to be on a hot day. Flavours are great and prices are reasonable. Staff are lovely even under pressures of long queues. Awesome Bonus* the store has picnic baskets with rug for loan if you’ve forgotten to bring yours to the beach.

Seriously some of the best customer service i’ve had for years! Staff who are full of smiles and genuinely happy to be there and help. And thats before even tasting the ice cream! Cappucino is delicious and the lemon sorbet is great. Make sure you get the cone dipped in chocolate too!

Came here with a few friends of mine as we all had a lovely experience as the lady she was really nice and friendly as the ice cream was delicious even though i need to ask for vegan ice cream next time as i am lactose intolerant but my ice cream was delicious. Always a popular spot but somehow manage to find a seat and order comfortably. Food is always delicious and an extensive menu to chose from. Donuts, crepes, waffles, shakes, fondu, etc!

Got the Royal Fondue for 2 at $22, good value and could actually feed 3 in reality. Huge serving of melted milk chocolate, waffles, bananas, strawberries (replaced by additional bananas), brownies, caramel popcorn, and caramel biscuits

Cool staff work there. The boss is always there and check if everything is going smooth. He knows the business. Prices are pretty fair. 1 scope ice cream $4.6ish While u can be smart and get the waffle one for $7.8 which u can share it between two ppl and cost lower than single scope. Hot donut only $1 ???? It’s tasty and fresh.

ice cream was good but the place looked very dirty. tables and the floor weren't clean, even the toppings bar was over flowing with nuts and sprinkles. there were at least 3 different staff on at that time and none of them even looked at the condition of the dining area. we were there for at least 45mins.

Good coffee and doughnuts. The ice creams are severely over priced and average. Usually the line up is long, but it's a given since it's located on one of the most busiest beaches in Adelaide. Good place to get away on a chilly evening, but definitely not on a hot day. Line up itself can take up to 30+mins

OK ice cream but not as good and as traditional tasting as Bottega Gelateria which is located just 20 metres further South (which we tried a few days ago). The summer evening line up wait was about 10 minutes compared to at least 30 minutes at Bottega. This place does have a lot more menu items than Bottega and is also licensed for alcohol. Yes, the tables, floors, menus and chairs could all do with a thorough / good clean as things were a bit “sticky” and “tired looking” (- Owner please note!) Overall, a 4 out of 5, let down by the fact the place needs a good clean and tidy up.

Usually I drop in here because my hairdresser is just 2 doors down and I head in for a coffee afterwards. The drawcard here is the delicious icecream sold. From memory there are 20 different flavours, some single, some double some triple - some with chocolate pieces and a variety of nuts and sultanas as well. Delicious tastes plus great tasting coffee. There are tables and seats at which to sit. Open til 9am at least during the week but may need to check first. Worth dropping in.

I only came for a drink. The chocolate frappe was nice, a little icy. It's warm and cosy and a good place for a coffee or ice cream. The place is good for children too. Waitresses were kind.

Forget about the ice cream. This rating is for the two girls who were working late ona friday night. The store was just closed by the time i reached but they did acknowledge me and asked me if i wanted an icecream and still served me. Amazing customer service.

Nothing special from this ice-cream shop. Ice-cream ok, wait time ok, pricing poor. There was a sign displayed showing 'todays flavours' at the front of the store, the sign showed ice-cream flavours that when I asked for on my first and second choice the girl mentioned 'sorry, that flavour isn't out today'. It is petty, but you are an ice-cream shop, you have one job. Sell the ice-cream you list. It us unacceptable for one flavour to be listed and not available, let alone two. $5.00 for a scoop of ice-cream is simply too much. Try $3.80 entry point next time.

The line for Copenhagen is always huge but for me their ice-cream is no better than going and buying a tub from the local supermarket. The tables are not cleared often as they never seem to have enough staff on to cope with demand
