Being one of the last bastions around, you would expect this shop to pop with bright advertising, cheery customer service eager to engage and upsell. Sadly that was not the case.. The display cabinets had way too many Halloween stickers on them to clearly see the tubs of ice cream. Perhaps a tidy up of the ice cream tubs to level off the contents too instead of customers looking at smeared ice cream going up the sides of the containers... The shop feels like it seriously needs a revamp of everything mentioned in 1st paragraph it just felt rundown. Ice creams tasted good though.

I wanted to give Sally a Review, due to her excellent customer service. Her work phone went offline but she called me from her personal mobile to help with an Icecream cake request. She even followed up before the end of her shift to see if she could help. It is very rare in Australia these days to see Amazing service. Well Done Sally!

Often visit our local Baskin Robbins and always have brilliant service, everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Today we were served by Eden who was super awesome, bubbly and made our experience worth while, as always! Thanks Eden!! Definitely will keep coming.

I asked for 2 scoops of icecream on my cone with marshmallows. The young girl displayed and properly layered icecream not effortlessly dumped on top..she put mallows in every crease.. On my way down to the bottom of the cone...she even put marshmallows at the bottom :') I will never forget her angelic humble voice say, "i hope this is okay"..nervous yet you can see the TLC she put into my ice cream. Thank you it was a bloody good treat

Can't beat Baskin!! Heaps of flavours which you can get emails about when new flavour are released, if you join up. Also special discounts available and a free ice cream on your birthday. We go for a walk after dinner and get a Baskin Robbins ice cream for a treat every now and then... 31 delicious flavours could I still go back to my favorites!!

Always excellent ice cream and very friendly and helpful staff. Can highly recommend the chocolate mousse ice cream if you want a real chocolate hit. Best enjoyed with company, even better if they love ice cream too!

Nice clean shop. Good size serve and the staff were friendly but there was only two staff working and while the shop was pretty full of customers one staff member was busy doing the delivery orders so the poor girls were rushed off their feet. It could have just been peak time but another staff member was definitely needed.

Was served today (17/08/2020) by a young woman and man. Both very friendly and kind! Very clean and hygienic and respectful of covid regulations. Will be coming back.

Whilst one of our favourites "choc chip" is always plentiful in the shop. It would appear it does not even appear as a choice when ordering through Uber Eats or other delivery options. FYI - Choc chip cookie dough" is not original "choc chip". Get with the program and place "choc chip" on the delivery options.

Good prices for dessert 🍨 Great ice cream but for an ice creamery place, it’s a bit dull and the staff didn’t seem to want to be there. If it weren’t for the great flavours and ice cream options we doubt we’d go back. The outdoor sitting area wasn’t clean and a bit dreary. The service was good, the staff did try to help us as we tried ordering banana splits but their bananas were green and they did offer alternative options.
