Great location, ice cream was great as always!

Was just served by a lovely young lady whom I believe named Maddie. She was very helpful and went to extensive measures to deliver us a cake on short notice and at the cost of her own time. It was a beautiful cake and everyone at the party loved it. Thanks for the positive Cold Rock experience!

I recently bought a cake for my sons birthday. The store offered to print a favourite photo of onto the cake. It looked amazing! They took a lot of care with the presentation of the cake and my son loved it. Thank you!

My wife's friend was ecstatic with the birthday ice-cream cake the Rosalie Store did with double choc, vanilla and rum & raisin layers. I left it to the Store to come up with the decorations. The way the cake was decorated with the pink piping and glitter around the picture we provided was very cute!! Thanks to Kuben and team, it was absolutely gorgeous! My wife rang up in the afternoon to order the cake. Brody the girl who answered the phone was very helpful and prompt with her service. The cake was made at very short notice which we really appreciated. We picked it up that same evening at 6 pm. My wife has ordered other cakes previously - a year before for her brother and another time for a friend of ours. At that time too, we were very happy with their presentation and decorations. When we need an ice-cream cake, we now drive to the Rosalie Store instead of the stores that are closer to us, as their service is always excellent. Thanks to Kuben and team for their excellent service!

Absolutely loved my Cookies and Cream ice cream with Cookie dough, brownie and Oreos mixed in. Ice creams are made in store I hear and it is so fresh. Thanks guys. Beautiful cakes on display.

Delicious ice cream with plenty to choose from. If sorbet is your preference they have also got a good variety. Inside and outside seating. The is ample parking off road.

Always a great range of ice cream at Cold Rock. Sadly, I can't give them 5 stars though as they had sold out of my absolute favourite 'Christmas Pudding' - if only I had visited the day before!

Being amongst 3 ice-creameries within 50 meters of each other is tough competition, but Cold Rock is always a favourite in Rosalie for the kids and I. An even tie with the Gelateria really, for a fun experience.

Good and cheap ice cream! Just one detail, I ordered banana split by Some delivery company, but you forgot the banana, just sent 3 ice cream scoops with te toppings but no banana :(
