Great location, around other restaurants and shops. The service was great! And as always the ice cream was perfect!

No complains on the ice cream. However, the gentleman serving behind the counter was not even aware that we were there in the shop for a good few mins. Serving us was him expressing his frustration at his best. Sorry but this is an unacceptable standard of service. He should be taught customer service. Thursday, 02/12/2021 between 9:05pm & 9:20pm roughly.

This is an excellent store always very clean, no matter what time of day, the staff are always well mannered and have lovely customer service. I congratulate the owner as he must take pride in his work and business to have a consistent quality in product and staff, if your thinking of trying it out. I highly recommend this as a great family dessert shop.

Visited with a friend for a mid-afternoon snack. Service dude was friendly, even when my friend was asking for tasters... :3. And the order (a small shake, and a small cup of ice cream) were both great. It's a nice center too, so it wasn't overly busy when we were there (about 3:30pm. School holidays though). Thanks again, "service dude". The shake actually made my day. :) ^.^

We have used Cold Rock Ice-creamy Calamvale for our children's birthday cakes for a couple of years. They make wonderful ice-cream cakes that the kids can choose flavours and mix-ins themselves. It always goes down a treat!! Thank you for a great product and to the wonderful staff who have always been so helpful. Keep up the good work!

Thank you Kuben and staff at cold Rock Calamvale for the ice cream cake I ordered for my grandfather for Father's Day. My grandfather says it had an excellent presentation, along with a great mix of ice cream flavours (mango and cookies & cream). He also enjoyed the Turkish delight mixed in with the mango ice cream. All the family enjoyed this ice cream cake as it tasted delicious, so I highly recommend people to buy ice cream cakes from Cold Rock.

Kuben went above and beyond to help. We gave him very short notice on a cake order and he still took it on. We kept the order as simple as we could, given the short notice, and he still organised an image for us and all. Excellent communication the whole way through the process. Cold rock got the best ice cream that they ever creamed out of ice for human consumption cos they got the good flavours and the goodness and then they let you mix in the good like Anzac biscuits and the Maltesers
